Abstract
本发明提供了一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系及封窜方法,所述封窜体系由改性淀粉、丙烯酰胺、缓凝剂、交联剂和水混合形成凝胶制成;本发明还提供了一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系及其使用方法,由封堵剂凝胶与乙二胺体系组成,当气驱注入压力低于4MPa时向注入井中注入该体系;与常规封窜采用的凝胶和泡沫封堵剂相比,本发明中所采用的低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其中的改性淀粉凝胶颗粒可实现对CO2大通道的有效封堵,而体系中的乙二胺可实现对细小缝隙的全面封堵,提高了封窜体系的防CO2气窜效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及气驱采油工程技术领域,具体为一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系及封窜方法。
背景技术
二氧化碳驱油是用于提高低渗透特种油藏采收率的重要技术手段,在目前的复杂油气资源开发中得到了广泛的应用。而在低渗透储层当中,孔喉结构多以比表面积较大的细孔结构出现,同时伴有裂缝发育,使得二氧化碳驱油初期容易出现压力偏高注不进的现象,后期又由于储层中内部引入的高压和二氧化碳与特种原油之间存在的不利流度比,进而容易导致气窜现象出现,使得二氧化碳的非混相气驱开发的效果变得较为有限。目前针对二氧化碳非混相驱气过程中气窜的主要解决手段是使用凝胶或泡沫体系对形成的气窜通道进行封堵,然而对于凝胶与泡沫的封堵,则分别存在着封堵范围有限和单独使用封堵强度较低等问题。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系及封窜方法,用于解决现有凝胶和泡沫体系对于二氧化碳非混相驱过程中形成的气窜通道封堵效果有限的问题。
本发明的方案如下:
一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,由凝胶封堵剂与乙二胺体系组成,其中,凝胶封堵剂由改性淀粉、丙烯酰胺、缓凝剂、交联剂和水混合制成,各组分以质量分数计,含量如下:
其余为水,各组分质量分数之和为100%。
优选的,所述乙二胺体系为工业乙醇与工业乙二胺以1:6的重量比组成。
优选的,所述缓凝剂为柠檬酸钠和酒石酸钾钠中的任意一种。
优选的,所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、二乙烯基苯中的任意一种。
进一步的,本发明还提出了上述低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱凝胶封堵剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将改性淀粉、丙烯酰胺、缓凝剂、交联剂、水依照前述方案中所记载的质量分时比例混合,在50℃条件下搅拌成胶16h后即得该封堵剂。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜方法,其步骤如下:
在进行低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱作业时,对注入压力进行监测,当注入压力低于4MPa时,判断气体已出现气窜现象,采取向二氧化碳非混相驱注入井中注入前述低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,具体操作为先向地层中注入前述低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系中的凝胶封堵剂至注入压力稳定,之后再注入前述乙二胺体系。
本发明的效果是:
与常规封窜采用的凝胶和泡沫封堵剂相比,本发明中所采用的低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其中的改性淀粉凝胶颗粒可实现对CO2大通道的有效封堵,而体系中的乙二胺使用乙醇作为保护塞提高了注入性能,从而使其可以深入淀粉颗粒难以波及的细小缝隙中,并与其中的CO2进行反应,生成结晶性的氨基羧酸酯析出,实现对细小缝隙的全面封堵,并与淀粉颗粒对CO2大通道的封堵相结合,全面提高了封窜体系的防CO2气窜效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实例对本发明的具体实施方式进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:
称取2g改性淀粉和1g丙烯酰胺颗粒加入到50g水中搅拌均匀得到单体混合物;之后称取0.06g柠檬酸钠和0.03gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到46.91g水中搅拌均匀,并将所得的溶液加入到上述单体混合物中,在50℃条件下成胶16h后得到封堵剂凝胶体系。
使用方法:
将得到的凝胶封堵剂与200g乙二胺体系联用形成低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其步骤为当地层注入压力低于4MPa时,此时判定为气窜发生,从而向井中注入上述凝胶封堵剂至注入压力稳定,之后按依次交替注入构成乙二胺体系的工业乙醇和工业乙二胺,其中工业乙醇与工业乙二胺的重量比为1:6,具体操作为先向井中注入工业乙醇形成的前端液塞,而后注入工业乙二胺,最后再次注入工业乙醇构成后端液塞,各组分的重量比为前端液塞:乙二胺:后端液塞=0.5:6:0.5。
实施例2:
实施方法与实施例1相同,其中改性淀粉用量为2.5g,丙烯酰胺颗粒用量为1.5g,柠檬酸钠改为酒石酸钾钠,其用量为0.1g,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺改为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,其用量为0.04g,水用量为95.86g。
实施例3:
实施方法与实施例1相同,其中改性淀粉用量为3g,丙烯酰胺颗粒用量为2g,柠檬酸钠用量为0.12g,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺改为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,其用量为0.05g,水用量为94.83g。
实施例4:
实施方法与实施例1相同,其中改性淀粉用量为2g,丙烯酰胺颗粒用量为1.5g,柠檬酸钠用量为0.06g,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺改为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,其用量为0.04g,水用量为96.4g。
为了进一步说明本发明的技术效果,本发明还给出了以上实施例1在实验中的效果测试。
封窜驱油实验:
取孔隙度为10%左右的φ25mm的1m长岩心在岩心夹持器中进行二氧化碳驱油实验,注气至形成气窜通道时气体流速在800mL/min左右,向此时的岩心中注入0.1PV的封堵剂凝胶体系后,注入压力由低于0.5MPa上升至3.8MPa,114min后发生气窜,气窜流量为610mL/min,采收率由3%提高至25.6%,之后继续注入按照实施例1中的方法注入乙二胺共0.2PV和乙醇共0.03PV,继续进行二氧化碳驱替,255min后再次气窜,气窜稳定时气体流量降为180mL/min,此时注入压力增至9.7MPa,最终采收率提升至62.2%。
由此可以看出,本发明中由改性淀粉组成的封堵剂凝胶体系可实现对二氧化碳的大气窜通道进行初步封堵,基于其高强度,在与扩散性较高的乙二胺体系协同作用之后,可以实现对二氧化碳气窜通道的有效封堵,扩大二氧化碳驱的波及体积,进而明显提高采收率。
本发明在上文已优选实施例公开,但是本领域的技术人员应理解的是,这些实施例仅用于描述本发明,而不应理解为限制本发明的范围。在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还能进一步改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其特征在于:所述乙二胺体系为工业乙醇与工业乙二胺以1:6的重量比混合组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其特征在于:所述缓凝剂为柠檬酸钠和酒石酸钾钠中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系,其特征在于:所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、二乙烯基苯中的任意一种。
5.一种低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜方法,其特征在于:在进行低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱作业时,对注入压力进行监测,当注入压力低于4MPa时,向二氧化碳非混相驱注入井中注入权利要求1中所述的低渗油藏二氧化碳非混相驱封窜体系。
