技术领域
本发明属于炼钢与耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
在转炉冶炼过程中,铁水、废钢及炉渣会对炉衬进行侵蚀破坏造成工作衬镁碳砖减薄,特别是现代炼钢工艺中废钢比的提高,对镁碳砖的侵蚀更为严重。此外,转炉烟罩漏水的现象也是时有发生,过量的水渗入转炉炉衬砖层,会严重破坏炉衬结构,缩短炉衬使用寿命。
现代炼钢工艺中废钢比的提高,会大幅增加转炉中废钢的加入量。为保证转炉的冶炼效果,造成转炉钢水终点氧含量显著提高,钢水的过氧化加快了对炉衬镁碳砖的侵蚀,对镁碳砖的抗氧化性能提出了更高的要求。
此外,转炉烟罩漏水的现象也是时有发生,过量的水渗入转炉炉衬砖层,特别是水渗透过镁碳砖层,接触到镁碳砖外侧的镁砖,受潮镁砖在高温条件下会发生粉化,直接导致炉衬的破损,造成严重的危险隐患和经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,针对现有镁碳砖使用寿命和防水性能不足等问题,提供一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖,它包括镁碳砖体及设置在其表面的隔水涂层,其中镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:镁砂颗粒55-72%,镁砂细粉7~22%,石墨化碳黑超细粉2-9%,锆英砂4-15%,氮化硅铁粉1-4%,鳞片石墨1-8%,硼酸锌0.5-3%,镁锰锌合金粉1-3%,酚醛树脂1-4%;隔水涂层中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:石蜡45-70%,玻璃粉30-55%;所得镁碳砖的碳含量为8~12wt%。
优选的,所述镁碳砖体中,石墨化碳黑超细粉占质量百分比为6~8%;鳞片石墨所占质量百分比为1~3%。
上述方案中,所述镁碳砖体还包含外加稀释剂;稀释剂的掺量为1-4wt%;稀释剂可选用乙二醇或二甲基硅油等。
上述方案中,所述镁砂颗粒的最大粒径为12mm,采用12~8mm、8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm及1~0mm粒度级配紧密堆积;镁砂细粉粒度小于200目。
上述方案中,所述石墨化碳黑超细粉的粒度小于1000目,使用时加入酚醛树脂或含稀释剂的酚醛树脂中混合均匀,促使石墨化碳黑超细粉充分分散;可有效提高碳素原料在砖体中分布的均匀性和高温下参与反应的效率,进而可以减少碳素原料的加入量;此外,稀释剂的加入可以在保证砖坯成型性能的条件下,减少液态酚醛树脂的加入量。

2)将称取的镁碳砖体各原料混合均匀,压制成型得镁碳砖砖坯,烘烤固化,冷却;
3)将称取的石蜡和玻璃粉在60℃以上温度条件下混合均匀制备隔水涂层,并将其涂覆于镁碳砖表面。
优选的,所述隔水涂层涂覆与靠近炉壳一侧的镁碳砖端面,涂层厚度1~2mm。
上述方案中,所述烘烤温度为120~150℃,时间为12~18h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发明通过优化碳源,可有效减少自身的含碳量,并通过不同类型抗氧化剂的复合添加,有效提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性能;石墨化炭黑超细粉具有较高的反应活性,分散效果更好,作为最主要的碳素来源可以减少整体碳素的加入量,降低镁碳砖碳含量有利于提高抗氧化性以及钢液的质量;鳞片石墨除用作碳源,还可发挥润滑便于砖坯成型的作用;进一步引入硼酸锌和镁锰锌合金粉,在高温条件下,可以发挥复合抗氧化的作用;进而延长在转炉钢液终点氧含量较高条件下的使用寿命。
2)通过在砖体局部涂刷复合防水涂层,在常温及高温条件下均能有效隔断水分渗过镁碳砖接触到易水化的镁砖,高温下玻璃粉熔化形成致密的釉层粘附在砖表面起到隔水作用;进一步提高转炉炉衬使用中的安全性。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,采用的镁砂颗粒的最大粒径为12mm,采用12~8mm、8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm及1~0mm粒度级配紧密堆积;采用的镁砂细粉粒度为200目。
以下实施例中,采用的锆英砂为锆英砂颗粒或锆英砂与锆英砂细粉的组合,其中锆英砂颗粒的粒径为1~0mm,锆英砂细粉的粒径小于180目;氮化硅铁粉的粒径小于200目;所述鳞片石墨的粒径小于800目,C%≥95%;所述镁锰锌合金粉的粒径小于200目,其中Mn含量为15wt%以下。
以下实施例中,采用得玻璃粉的粒径小于300目。
实施例1
一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖,它包括镁碳砖体及设置在其表面的隔水涂层,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配比称取各原料,所述镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比为:镁砂颗粒58%,镁砂细粉8%,石墨化碳黑超细粉2%,锆英砂14%(锆英砂10%,锆英砂细粉4%),氮化硅铁粉4%,鳞片石墨8%,硼酸锌1%,镁锰锌合金粉3%,酚醛树脂2%;外加稀释剂(乙二醇)3%;镁碳砖局部涂抹所用的隔水涂层中各组分及其所占质量百分比为:石蜡70%,玻璃粉30%;
2)制砖时将称取的石墨化碳黑超细粉添加到混合好的酚醛树脂和乙二醇中搅拌均匀,再添加镁砂颗粒及细粉、锆英砂、氮化硅铁粉、鳞片石墨、硼酸锌、镁锰锌合金粉混合均匀压制成砖坯,将所得砖坯在120℃温度下烘烤12h,自然冷却,得镁碳砖砖坯;
3)在60℃以上温度下将石蜡和玻璃粉搅拌均匀备用,将所得隔水涂层均匀涂抹在镁碳砖靠近炉壳一侧的端面(厚度为1mm),即得所述带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖。
经测试,本发明所得镁碳砖的碳含量为11.4%;常温耐压强度为38.5MPa;1500℃保温1h空气气氛下进行抗氧化实验,碳质量损失率为14.2%,成本较低;适用于钢液终点氧含量较低的转炉炉衬使用。
实施例2
一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖,它包括镁碳砖体及设置在其表面的隔水涂层,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配比称取各原料,所述镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比为:镁砂颗粒60%,镁砂细粉16%,石墨化碳黑超细粉6%,锆英砂7%(锆英砂颗粒),氮化硅铁粉2%,鳞片石墨3%,硼酸锌2%,镁锰锌合金粉2%,酚醛树脂2%,外加稀释剂(乙二醇)2%;镁碳砖局部涂抹所用的隔水涂层中各组分及其所占质量百分比为:石蜡60%,玻璃粉40%;
2)制砖时将称取的石墨化碳黑超细粉添加到混合好的酚醛树脂和乙二醇中搅拌均匀,再添加镁砂颗粒及细粉、锆英砂、氮化硅铁粉、鳞片石墨、硼酸锌、镁锰锌合金粉混合均匀压制成砖坯,将所得砖坯在120℃温度下烘烤12h,自然冷却,得镁碳砖砖坯;
3)在60℃以上温度下将石蜡和玻璃粉搅拌均匀备用,将所得隔水涂层均匀涂抹在镁碳砖靠近炉壳一侧的端面(厚度为1.5mm),即得所述带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖。
经测试,本发明所得镁碳砖的碳含量为10.7%;常温耐压强度为42.6MPa,1500℃保温1h空气气氛下进行抗氧化实验,碳质量损失率为11.9%;适用于钢液终点氧含量较高、出钢温度较低的转炉炉衬使用。
实施例3
一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖,它包括镁碳砖体及设置在其表面的隔水涂层,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配比称取各原料,所述镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比为:镁砂颗粒60%,镁砂细粉22%,石墨化碳黑超细粉8%,锆英砂5%(锆英砂颗粒),氮化硅铁粉1%,鳞片石墨1%,硼酸锌0.5%,镁锰锌合金粉1.5%,酚醛树脂1%,外加稀释剂(二甲基硅油)3%;镁碳砖局部涂抹所用的隔水涂层中各组分及其所占质量百分比为:石蜡45%,玻璃粉55%;
2)制砖时将称取的石墨化碳黑超细粉添加到混合好的酚醛树脂和乙二醇中搅拌均匀,再添加镁砂颗粒及细粉、锆英砂、氮化硅铁粉、鳞片石墨、硼酸锌、镁锰锌合金粉混合均匀压制成砖坯,将所得砖坯在120℃温度下烘烤12h,自然冷却,得镁碳砖砖坯;
3)在60℃以上温度下将石蜡和玻璃粉搅拌均匀备用,将所得隔水涂层均匀涂抹在镁碳砖靠近炉壳一侧的端面(厚度为2mm),即得所述带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖。
经测试,本发明所得镁碳砖的碳含量为9.2%;常温耐压强度为44.2MPa,1500℃保温1h空气气氛下进行抗氧化实验,碳质量损失率为9.7%;适用于钢液终点氧含量高、出钢温度较高的转炉炉衬。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的实例,而并非对实施方式的限制。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而因此所引申的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,它包括镁碳砖体及设置在其表面的隔水涂层,其中镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:镁砂颗粒55-72%,镁砂细粉7~22%,石墨化碳黑超细粉2-9%,锆英砂4-15%,氮化硅铁粉1-4%,鳞片石墨1-8%,硼酸锌0.5-3%,镁锰锌合金粉1-3%,酚醛树脂1-4%;隔水涂层中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:石蜡45-70%,玻璃粉30-55%;所得镁碳砖的碳含量为8~12wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述镁碳砖体原料中包含外加稀释剂;稀释剂的掺量为1-4wt%;稀释剂为乙二醇或二甲基硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述镁砂颗粒的最大粒径为12mm,采用12~8mm、8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm及1~0mm粒度级配紧密堆积;镁砂细粉粒度小于200目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述石墨化碳黑超细粉的粒度小于1000目,使用时加入酚醛树脂或含稀释剂的酚醛树脂中混合均匀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述锆英砂采用锆英砂颗粒或锆英砂颗粒与锆英砂细粉的组合,其中锆英砂颗粒的粒径为1~0mm,锆英砂细粉的粒径小于180目;所述氮化硅铁粉的粒径小于200目;所述鳞片石墨的粒径小于800目,其中C含量为95wt%以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述镁锰锌合金粉的粒径小于200目,其中Mn含量为15wt%以下。
7.根据权利要求1所述的转炉低碳镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述玻璃粉的粒径小于300目。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述带隔水层的转炉低碳镁碳砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按配比称取各原料,其中镁碳砖体中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:镁砂颗粒55-72%,镁砂细粉7~10%,石墨化碳黑超细粉2-9%,锆英砂4-15%,氮化硅铁粉1-4%,鳞片石墨1-8%,硼酸锌0.5-3%,镁锰锌合金粉1-3%,酚醛树脂1-4%;隔水涂层中各原料及其所占质量百分比包括:石蜡45-70%,玻璃粉30-55%;
2)将称取的镁碳砖体各原料混合均匀,压制成型得镁碳砖砖坯,烘烤固化,冷却;
3)将称取的石蜡和玻璃粉在60℃以上温度条件下混合均匀制备隔水涂层,并将其涂覆于镁碳砖表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述隔水涂层涂覆与靠近炉壳一侧的镁碳砖端面。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘烤温度为120~150℃,时间为12~18h。
