Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of high polymer material processing, and provides a high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, polar functional group rubber, high-cohesiveness functional materials, a high-strength fiber cloth base layer, a reinforcing agent, a vulcanizing agent and a plasticizer. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition, which comprises the following steps: preparing a rubber composition sheet on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material; preparing a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition sheet; preparing waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth; preparing a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet; and (3) preparing the high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition. The high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of good waterproof performance, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, and high adhesion strength with building material components, and is suitable for waterproof treatment in engineering construction processes of dams, building roofs, roads and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer material processing, and particularly relates to a high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof roll is mainly used in the fields of building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product which can resist external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, plays a vital role in the whole engineering, and mainly comprises an asphalt waterproof roll and a high-polymer waterproof roll.
In the aspect of asphalt waterproof coiled materials, the prior art discloses an acid and alkali resistant elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material which mainly comprises upper and lower polyethylene film isolation layers and an elastomer modified asphalt rubber tire base layer, wherein the tire base layer is a small amount of SBS modified asphalt composition; disclosed is a root-resistant self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, wherein the upper and lower isolation layers are polyethylene films, and the middle isolation layer is styrene butadiene rubber and SBS modified petroleum asphalt. It can be seen that the asphalt waterproofing rubber needs to have upper and lower isolation layers, and the middle layer is usually an asphalt base layer or a polymer modified asphalt base layer.
In the aspect of high-molecular waterproof coiled materials, the prior art discloses an adhesive TPO waterproof coiled material which has a structure that the middle is polyester mesh cloth, the upper layer and the lower layer are made of TPO materials, and the mesh cloth is adhered to the upper layer and the lower layer by adhesive layers; the waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising three layers of fiber cloth, wherein the upper layer fiber cloth and the lower layer fiber cloth are polyester non-woven fabrics, the middle layer fiber cloth is a synthetic fiber interwoven fabric, and a vulcanized rubber layer is arranged in the middle of the fiber cloth; the waterproof material is prepared by attaching self-adhesive films to the upper and lower surfaces of an ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof layer in the middle of a waterproof roll, and attaching isolating layers on the upper and lower self-adhesive films, wherein the isolating layers can be a PE film, a PET film, a PVC film and the like; the polyolefin waterproof roll is characterized in that the waterproof layer is polyethylene containing an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorber, and the anti-aging layer is SEBS.
It can be seen that the asphalt waterproof coiled material and the polymer waterproof coiled material in the prior art are single in composition system and not strong in pertinence.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, an asphalt waterproof coiled material and a high-molecular waterproof coiled material are single in structural system and weak in pertinence.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps of: high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, polar functional group rubber, high-cohesiveness functional materials, a high-strength fiber cloth base layer, a reinforcing agent, a vulcanizing agent and a plasticizer;
the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber is high-saturation hydrophobic rubber and elastomer with linear molecular main chains and main chains without-C ═ C-double bonds;
the polar functional group rubber is rubber or elastomer with a linear structure and a molecular chain containing a polar functional group;
the high-cohesiveness functional material is liquid rubber or a reactive liquid low-molecular compound with polar or non-polar groups.
Another object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a high adhesion strength waterproof roll composition, including the following steps:
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition sheet: banburying the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, the vulcanizing agent, the reinforcing agent and the plasticizer in an internal mixer uniformly to obtain a master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, wherein the banburying temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition is rolled into sheets by an open mill or a multi-roll calender to obtain a sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the sheet thickness is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition sheet: banburying polar functional group rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a reinforcing agent and a plasticizer in an internal mixer uniformly to obtain a master batch of a rubber composition at the lower layer of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the banburying temperature is 80-120 ℃, and the master batch of the rubber composition at the lower layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material is rolled into a sheet by an open mill or a multi-roll calender to obtain a sheet of the rubber composition at the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparing the waterproof roll basic fiber cloth: dissolving the high-cohesiveness functional material in a solvent, and uniformly stirring to form a functional adhesion glue solution, wherein the solvent is one of toluene, naphthenic oil and xylene, so that the functional adhesion glue solution is attached to the surface of the high-strength fiber cloth base layer to obtain the waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth;
preparation of a sheet of a precured waterproofing membrane composition: processing an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material into a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet through rolling and laminating, wherein the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparation of high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition: and (3) placing the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet into a vulcanizing oven for crosslinking and curing, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of the vulcanizing oven is 140-200 ℃, and the vulcanizing time is 30-60 min, so as to prepare the high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition.
The high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of good waterproof performance, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, and high adhesion strength with building material components, and is suitable for waterproof treatment in engineering construction processes of dams, building roofs, roads and the like.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
A high bond strength waterproofing membrane composition comprising: high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, polar functional group rubber, high-cohesiveness functional materials, a high-strength fiber cloth base layer, a reinforcing agent, a vulcanizing agent and a plasticizer;
the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber is a high-saturation hydrophobic rubber and an elastomer, wherein the molecular main chain is linear and does not contain-C-double bond, and specifically, the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber can be one of ethylene propylene diene monomer, hydrogenated natural rubber, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, hydrogenated styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, butyl rubber, ethylene-octene copolymer and random copolymerization polypropylene;
the polar functional group rubber is rubber and elastomer with molecular chains containing polar functional groups and linear structures, and specifically can be one of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, epichlorohydrin rubber, polyurethane rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, epoxidized natural rubber and soft polyvinyl chloride;
the high-cohesiveness functional material is liquid rubber or a reactive liquid low-molecular compound with polar or non-polar groups, and specifically can be one of liquid nitrile rubber, carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene rubber and diphenylmethane diisocyanate;
the high-strength fiber cloth base layer is one of glass fiber cloth, carbon fiber cloth, nylon fiber cloth, high molecular weight polyethylene fiber cloth, polypropylene fiber cloth and polyformaldehyde fiber cloth;
the reinforcing agent is carbon black, the type of the reinforcing agent can be N110, N220, N330, N550, N660 and the like, white carbon black can be fumed white carbon black or precipitated white carbon black, and the grade of the reinforcing agent is one or more of rubber grade, nano calcium carbonate, nano talcum powder, nano silicon dioxide, nano calcium sulfate and potassium titanate whisker;
the vulcanizing agent is one or more of sulfur, tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, dicumyl peroxide, triallyl isocyanurate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene;
the plasticizer is one or more of chlorinated paraffin, dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, epoxidized soybean oil, dioctyl adipate and tricresyl phosphate.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for preparing a high-adhesion-strength waterproof roll composition comprises the following steps:
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition sheet: banburying the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, the vulcanizing agent, the reinforcing agent and the plasticizer in an internal mixer uniformly to obtain a master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, wherein the banburying temperature is 80-100 ℃, the master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition is rolled into a sheet by an open mill or a multi-roll calender, so as to obtain a sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm, the width of the sheet is controlled by a rubber outlet adjusting baffle of a rolling device, and the length of the sheet is cut by a sliding cutter according to requirements;
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition sheet: uniformly mixing polar functional group rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a reinforcing agent and a plasticizer in an internal mixer to obtain pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition master batch, wherein the mixing temperature is 80-120 ℃, the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition master batch is rolled into sheets by an open mill or a multi-roll calender to obtain pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition sheets, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, the sheet thickness is 0.5-5.0 mm, the sheet width is controlled by a rubber outlet adjusting baffle of rolling equipment, and the sheet length is cut by a sliding cutter according to requirements;
preparing the waterproof roll basic fiber cloth: dissolving a high-cohesiveness functional material in a solvent, uniformly stirring to form a functional adhesion glue solution, wherein the solvent is one of toluene, naphthenic oil and xylene, so that the functional adhesion glue solution is attached to the surface of a high-strength fiber cloth base layer to obtain the waterproof roll base fiber cloth, a dipping method or a coating method can be adopted, when the dipping method is adopted, the high-strength fiber cloth base layer is dipped in the functional adhesion glue solution for 10-30 min, so that the glue solution is uniformly dipped inside and outside the fiber cloth, and then the solvent is removed, when the coating method is adopted, the high-cohesiveness functional material is homopolymerized and coated on the surface of the high-strength fiber cloth base layer by a mechanical coating method;
preparation of a sheet of a precured waterproofing membrane composition: processing an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, a waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material into the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet through rolling and laminating, wherein the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm, the waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth is used as a structural support or a base carrier of the waterproof coiled material, and the upper rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and the lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material are tightly and firmly laminated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth through rolling operation so as to prepare the waterproof coiled material through subsequent vulcanization operation;
preparation of high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition: and (3) placing the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet into a vulcanizing oven for crosslinking and curing, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of the vulcanizing oven is 140-200 ℃, and the vulcanizing time is 30-60 min, so as to prepare the high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition.

(1) 100 parts of highly saturated hydrophobic ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.75 part of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano calcium carbonate and a proper amount of plasticizer are added into an internal mixer to be internally mixed for 15min at the temperature of 80 ℃ for discharging; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(2) adding 100 parts of polar functional group-containing chlorinated polyethylene rubber CPE, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5 part of dicumyl peroxide, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano talcum powder, 3.0 parts of carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and carrying out internal mixing at 85 ℃ for 15min to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.7 mm;
(3) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid rubber carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber on two sides of the glass fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(4) respectively closely attaching an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, and calendering and compacting the mixed film through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, wherein the thickness of the film is 5.0 mm;
(5) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and the high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition is obtained after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Example 2
(1) Adding 100 parts of highly saturated hydrophobic hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer SEBS, 1.5 parts of triallyl isocyanurate, 2.5 parts of carbon black N220, 2.5 parts of nano silicon dioxide and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing for 20min at 85 ℃ for discharging; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 50 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.6 mm;
(2) adding 100 parts of polyurethane rubber containing polar functional groups, 1.5 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 2.5 parts of carbon black N220, 2.5 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 2.5 parts of hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and carrying out internal mixing at 85 ℃ for 20min to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(3) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid rubber hydroxyl liquid polybutadiene on two sides of the glass fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(4) respectively closely attaching an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, and calendering and compacting the mixed rubber sheet through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, wherein the thickness of the rubber sheet is 4.9 mm;
(5) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and the high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition is obtained after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Example 3
(1) Adding 100 parts of highly saturated hydrophobic butyl rubber, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5 part of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, 2.5 parts of carbon black N550, 2.5 parts of nano calcium carbonate and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing for 25min at 90 ℃ to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.7 mm;
(2) adding 100 parts of soft polyvinyl chloride containing polar functional groups, 1.0 part of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 2.5 parts of carbon black N550, 2.5 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 2.5 parts of carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing for 25min at 90 ℃ to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(3) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid nitrile rubber on two sides of the nylon fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(4) respectively closely attaching an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, and calendering and compacting the mixed film through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, wherein the thickness of the film is 5.0 mm;
(5) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and the high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition is obtained after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Example 4
(1) Adding 100 parts of highly saturated hydrophobic ethylene-octene copolymer, 2.5 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano-silica and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at 85 ℃ for 20min for discharging; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(2) adding 100 parts of epoxidized natural rubber containing polar functional groups, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5 part of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano-silica, 2.5 parts of terminal diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing for 20min at 80 ℃ to discharge; and (3) tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition sheet, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the film thickness is 2.8 mm.
(3) Uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid hydrogenated nitrile rubber on two sides of nylon fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(4) respectively closely attaching an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, and calendering and compacting the mixed film through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, wherein the thickness of the film is 5.0 mm;
(5) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and the high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition is obtained after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Example 5
(1) Adding 100 parts of highly saturated hydrophobic random copolymer polypropylene, 2.5 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano-silica and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at 85 ℃ for 20min for discharging; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the rubber composition on the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(2) adding 100 parts of epichlorohydrin rubber containing polar functional groups, 1.5 parts of triallyl isocyanurate, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330, 2.5 parts of nano-silica, 2.5 parts of liquid nitrile rubber and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and carrying out internal mixing at 80 ℃ for 20min to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed masterbatch of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a sheet of the lower rubber composition of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 2.8 mm;
(3) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid nitrile rubber on two sides of the polypropylene fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(4) respectively closely attaching an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, and calendering and compacting the mixed film through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, wherein the thickness of the film is 5.0 mm;
(5) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and the high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition is obtained after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Comparative example 1
(1) 100 parts of general ethylene propylene rubber, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.5 part of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, 2.5 parts of carbon black N330 and a proper amount of plasticizer are added into an internal mixer to be internally mixed for 25min at 80 ℃ for discharging; tabletting the internally mixed pre-vulcanized rubber master batch on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized ethylene propylene rubber sheet, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the thickness of the rubber sheet is 5.0 mm;
(2) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid nitrile rubber on two sides of the polypropylene fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(3) two pre-vulcanized ethylene propylene rubber sheets are closely attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth respectively, the mixed rubber sheets are calendered and compacted through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, and the thickness of the rubber sheets is 5.0 mm;
(4) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and then obtaining the comparative waterproof coiled material composition after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.
Comparative example 2
(1) Adding 100 styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1.5 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 3.5 parts of carbon black N330, 5 parts of nano-silica and a proper amount of plasticizer into an internal mixer, and internally mixing at 80 ℃ for 25min to discharge; tabletting the internally mixed pre-vulcanized rubber master batch on an open mill or a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer film, wherein the tabletting temperature is 45 ℃, and the film thickness is 5.0 mm;
(2) uniformly coating the high-adhesion liquid nitrile rubber on two sides of the polypropylene fiber cloth by adopting a brushing process to form the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth with high adhesion;
(3) two pre-vulcanized ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer films are closely attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material basic fiber cloth, the mixed films are calendered and compacted through a multi-roll calender to form a pre-vulcanized high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet, and the thickness of the films is 5.0 mm;
(4) and (3) vulcanizing and crosslinking the pre-vulcanized high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition sheet by a drum vulcanizing oven, wherein the vulcanizing temperature is 175 ℃, the vulcanizing time is 30min, and then obtaining the comparative waterproof coiled material composition after a vulcanizing and crosslinking process.

As can be seen from the above table, the waterproofing membrane compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 are significantly superior to the waterproofing membrane compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 in density, hardness, elongation at break, tensile strength, peel strength, and waterproofness.

Claims (9)
1. A high-adhesion-strength waterproof roll composition, which is characterized by comprising: high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, polar functional group rubber, high-cohesiveness functional materials, a high-strength fiber cloth base layer, a reinforcing agent, a vulcanizing agent and a plasticizer;
the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber is high-saturation hydrophobic rubber and elastomer with linear molecular main chains and main chains without-C ═ C-double bonds;
the polar functional group rubber is rubber or elastomer with a linear structure and a molecular chain containing a polar functional group;
the high-cohesiveness functional material is liquid rubber or a reactive liquid low-molecular compound with polar or non-polar groups.
2. A high bonding strength waterproof roll composition as recited in claim 1, wherein said highly saturated hydrophobic rubber is one of ethylene propylene diene monomer, hydrogenated natural rubber, hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, hydrogenated styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, butyl rubber, ethylene-octene copolymer, and random copolymer polypropylene.
3. A high bonding strength waterproof roll composition as recited in claim 1, wherein said polar functional group rubber is one of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, epichlorohydrin rubber, urethane rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, epoxidized natural rubber, and soft polyvinyl chloride.
4. A high bonding strength waterproof roll composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high bondability functional material is one of liquid nitrile rubber, carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene rubber and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
5. A high bonding strength waterproof roll composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high strength fiber cloth substrate is one of glass fiber cloth, carbon fiber cloth, nylon fiber cloth, high molecular weight polyethylene fiber cloth, polypropylene fiber cloth, and polyoxymethylene fiber cloth.
6. The high-bonding-strength waterproof coiled material composition according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing agent is one or more of carbon black, white carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, nano talc powder, nano silica, nano calcium sulfate and potassium titanate whisker;
the vulcanizing agent is one or more of sulfur, tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, dicumyl peroxide, triallyl isocyanurate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene;
the plasticizer is one or more of chlorinated paraffin, dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, epoxidized soybean oil, dioctyl adipate and tricresyl phosphate.
7. A method for preparing a high adhesive strength waterproofing membrane composition according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition sheet: banburying the high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, the vulcanizing agent, the reinforcing agent and the plasticizer in an internal mixer uniformly to obtain a master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, wherein the banburying temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the master batch of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition is rolled into sheets by an open mill or a multi-roll calender to obtain a sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material upper layer rubber composition, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the sheet thickness is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparation of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material lower layer rubber composition sheet: banburying polar functional group rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a reinforcing agent and a plasticizer in an internal mixer uniformly to obtain a master batch of a rubber composition at the lower layer of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, wherein the banburying temperature is 80-120 ℃, and the master batch of the rubber composition at the lower layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material is rolled into a sheet by an open mill or a multi-roll calender to obtain a sheet of the rubber composition at the upper layer of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, the rolling temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparing the waterproof roll basic fiber cloth: dissolving the high-cohesiveness functional material in a solvent, and uniformly stirring to form a functional adhesion glue solution, wherein the solvent is one of toluene, naphthenic oil and xylene, so that the functional adhesion glue solution is attached to the surface of the high-strength fiber cloth base layer to obtain the waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth;
preparation of a sheet of a precured waterproofing membrane composition: processing an upper rubber composition sheet of a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material, waterproof coiled material base fiber cloth and a lower rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material into a pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet through rolling and laminating, wherein the thickness of the sheet is 0.5-5.0 mm;
preparation of high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition: and (3) placing the pre-vulcanized waterproof coiled material composition sheet into a vulcanizing oven for crosslinking and curing, wherein the vulcanizing temperature of the vulcanizing oven is 140-200 ℃, and the vulcanizing time is 30-60 min, so as to prepare the high-adhesion-strength waterproof coiled material composition.
8. A high bonding strength waterproofing membrane composition according to claim 7, the waterproofing membrane base fiber cloth is prepared by a dipping method.
9. A high bonding strength waterproofing membrane composition according to claim 7, wherein the waterproofing membrane base fiber cloth is prepared by a coating method.
