The material comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin layer and a high-density polyethylene layer which are laminated and compounded, wherein the thickness of the thermoplastic polyolefin layer is less than or equal to 0.3mm, and the thermoplastic polyolefin layer contains a polyolefin elastomer resin I; the high-density polyethylene layer contains the following components: high-density polyethylene resin, linear low-density polyethylene resin, polyolefin elastomer resin II, vinyl silane cross-linking agent, organic tin catalyst, initiator and color master batch. The waterproof coiled material obtained by adopting the main material of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material provided by the invention not only can meet the requirements of GB/T23457-; meanwhile, the lap joint edges can be welded by hot air, so that the lap joint quality of the long edges is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building waterproofing, in particular to a pre-paved high-molecular waterproof coiled material main body material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the omnidirectional performance detection of the high-density polyethylene pre-paved high-molecular waterproof coiled material can meet the requirements of national standard GB/T23457-2017 Pre-paved waterproof coiled material; but the long-edge lap joint adopts an adhesive mode, the lap joint construction quality is difficult to guarantee, and the leakage risk exists.
The thermoplastic polyolefin is pre-paved with the high polymer waterproof coiled material, and the long-edge lap joint can be welded by hot air, so that the lap joint quality of the coiled material can be ensured; however, the pre-paved product is soft, and the puncture strength can not meet the requirements of national standard GB/T23457-.
CN106543914A discloses a pre-laid polyolefin self-adhesive film waterproof sheet and a preparation method thereof. A pre-laid polyolefin self-adhesive film waterproof sheet is composed of two layers of structures: the polyolefin waterproof sheet comprises a polyolefin waterproof sheet layer and a self-adhesive layer, wherein the polyolefin sheet is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 65-85 parts of polyethylene, 10-25 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-10 parts of polyethylene graft material, 3-8 parts of modified tackifier, 0.2-0.6 part of titanium dioxide and 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant. The polyolefin self-adhesive film waterproof sheet prepared by the invention has the advantages of good physical and mechanical properties, good waterproof performance, moderate flexibility, good construction performance, safety and environmental protection. However, this prior art does not address improvements in puncture resistance.
Therefore, there is a need for a waterproof roll with excellent anti-leakage performance and anti-puncture strength.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the existing waterproof roll cannot have excellent anti-seepage performance and puncture strength.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a pre-spread polymer waterproofing membrane main body material, which comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin layer (TPO layer) and a high density polyethylene layer (HDPE layer) laminated and compounded, wherein the thickness of the TPO layer is less than or equal to 0.3mm, the thickness of the HDPE layer is 0.9-1.2mm, and the TPO layer comprises a polyolefin elastomer resin I (POE resin I);
the HDPE layer contains the following components:
HDPE resin, linear low density polyethylene resin (LLDPE resin), polyolefin elastomer resin II (POE resin II), vinyl silane cross-linking agent, organic tin catalyst, initiator and color master batch;
the POE resin I and the POE resin II are the same or different and are respectively and independently selected from at least one of ethylene-octene copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer and ethylene-butene copolymer;
based on the total weight of the components in the HDPE layer, the HDPE resin content is 20-30wt%, the LLDPE resin content is 45-50wt%, the POE resin II content is 18-25wt%, the vinyl silane crosslinking agent content is 1.0-3.0wt%, the organotin catalyst content is 0.05-0.15wt%, the initiator content is 0.01-0.10wt%, and the color master batch content is 2.0-4.0 wt%.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing the pre-spread polymer waterproofing membrane main body material according to the first aspect, the method comprising the following steps:
(1) carrying out first mixing on each component in the component A to obtain a mixture I; the component A contains HDPE resin, LLDPE resin, POE resin II and color master batch; and
carrying out second mixing on each component in the component B to obtain a mixture II; the component B contains a vinyl silane crosslinking agent, an organic tin catalyst and an initiator;
(2) performing a first extrusion on the mixture I and the mixture II to obtain the HDPE layer;
coating a TPO layer on the HDPE layer, and then performing hydrolysis treatment to obtain a main body material of the pre-paved high-molecular waterproof coiled material containing the laminated and compounded TPO layer and HDPE layer;
wherein the TPO layer is obtained by carrying out second extrusion on POE resin I.
The third aspect of the invention provides a use of the pre-spread polymer waterproofing membrane main body material in the first aspect in waterproofing membranes.
According to the invention, the laminated composite TPO layer and HDPE layer with a certain thickness are used as main materials of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material, and the HDPE layer adopts a composite crosslinking system of a vinyl silane crosslinking agent, an organic tin catalyst and an initiator with a certain weight, so that the omnidirectional performance can meet the requirements of GB/T23457-2017 Pre-paved waterproof coiled material, and the heat resistance and the environmental stress cracking resistance of the waterproof coiled material can be improved; meanwhile, the lap joint edges can be welded by hot air, so that the lap joint quality of the long edges is ensured.

Preferably, the vinyl silane crosslinking agent is selected from at least one of vinyl trimethoxy silane (VTMS) and vinyl triethoxy silane (VTES). The comparative example prepared a pre-applied polymer waterproofing membrane main material using a formulation and method similar to those of example 1, except that: the amount of the polyolefin elastomer resin II in the HDPE layer was 30g, and the rest was the same as in example 1, and a pre-spread polymer waterproof roll main body material DC4 was prepared, as shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 5
The comparative example prepared a pre-applied polymer waterproofing membrane main material using a formulation and method similar to those of example 1, except that: the amount of the high-density polyethylene resin in the HDPE layer was 35g, and the rest was the same as in example 1, and a pre-spread polymer waterproof roll main body material DC5 was prepared, as shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 6
The comparative example prepared a pre-applied polymer waterproofing membrane main material using a formulation and method similar to those of example 1, except that: the polyolefin elastomer resin II and other materials in the HDPE layer are replaced by styrene TPE resin, and the rest is the same as that in the example 1, so that the main material DC6 of the pre-paved high-molecular waterproof roll is prepared, and the specific reference is made in Table 1.
Comparative example 7
The comparative example prepared a pre-applied polymer waterproofing membrane main material using a formulation and method similar to those of example 1, except that: the weight of the high-density polyethylene resin and the like in the HDPE layer is replaced by the weight of the low-density polyethylene resin, and the rest is the same as that in the example 1, so that the main body material DC7 of the pre-paved high-molecular waterproof coiled material is prepared, and the specific reference is made to the table 1.
Test example 1
The performance test of the main materials of the pre-paved waterproof polymer coil obtained in the examples and the comparative examples is as follows.
1. Leak resistance (water impermeability): the test was carried out with reference to the GB/T23457-2017 standard.
2. Puncture resistance strength: the test was carried out with reference to the GB/T23457-2017 standard.
3. Heat resistance (dimensional change rate): the test was carried out with reference to the GB/T23457-2017 standard.
4. Environmental stress cracking resistance: the test was carried out with reference to the GB/T1842-2008 standard.
5. Weldability (joint peel strength): the GB/T27789-2011 standard is used for testing.

The results in table 2 show that the waterproof roll obtained by using the pre-paved polymer waterproof roll main body material provided by the invention can simultaneously meet the requirements of anti-leakage performance and puncture strength, and has good heat resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and weldability.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above in detail, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of various technical features in any other suitable way, and these simple modifications and combinations should also be regarded as the disclosure of the invention, and all fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A pre-paved high-molecular waterproof coiled material main body material is characterized by comprising a thermoplastic polyolefin layer and a high-density polyethylene layer which are laminated and compounded, wherein the thickness of the thermoplastic polyolefin layer is less than or equal to 0.3mm, the thickness of the high-density polyethylene layer is 0.9-1.2mm, and the thermoplastic polyolefin layer contains polyolefin elastomer resin I;
the high-density polyethylene layer contains the following components:
high-density polyethylene resin, linear low-density polyethylene resin, polyolefin elastomer resin II, vinyl silane cross-linking agent, organic tin catalyst, initiator and color master batch;
the polyolefin elastomer resin I and the polyolefin elastomer resin II are the same or different and are each independently selected from at least one of ethylene-octene copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer, and ethylene-butene copolymer;
based on the total weight of the components in the high-density polyethylene layer, the content of the high-density polyethylene resin is 20-30wt%, the content of the linear low-density polyethylene resin is 45-50wt%, the content of the polyolefin elastomer resin II is 18-25wt%, the content of the vinyl silane cross-linking agent is 1.0-3.0wt%, the content of the organic tin catalyst is 0.05-0.15wt%, the content of the initiator is 0.01-0.10wt%, and the content of the color master batch is 2.0-4.0 wt%.
2. The material of claim 1, wherein the vinyl silane cross-linking agent is selected from at least one of vinyl trimethoxysilane, vinyl triethoxysilane; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the organic tin catalyst is at least one of dibutyltin dilaurate and stannous octoate.
3. A material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the initiator is selected from at least one of dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide, dicumyl hydroperoxide.
4. Material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the masterbatch is selected from at least one of PE masterbatches.
5. A method for preparing the pre-paved polymer waterproof coiled material main body material of any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) carrying out first mixing on each component in the component A to obtain a mixture I; the component A contains high-density polyethylene resin, linear low-density polyethylene resin, polyolefin elastomer resin II and color master batch; and
carrying out second mixing on each component in the component B to obtain a mixture II; the component B contains a vinyl silane crosslinking agent, an organic tin catalyst and an initiator;
(2) performing first extrusion on the mixture I and the mixture II to obtain the high-density polyethylene layer;
coating a thermoplastic polyolefin layer on the high-density polyethylene layer, and then performing hydrolysis treatment to obtain a main body material of the pre-laid high-polymer waterproof coiled material containing the laminated and compounded thermoplastic polyolefin layer and the high-density polyethylene layer;
wherein the thermoplastic polyolefin layer is obtained by second extrusion of a polyolefin elastomer resin I.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in step (1), the first mixing condition is at least satisfied: stirring at 40-60rpm at 80-100 deg.C for 60-120 min.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein in step (1), the second mixing condition is at least satisfied: stirring at 10-20rpm at 20-30 deg.C for 60-120 min.
8. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the conditions of the first extrusion and the second extrusion each independently at least satisfy: the temperature is 200 ℃ and 220 ℃, and the speed is 2-3 m/min.
9. The method according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the conditions of the hydrolysis treatment are at least such as to satisfy: the temperature is 60-90 ℃ and the time is 12-24 h.
10. Use of the pre-spread polymer waterproofing membrane main body material according to any one of claims 1 to 4 in waterproofing membranes.
