本发明公开了一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,包含材料及配比和生产工艺流程,材料配比为:PP‑S2040 67~81.5%,抗紫外线剂3~6%,阻燃剂10~15%,增韧剂1~3%,PP色母3~5%,结晶剂1~3%,活性炭1~3%;生产工艺流程为:1)将PP‑S2040、抗紫外线剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂、PP色母、结晶剂、活性炭等材料分别置入各自的料仓;2)按配比进行计量;3)物料混合搅拌5min;4)将混合好的原材料烘干;5)原材料加热;6)模具合模;7)热熔化的原材料射出;8)模具冷却;9)模具开模;10)顶出网状滤材;11)取出网状滤材;12)网状滤材检验;13)网状滤材打包;14)网状滤材入库。

一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,属于有机材料注塑成型与废气处理环保技术领域,具体涉及一种利用若干种材料生产一种网状过滤的立体结构滤材的工艺方法。
背景技术
畜禽的粪便和清理用水等会产生大量的恶臭气体,为了畜禽舍空气新鲜,需要对畜禽舍的废气气体采用抽风机强力排放在室外,畜禽舍的废气气体种类很多,主要包括氨气、硫化氢、挥发性脂肪酸、粪臭素、醇类等;在这些废气物质中,对人体和畜禽影响最大的是氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S),氨气和硫化氢分别是饲料和粪便中含氮有机物和含硫有机物的分解产物;氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S)均有一定的毒性、刺激性、麻醉性或窒息性,严重的可导致死亡,这种将畜禽舍的废气气体直排在室外,极大的污染了大气环境,对附近的居民和农作物造成污染。畜禽舍废气气体需要进行处理后才能排放在室外。目前,我国工业上处理废气气体,主要采用物理、化学法,例如燃烧、吸附、吸收和氧化还原等。这些方法的工艺与设备比较复杂,运行费用较高;特别是用于养殖场排出的废气气体时,效果不甚理想。为了解决畜禽养殖舍的废气气体处理这一行业难题,本申请人设计一种用于废气气体过滤的网状滤材,再将这些网状滤材组合成生物滤墙,具有良好的保湿、透气、疏水性能,还具有比表面积大,空隙率高通风压降小、过风均匀、抗酸碱耐腐蚀、无压密的特点,采用成本低廉的畜禽舍废气生物滤墙,废气气体经过生物滤墙过滤后的气体,符合国家标准的无味无害气体,从根源上解决了畜禽舍的废气气体排放的安全问题,促进畜禽养殖业的健康大发展。但是,传统的有机材料和注塑成型工艺方法,都无法满足网状结构过滤型材的要求,因为传统的有机材料不能满足性能要求,必须研发新的物料配合比,此外,传统的工艺注塑射出点一般为数个,而这种网状结构滤材的注塑射出点为数十个,且必须同步、等量、位置精准;因此,本申请人提出了一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,包含材料及配比和生产工艺流程。这样生产出了合格的网状结构生物过滤滤材,再将若干个网状结构生物过滤滤材叠加成生物滤墙,含有微生物的水从生物滤墙的顶部向下流淌时,在引风机的作用下畜禽舍内的恶臭气体被生物滤墙的微生物消化掉,达到生物过滤除臭的目的。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,其特征在于:包含材料及配比和生产工艺流程,材料配比为:PP-S2040 67~81.5%,抗紫外线剂3~6%,阻燃剂10~15%,增韧剂1~3%,PP色母3~5%,结晶剂1~3%,活性炭1~3%;生产工艺流程为:
1)将PP-S2040、抗紫外线剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂、PP色母、结晶剂、活性炭等材料分别置入各自的料仓;
2)按配比对PP-S2040、抗紫外线剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂、PP色母、结晶剂、活性炭等同时进行计量;
3)将这些计量好物料送进搅拌机混合搅拌5min;
4)将混合好的原材料输送到专用的烘干箱内进行烘干;烘干温度为60~70℃,干燥时间1~2h;
5)干燥后的原材料输送到原材料熔化室,使其加热熔化,熔化温度为170~200℃;
6)上下模具合模,模具温度应控制在20~30℃;
7)热熔化的原材料射出,射出时间35S;射出压力150~170MPa;射出速度30~50mm/S;
8)模具冷却;采用普通水冷却,模具冷却温度为20~30℃;
9)模具开模,上下模具平稳打开;
10)顶出网状滤材;
11)取出网状滤材;
12)网状滤材检验;
13)网状滤材打包;
14)网状滤材入库。

本发明是这样实现的,下面结合附图1~图2作进一步说明:一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,其特征在于:包含材料及配比和生产工艺流程,材料配比为:PP-S2040 67~81.5%,抗紫外线剂3~6%,阻燃剂10~15%,增韧剂1~3%,PP色母3~5%,结晶剂1~3%,活性炭1~3%;生产工艺流程为:
1)将PP-S2040、抗紫外线剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂、PP色母、结晶剂、活性炭等材料分别置入各自的料仓;
2)按配比对PP-S2040、抗紫外线剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂、PP色母、结晶剂、活性炭等同步进行计量;
3)将这些计量好物料送进搅拌机混合搅拌5min;
4)将混合好的原材料输送到专用的烘干箱内进行烘干;烘干温度60~70℃,干燥时间1~2h;
5)干燥后原材料输送到原材料熔化室,使其加热熔化,熔化温度为170~200℃;

本发明产生的有益效果是:
1)采用本发明一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,可以实现数十个输出点同时、等量、精确注入热熔料,生产的网状滤材成品率高,生产成本低;
2)采用一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,在保证网状滤材产品质量合格的情况下,其成型周期包括上下模具合模、热熔化的原材料射出、模具冷却、模具开模、顶出网状滤材等工序,所需要的时间为7.6~8.2s,成型周期是最短的;
3)采用一种用于废气过滤的网状滤材的生产工艺,生产出的用于废气过滤的网状滤材的性能,具有良好的保湿、透气、疏水性能、比表面积大、空隙率高、通风压降小、过风均匀、抗酸碱耐腐蚀、无压密的特点。
