Gas collection mechanism includes piston cylinder 7, 7 fixed connection of piston cylinder are at the inner wall of box body 2, be equipped with intake pipe 701 and outlet duct 702 on the piston cylinder 7, all be equipped with check valve 703 on intake pipe 701 and the outlet duct 702, 7 inner wall sliding connection of piston cylinder have first piston plate 8, 8 outer wall fixedly connected with piston rods 9 of first piston plate, 9 top fixedly connected with anticreep board 901 of piston rod, anticreep board 901 outer wall fixedly connected with gyro wheel 902, first reset spring 10 has been cup jointed on the piston rod 9, 10 both ends of first reset spring offset with the outer wall of piston cylinder 7 and anticreep board 901 respectively.
The outer wall of the base 1 is fixedly connected with an air filter 3, the inner wall of the box body 2 is fixedly connected with an air bag 6, one end, away from the piston cylinder 7, of the air inlet pipe 701 is communicated with the air filter 3, and one end, away from the piston cylinder 7, of the air outlet pipe 702 is communicated with the air bag 6.
The top plate 22 is provided with a gas collection chamber 2201, the airbag 6 is provided with a first connecting pipe 601, one end of the first connecting pipe 601, which is far away from the airbag 6, is communicated with the gas collection chamber 2201, the first connecting pipe 601 is provided with a switch valve 602, the outer wall of the top plate 22 is fixedly connected with a second spray head 23, and the second spray head 23 is communicated with the gas collection chamber 2201.
The driving mechanism comprises a motor 4, the motor 4 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body 2, the output end of the motor 4 is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft 5, a cam 501 and a first bevel gear 502 are fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 5, the cam 501 is attached to the outer wall of the roller 902, and the first bevel gear 502 is meshed with a second bevel gear 1102 and a third bevel gear 1202 respectively.
Clamping mechanism includes box 15, box 15 fixed connection is at the top of fixed block 13, box 15 inner wall fixedly connected with fixed plate 16, be equipped with through-hole 1601 on the fixed plate 16, box 15 inner wall sliding connection has second piston board 17, second piston board 17 outer wall fixedly connected with splint 18, splint 18 outer wall fixedly connected with protection pad 1801, be equipped with second reset spring 19 between fixed plate 16 and the second piston board 17, be equipped with second connecting pipe 20 on the box 15, the first shower nozzle 2001 of one end fixedly connected with of box 15 is kept away from to second connecting pipe 20, first shower nozzle 2001 fixed connection is at the outer wall of box 15.
The cleaning mechanism comprises a second rotating shaft 25 and a third rotating shaft 26, the second rotating shaft 25 and the third rotating shaft 26 are both rotatably connected to the outer wall of the supporting plate 21, and a third belt wheel 2501 and a first fan blade 2502 are fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 25.
The third rotating shaft 26 is fixedly connected with a fourth belt pulley 2601 and a second fan blade 2602, the outer wall of the support plate 21 is fixedly connected with an air duct 24, the air duct 24 is provided with a second avoiding groove 2401, the second rotating shaft 25 and the third rotating shaft 26 are both arranged in the air duct 24, and the first belt pulley 1101, the second belt pulley 1201, the third belt pulley 2501 and the fourth belt pulley 2601 are all connected through a belt.
In the invention, a first screw rod 11 drives a first belt pulley 1101, a second screw rod 12 drives a second belt pulley 1201 to rotate, the first belt pulley 1101 and the second belt pulley 1201 rotate and simultaneously drive a third belt pulley 2501 and a fourth belt pulley 2601 to rotate through a belt, a second rotating shaft 25 and a third rotating shaft 26 on the third belt pulley 2501 and the fourth belt pulley 2601 rotate simultaneously, a first fan blade 2502 on the second rotating shaft 25 and a second fan blade 2602 on the third rotating shaft 26 rotate simultaneously, airflow is generated when the first fan blade 2502 and the second fan blade 2602 rotate, and the airflow is intensively blown out through an air duct 24, so that accessories are cleaned in the clamping and loosening processes.
