2) Adjusting parameters of a welding machine, and adopting welding current 260-280 amperes suitable for production welding efficiency and quality to influence the welding spatter range to be about 300mm, and coating the spatter-proof agent in the range.
3) The device is placed at the edge of the bottom plate, the small bearing is positioned on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and the magnetic ring is attached to the end face of the bottom plate in a magnetic mode.

9) The welding handle switch is pressed down, the device is arranged in front of the welding direction, and the device is pushed to start welding. 10 The arc striking plates at both ends of the welding line should be lengthened according to the size of the device to complete the welding line by complete welding.

the adsorption type supporting and limiting assembly (6) comprises a magnetic ring group (8) and a limiting group (9), and the magnetic ring group (8) and the limiting group (9) are arranged on the framework (5) in a mutually adaptive manner; in the process of moving the welding gun head (2), the guide support stabilizer (1) is supported on the welded workpiece (3) in a reciprocating manner along a set route under the matching of the limiting group (9) through the magnetic ring group (8).
