Example 7: the pretreatment process comprises the following steps: the conductivity of the No. 1 alkaline washing tank is 9.8ms/cm, and the free alkali is 4.5; the conductivity of the No. 2 composite oxidation tank is 54ms/cm, and the free alkali is 7.8; the conductivity of the No. 4 composite oxidation tank is 56ms/cm, and the free alkali is 7.5(2 ml); the chemical coating bath had a chromium point of 18(10ml) and an electrical conductivity of 7.5 ms/cm. The kinematic viscosity of the finish paint is 158cts (35 ℃), the roller speed of a coating roller is 95m/min, the roller speed of a material carrying roller is 62m/min, the pressure between the coating roller and the material carrying roller is 1608kg, and the pressure between the coating roller and the strip steel is 180 kg; the baking temperature PMT of the finish steel plate is 232 ℃.
After production as in the above examples, the color-coated plate was sampled and tested for front film thickness and coating properties. The results are shown in table 4 below, all of which meet the performance requirements and provide excellent levels of coating adhesion.

The test results show that: the three-coating wide color plate has a front film thickness of more than or equal to 33 mu m, a color difference delta E of less than 1, a glossiness of 25-45, a T bend of less than 4T, a pencil hardness F, an impact property of 9J and MEK wiping resistance of more than or equal to 100 times. The edge of the color plate is well controlled, and the defects of missing coating, coining and the like do not occur, and the surface quality and various coating performances of the wide plate surface meet the requirements.
The invention can be suitable for the production of three-coating wide color-coated plates with the width of more than 1500 mm.
Although the present invention has been described herein with reference to the illustrated embodiments thereof, which are intended to be preferred embodiments of the present invention, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, and that numerous other modifications and embodiments can be devised by those skilled in the art that will fall within the spirit and scope of the principles of this disclosure.

Claims (6)

1. A production method of a three-coating wide color-coated plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:

before production, cleaning the whole-line roller system, including a turning roller and a supporting roller of a coating machine, so as to avoid the influence of foreign matters on the roller surface on the quality of the edge of the wide-width plate;
using 1-2 rolls of steel as a front guide, observing the state of a plate surface, and carrying out formal production after confirming that the surface has no defects such as impression and the like;
the production line speed of the machine set is 80m/min, the coating is carried out in two times, the coating is carried out on a primary coating machine for the first time, the priming paint on the upper surface and the priming paint on the lower surface are coated, and the baking and the cooling are carried out; and after coating, cleaning the primer plate on the upper surface, replacing the floating coat, pouring the steel coil to an inlet, closing the cleaning section and the pretreatment section, coating the floating coat and the finish coat for the second time, preparing the finish coat paint in a finish coater, and baking and cooling after coating.
2. The method of producing a three-coat wide color-coated sheet according to claim 1, wherein:
the film thickness distribution proportion is as follows: back primer: 5-7 μm, 5-7 μm front primer, 18-20 μm front middle paint and 8-10 μm front finish.
3. The method of producing a three-coat wide color-coated sheet according to claim 1, wherein:
the pretreatment process comprises primary alkali washing, primary composite oxidation, primary hot water rinsing, secondary composite oxidation, secondary hot water rinsing, tertiary hot water rinsing and chemical treatment; the conductivity of the No. 1 alkaline washing tank is 10 +/-1 ms/cm, the free alkali is 3.5-5.0 points and 10ml, the conductivity of the No. 2 composite oxidation tank is 50 +/-5 ms/cm, the free alkali is 5.0-8.0 points and 2ml, the conductivity of the No. 4 composite oxidation tank is 55 +/-5 ms/cm, and the free alkali is 5.0-8.0 points and 2 ml; and (3) passivating the strip steel by a chemical coating tank in a two-roller reverse coating mode, wherein the chromium point of the chemical coating tank is 15-30 points, 10ml, and the conductivity is 7 +/-1 ms/cm.
4. The method of producing a three-coat wide color-coated sheet according to claim 1, wherein:
the first coating process: priming paint on the front side and the back side; adopting two-roller reverse coating, wherein the kinematic viscosity of the coating at 35 ℃ is 130 +/-5 cts for front primer, and 80 +/-5 cts for back primer; coating priming paint on the upper surface and the lower surface of the coating on a primary coating machine; the specific process for controlling the roll speed and pressure to ensure the surface quality of the edge of the wide board is shown in table 1 below;
