Referring to fig. 5, a driving rod 4 is mounted on the mounting box 2 through a bearing, a handle 41 is disposed at an end of the driving rod 4, and a first bevel gear 42 is disposed on the driving rod 4. Two mounting plates 43 are arranged on the mounting box 2, a rotating rod 44 is connected between the two mounting plates 43, and the rotating rod 44 can rotate on the mounting plates 43. A second bevel gear 441 is mounted at one end of the rotating lever 44 to be engaged with the first bevel gear 42, a drive bevel gear 442 is mounted at the other end, and a driven bevel gear 311 is mounted on the rotating shaft 31 to be engaged with the drive bevel gear 442.
