In the enema process, dirty liquid discharged through the anus of a patient flows into the closed space formed by the transparent outer cover 2 and the sticking ring 3, and the closed space is communicated with the negative suction mechanism 4 through the liquid guide cavity and the liquid suction pipe, so that the collection and the cleaning of the dirty liquid can be completed in time.
