A tea seed cleaning and drying integrated device for processing camellia oil is characterized by comprising a tower body, a drying chamber arranged in the tower body, a plurality of vertical layers of frames arranged in the drying chamber, a driving mechanism used for supporting and driving the frames to turn over, a frame vehicle which independently exists and is used for containing tea seed materials, and a lifting platform which is arranged on one side of the tower body and used for conveying the frame vehicle into the frames; drying lamps are arranged on the inner walls of the drying chambers on the two sides of the frame; a plurality of inlet and outlet corresponding to each frame are arranged on the side part of the tower body above the lifting platform, each frame comprises a frame opening arranged on the side part, and the frame trolley enters and exits the frame through the inlet and outlet and the frame opening; a vertical bar hole is formed in the other side part of the tower body opposite to the inlet and the outlet, first connecting rods are arranged at the end parts of the frames, and the first connecting rods penetrate through the bar holes and are connected with a driving mechanism;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the side of the tower body and comprises a base plate, a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a first optical axis, a screw rod and a second optical axis which are horizontally arranged from bottom to top, a first motor and a second motor which are vertically arranged between the base plate and the first mounting plate, a driving seat and at least one driven seat which are movably sleeved on the first optical axis, the screw rod and the second optical axis, and a linkage rod arranged on the back of the driving seat and the driven seat;
one ends of the base plate, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are fixedly connected with the tower body; the bottom ends of the first optical axis, the screw rod and the second optical axis are rotatably connected to the top of the base plate, the top ends of the first optical axis, the screw rod and the second optical axis are rotatably connected and penetrate through the first mounting plate, and the first optical axis, the screw rod and the second optical axis lean against the tower body side by side from left to right; the motor ends of the first motor and the second motor are fixedly connected to the bottom of the second mounting plate, the power output end of the first motor is connected with the top end of the screw rod, and the power output end of the second motor is connected with the top end of the second optical axis;
the driving seat comprises a first sliding seat and a nut arranged in the first sliding seat, and the nut is connected with the screw rod; the driven seat comprises a second sliding seat and a through hole arranged in the second sliding seat, the screw rod penetrates through the through hole, and the first optical axis is in contact connection with the first sliding seat and the second sliding seat; cavities are formed in the side portions of the driving seat and the driven seat, a hollow worm and a worm wheel are arranged in the cavities, the second optical axis comprises a protruding portion arranged along the axial length, a limiting groove matched and clamped with the protruding portion is formed in the hollow inner wall of the worm, the worm is sleeved on the second optical axis in a sliding mode, the worm wheel is arranged below the worm and is in meshed transmission connection with the worm wheel, the centers of two ends of the worm wheel are erected in the cavities through transmission shafts arranged in the cavities, two ends of each transmission shaft are rotatably connected to the first sliding seat or the second sliding seat, each transmission shaft extends to the outer side of the driving seat or the driven seat, and the outer end of each transmission shaft is fixedly connected with the end portion of the first connecting rod;
