Abstract
The invention provides a human resource management system which comprises a database, a visualization module and a layer management module, wherein basic information, attendance information, overtime information and salary information of a plurality of employees are stored in the database, the visualization module is used for converting the basic information, the attendance information, the overtime information and the salary information of the plurality of employees into corresponding visualization layers, and the layer management module is used for displaying the visualization layers on a front-end page of the human resource management system according to a first display sequence. The invention solves the problems that the existing human resource management system can not visually display the staff information and is not beneficial to enterprise managers to compare different staff information to analyze the working capacity and the quality of the staff, and is beneficial to enterprise managers to analyze the working capacity and the quality of the staff so as to better carry out human resource management work. Correspondingly, the invention further provides a human resource management method.

The human resource management system further comprises a visualization module and a layer management module.
And the visualization module is used for converting the basic information, attendance information, overtime information and salary information of the plurality of employees into corresponding visualization layers.
And the layer management module is used for displaying the visual layer on a front end page of the human resource management system according to a first display sequence.
Specifically, the front page is a two-dimensional coordinate system or a three-dimensional coordinate system. The format of the visual layer comprises a table, a two-dimensional chart and a three-dimensional chart. And the layers corresponding to the basic information, the attendance information, the overtime information and the salary information of the plurality of employees are displayed on the front-end page according to a first display sequence and in a mode of being parallel to each other and being sequentially spaced.
And when the front-end page is a three-dimensional coordinate system, the visual layer is parallel to the plane of any two coordinate axes of the three-dimensional coordinate system.
The first display order is pre-stored in a database and can be modified by software instructions. The first display sequence refers to the sequential display sequence of the same type of information of different employees on the front-end page, for example, attendance information between different employees or overtime information between different employees.
The basic information, attendance information, overtime information and salary information of a plurality of employees are converted into corresponding visual layers, and then the visual layers are displayed on the front-end page according to the first display sequence, so that enterprise managers can conveniently and visually inquire and know various information of the employees of the enterprise, and the information of different employees is compared and analyzed to analyze the working capacity and quality of the employees.

The zooming instruction input by the user can be a dragging instruction, a single-click instruction or a double-click instruction of the front page touch screen or the mouse. For example, the single-click instruction is to reduce the visual layer at the forefront by times according to a preset scaling scale, and the double-click instruction is to enlarge the visual layer at the forefront by times according to the preset scaling scale.
