Abstract

本发明公开了一种强化曝气生态修复装置,属于曝气装置技术领域。它包括进风管、文丘里管、进水管、旋转喷射管、驱动扇叶;所述进风管下端连接有文丘里管,文丘里管的细喉段连接有进水管;所述旋转喷射管套在文丘里管和进水管之外;所述旋转喷射管的管壁上设有多个进水孔;所述旋转喷射管内壁设有多个沿径向均匀分布的搅拌叶片;所述驱动扇叶固定在旋转喷射管底部管口内。通过气流在进气管的文丘里管细喉段产生负压,负压将经过旋转喷射管进水孔过滤后的水体吸入腔内,经负压混合后从文丘里管下端口喷射出,通过冲击驱动扇叶驱动旋转喷射管转动,搅拌叶片随着旋转喷射管同步进行转动搅拌,使得气体和水体进一步充分混合,能够提高曝气效率。

一种强化曝气生态修复装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种强化曝气生态修复装置,属于曝气装置技术领域。
背景技术
曝气指将空气中的氧强制向液体中转移的过程,其目的是获得足够的溶解氧,加强池内有机物、微生物及溶解氧接触的目的。从而保证池内微生物在有充足溶解氧的条件下,对污水中有机物的氧化分解作用。例如,使水体中的硫化氢、硫化铁等还原物质发生氧化还原反应,进而使水体生态加速恢复到正常状态。曝气能在水体中形成以好氧菌为主的生态环境,能够快速降低水体中的有机污染物,提高水体的溶解氧含量,达到增强水体修复的效果。
目前,现有的曝气方式直接采用鼓风机向水体内的曝气管鼓风曝气,曝气管将空气通入水面以下,通过自然混合,进行溶解曝气,但是这种曝气方式性能较差,气泡没有充分与水体混合,就浮出了水面,提高溶解氧含量的效率较低。因此,设计一种强化曝气生态修复装置,它通过旋转喷射的方式,将空气与水体充分混合,能够提高曝气效率,还能够避免水中杂物堵塞曝气管。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种强化曝气生态修复装置,它解决了目前曝气装置的曝气效率有待提高的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种强化曝气生态修复装置,它包括进风管、文丘里管、进水管、旋转喷射管、全陶瓷轴向承载轴承、全陶瓷径向承载轴承、驱动扇叶;
所述进风管下端连接有文丘里管,文丘里管由收缩段201、细喉段、扩散段构成,文丘里管的细喉段连接有进水管,文丘里管下端外侧安装有全陶瓷径向承载轴承;
所述旋转喷射管顶部端口设有中空的端板,端板内径等于进风管外径,旋转喷射管套在文丘里管和进水管之外,旋转喷射管顶部端板通过全陶瓷轴向承载轴承安装在进风管外侧,旋转喷射管下部内壁与全陶瓷径向承载轴承外侧接触;
所述旋转喷射管的管壁上设有多个进水孔,进水管内径大于进水孔孔径,进水孔位于全陶瓷轴向承载轴承、全陶瓷径向承载轴承之间的旋转喷射管的管壁上;
所述旋转喷射管内壁设有多个沿径向均匀分布的搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片位于文丘里管下端口之下;
所述驱动扇叶固定在旋转喷射管底部管口内。
作为优选实例,所述全陶瓷轴向承载轴承采用全陶瓷的推力球轴承。
作为优选实例,所述全陶瓷径向承载轴承采用全陶瓷的深沟球轴承。
作为优选实例,所述驱动扇叶由180°旋转对称的两片扇叶,以及固定在两片扇叶中心且尖端朝上的锥形导流罩构成。
作为优选实例,所述文丘里管下端外侧设有两道卡槽,每道卡槽内均设有卡环,全陶瓷径向承载轴承安装在两道卡环之间。
作为优选实例,所述进风管外侧设有一道挡环,挡环上方设有一道卡槽,卡槽内设有卡环,挡环上方套有全陶瓷轴向承载轴承,全陶瓷轴向承载轴承上方套有旋转喷射管顶部端板,旋转喷射管顶部端板和全陶瓷轴向承载轴承被限制在卡环和挡环之间。
本发明的有益效果是:通过气流在进气管的文丘里管细喉段产生负压,负压将经过旋转喷射管进水孔过滤后的水体吸入腔内,经负压混合后从文丘里管下端口喷射出,通过冲击驱动扇叶从而驱动旋转喷射管转动,此时,搅拌叶片随着旋转喷射管同步进行转动搅拌,使得气体和水体进一步充分混合,最后从驱动旋转喷射管喷射而出,能够提高曝气效率;并且在运行状态,旋转喷射管保持转动,进水孔不易被堵塞;采用全陶瓷轴承,能够长期在水中保持良好的转动效果。

实施例1
如图1-图3所示,一种强化曝气生态修复装置,它包括进风管1、文丘里管2、进水管3、旋转喷射管4、全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5、全陶瓷径向承载轴承6、驱动扇叶7;
进风管1下端连接有文丘里管2,文丘里管2由收缩段201、细喉段202、扩散段203构成,文丘里管2的细喉段202连接有进水管3,文丘里管2下端外侧安装有全陶瓷径向承载轴承6;
旋转喷射管4顶部端口设有中空的端板401,端板401内径等于进风管1外径,旋转喷射管4套在文丘里管2和进水管3之外,旋转喷射管4顶部端板401通过全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5安装在进风管1外侧,旋转喷射管4下部内壁与全陶瓷径向承载轴承6外侧接触;
旋转喷射管4的管壁上设有多个进水孔402,进水管3内径大于进水孔402孔径,进水孔402位于全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5、全陶瓷径向承载轴承6之间的旋转喷射管4的管壁上;
旋转喷射管4内壁设有多个沿径向均匀分布的搅拌叶片403,搅拌叶片403位于文丘里管2下端口之下;
驱动扇叶7固定在旋转喷射管4底部管口内。
全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5、全陶瓷径向承载轴承6均采用市售产品。其中,全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5采用全陶瓷的推力球轴承,主要包括全陶瓷的上套圈、下套圈,以及设在两者之间的推力球,通过塑料制的小球保持架,将推力球保持成圆环状。全陶瓷径向承载轴承6采用全陶瓷的深沟球轴承,主要包括全陶瓷的内圈、外圈,以及设在两者之间的小球。陶瓷在水中不会生锈,可以长期淹没在水中使用。
实施例2
驱动扇叶7由180°旋转对称的两片扇叶,以及固定在两片扇叶中心且尖端朝上的锥形导流罩701构成。锥形导流罩701能够增加流速并将水流导向驱动叶片。其他结构与实施例1相同。
实施例3
文丘里管2下端外侧设有两道卡槽,每道卡槽内均设有卡环8,全陶瓷径向承载轴承6安装在两道卡环8之间。进风管1外侧设有一道挡环9,挡环9上方设有一道卡槽,卡槽内设有卡环8,挡环9上方套有全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5,全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5上方套有旋转喷射管4顶部端板401,旋转喷射管4顶部端板401和全陶瓷轴向承载轴承5被限制在卡环8和挡环9之间。固定方式简单,易拆卸。其他结构与实施例1相同。
工作原理:通过气流在进气管的文丘里管2细喉段202产生负压,负压将经过旋转喷射管4进水孔402过滤后的水体吸入腔内,经负压混合后从文丘里管2下端口喷射出,通过冲击驱动扇叶7从而驱动旋转喷射管4转动,此时,搅拌叶片403随着旋转喷射管4同步进行转动搅拌,使得气体和水体进一步充分混合,最后从驱动旋转喷射管4喷射而出,能够提高曝气效率;并且在运行状态,旋转喷射管4保持转动,进水孔402不易被堵塞;采用全陶瓷轴承,能够长期在水中保持良好的转动效果。

所述进风管下端连接有文丘里管,文丘里管由收缩段、细喉段、扩散段构成,文丘里管的细喉段连接有进水管,文丘里管下端外侧安装有全陶瓷径向承载轴承;
所述旋转喷射管顶部端口设有中空的端板,端板内径等于进风管外径,旋转喷射管套在文丘里管和进水管之外,旋转喷射管顶部端板通过全陶瓷轴向承载轴承安装在进风管外侧,旋转喷射管下部内壁与全陶瓷径向承载轴承外侧接触;
所述旋转喷射管的管壁上设有多个进水孔,进水管内径大于进水孔孔径,进水孔位于全陶瓷轴向承载轴承、全陶瓷径向承载轴承之间的旋转喷射管的管壁上;
所述旋转喷射管内壁设有多个沿径向均匀分布的搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片位于文丘里管下端口之下;
所述驱动扇叶固定在旋转喷射管底部管口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种强化曝气生态修复装置,其特征在于,所述全陶瓷轴向承载轴承采用全陶瓷的推力球轴承。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种强化曝气生态修复装置,其特征在于,所述全陶瓷径向承载轴承采用全陶瓷的深沟球轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种强化曝气生态修复装置,其特征在于,所述驱动扇叶由180°旋转对称的两片扇叶,以及固定在两片扇叶中心且尖端朝上的锥形导流罩构成。
