Description

Bubbling minimally-invasive repairing method for plywood plate blank
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plywood preparation, and particularly relates to a bubbling minimally invasive repairing method for a plywood plate blank.
Background
In the production process of the plywood, the dried veneers are put into drying equipment, a boiler and a factory building, the fund amount is large, about 300 ten thousand yuan, the drying cost is also high, about 100 yuan/cubic meter, and the veneer is basically dried outdoors by manpower in Guangxi, so that the phenomenon of large and uneven difference of water at two ends occurs. When the plywood is hot-pressed, the inside of the board is easy to bubble due to high and uneven moisture and the like, and the quality of the board is affected. Particularly, when the weather in winter and spring in Guangxi is rainy and humid, the moisture content of the single plate is 25-28%, the bubbling phenomenon of the plate cannot be avoided, and the bubbling rate is 5-10%.
The existing bubble repairing method is to cut the position of the bubble and then brush the glue inside with a brush. The glue brushing at the bubbling position is cut, so that the labor is wasted, the fiber of the board is damaged, the serious deformation phenomenon is generated, the quality of the board is adversely affected, the glue brushing is not uniform, the defective rate of the repaired board is still as high as 60 percent, most unqualified plywood is reduced and the like, the plywood is treated as a packaging board, the price is far lower than the cost of direct raw materials, and the loss cost is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a minimally invasive bubbling repairing method for a plywood plate blank, which is used for repairing the bubbling plywood in a minimally invasive manner by drilling holes at the edge of the bubbling and then pre-pressing, wherein the defective rate is only 0.1%, the loss cost is greatly reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a bubbling minimally invasive repairing method for a plywood slab comprises the following steps:
s1: sorting: sorting out the bubbled plywood, judging the size of the bubbles, and marking;
s2: punching: drilling a plurality of small holes at intervals on the edge of the bubble by using a drill bit, wherein all the small holes are communicated with the interior of the bubble;
s3: glue pouring: injecting glue into the small holes, injecting the glue into the bubbles through the small holes, and controlling the water content of the bubbles to be 22-28% after the glue injection is finished;
s4: pre-pressing: and (3) feeding the glued plywood into a prepressing machine for prepressing, then putting strips, stacking and standing to obtain the plywood.
Further, in step S1, the method of determining the size of the bubble is: the panel surface is knocked by a wooden stick, and the size of the bubbles is judged by judging whether the panel is hollow or solid through knocking sound.
Further, in step S2, the aperture of the small hole is 3-7 mm.
Further, in step S2, the number of the small holes is 4-6.
Further, in step S3, the glue filling method is a hole glue filling method, and includes the following steps: selecting any two small holes as hole-aligning holes, injecting glue from one of the small holes in the hole-aligning holes along the connecting line direction of the hole-aligning holes by using a glue injection pump, so that the glue is diffused to the opposite small holes, and stopping glue injection when the glue overflows from the opposite small holes; and selecting the other holes, and repeating the operation for the other holes.
Further, all the connecting lines between the pair of holes form a net shape or parallel lines.
Further, the pressure of the glue filling pump is 0.1-0.5 MPa.
Further, in step S3, after the glue filling is stopped, the holes are squeezed to overflow part of the glue, and then polished sawdust is spread on the bubbles and the holes where the glue overflows.
Further, in step S4, the pre-pressing pressure is 12 to 15MPa, and the pre-pressing time is 18 to 22 min.
Further, in step S4, the standing time is 3-4 days.
Further, in step S4, the upper plywood sheet and the lower plywood sheet are separated by more than 2 battens when the battens are stacked.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the bubbling plywood is subjected to minimally invasive repair by drilling holes at the bubbling edge for glue pouring and then prepressing, the board fibers are not damaged, the board material quality is not adversely affected, the defective rate is only 0.1%, the loss cost is greatly reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
2. In the repairing method, because the bubbles of each plate are different in size, the sizes of the bubbles are judged according to different knocking sounds when the plates are solid and hollow, and the repairing method is convenient and scientific; small holes are drilled at the edge of the bubbles, and all the small holes are communicated with the inside of the bubbles, so that the air exhaust and the glue diffusion are facilitated; glue is filled into the bubbles through the small holes, and the glue application amount is judged by observing that glue overflows from other small holes, so that the interiors of the bubbles are completely filled with the glue, and secondary bubbles are not caused; the glue can be quickly diffused to all parts inside the bubbles by adopting high-pressure glue pouring; and pre-pressing is carried out after glue filling, so that the glue can further penetrate into the inner part of the bubble, and the bubble part is compacted to eliminate the bubble.
3. According to the repairing method, after glue pouring is stopped, the small holes are extruded to enable part of glue to overflow, polishing sawdust is scattered on the bubbles and the small holes with the overflow of the glue, and the bubbles and the glue at the small holes can be prevented from overflowing and adhering;
4. in the repairing method, when the plywood is stacked and placed still, the upper plywood sheet and the lower plywood sheet are not separated by adopting battens, so that the adhesion between the plywood sheets can be further prevented.

Plywood performance test experiment
According to the requirements of GB/T9846-: the qualified standard of the static bending strength is as follows: the straight lines are more than or equal to 22.0MPa, and the transverse lines are more than or equal to 20.0 MPa; the qualified standard of the bonding strength is as follows: not less than 0.7 MPa; the qualified standard of the water content is as follows: 5-16%; the qualified standard of the formaldehyde emission is as follows: less than or equal to 0.124mg/m3. The static bending strength, the bonding strength, the water content and the formaldehyde emission of the plywood sheets repaired by the methods of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 of the invention are tested. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 mechanical Strength test results for the respective sheets
Figure BDA0003148266320000051
As can be seen from Table 1: all indexes of the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention meet the standard requirements, and the defective rate is only 0.1%; therefore, the repairing method is feasible and has very obvious repairing effect.
In comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, each index can meet the standard requirements, but after glue pouring is stopped, when the plywood is stacked and placed statically, small holes are not extruded to enable part of glue to overflow, polished sawdust is not spread on the small holes with bubbles and glue overflowing and/or battens are not adopted to separate the upper plywood plate from the lower plywood plate, when prepressing is carried out, the glue overflows from the small holes and is distributed on the plate surfaces, when the plywood is stacked and placed statically, the plates are adhered together and are not easy to separate, defective products are caused, and workload is increased; the method of the comparative example 3 is adopted for repairing, although the strength of the plywood can reach the qualified standard, the strength of the plywood is far lower than that of the plywood repaired by the method of the invention, and the re-bubbling is easily caused, so that the defective rate is improved; when the method of the comparative example 4 is adopted for repairing, the strength of the plywood is far lower than that of the plywood repaired by the method of the invention, and the plywood can not reach the qualified standard.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art.
