In addition, if the waste wood chips generated during processing are not collected, the processing effect is affected, and the health of operators is also harmed.

A planing method for processing a plate material comprises the following steps:

fourthly, after planing is finished, the jacking plate moves downwards to drive the plate to move downwards to the first roller device; the first roller device rotates through the driving device to convey the planed plate to the second roller device to be taken away; meanwhile, the control mechanism controls the oil cylinders arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate to move differently, so that one end of the bearing plate close to the waste chip recovery box faces downwards, one end of the bearing plate close to the planing mechanism faces upwards, and waste chips move towards one end of the waste chip recovery box through the through holes in the jacking plate under the action of gravity; step five, when the induction mechanism detects that no plate is positioned on the first roller device, the control mechanism controls the dust suction port of the waste chip recovery box to face the bearing plate, and when the planing mechanism and the waste chip recovery mechanism reversely rotate through the first driving motor to perform reverse movement and reset, waste chips falling on the bearing plate enter the waste chip recovery box through the dust suction port;

The planing device and the planing method for processing the plate have the following beneficial effects:

The longitudinal moving mechanism comprises a planing moving plate 4 capable of sliding, the planing mechanism is connected with one end of the planing moving plate 4, a lower rack 5 is arranged on the planing moving plate 4, a first driving motor 6 is arranged on one side of the lower rack 5 and is a speed reduction motor, the driving end of the first driving motor 6 is connected with a straight gear 7, the straight gear 7 is located above the lower rack 5, and the straight gear 7 is matched with the lower rack 5 and is used for driving the planing moving plate 4 to longitudinally move.
The longitudinal moving mechanism drives the scrap recovery mechanism to move through the linkage mechanism, the linkage mechanism comprises an upper rack 20, the upper rack 20 is connected with the scrap recovery mechanism, the upper rack 20 is located above the straight gear 7, and the upper rack 20 is matched with the straight gear 7 and used for driving the scrap recovery mechanism to move longitudinally.
The transverse moving mechanism comprises a linear sliding table 2, the linear sliding table 2 is arranged at one end of the planing frame, a sliding seat 3 is arranged on the linear sliding table 2 in a sliding mode, the upper side face of the sliding seat 3 is connected with a planing moving plate 4 in a sliding mode, a second driving motor 16 is arranged at one end of the linear sliding table 2, the second driving motor 16 is used for driving the sliding seat 3 to transversely move along the linear sliding table 2, and the second driving motor 16 is a servo motor.
As shown in fig. 3, a first roller device 8 and a second roller device 12 are arranged below the planing frame 1, jacking plates 9 are arranged between a plurality of rollers of the first roller device 8, the bottoms of the jacking plates 9 are connected with the upper side surface of the bearing plate 10, an oil cylinder 11 is arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate 10, a piston rod of the oil cylinder 11 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the bottom end of the bearing plate 10, and is used for driving the bearing plate 10 to move up and down, so that the jacking plates 9 lift up the plates located on the first roller device 8 to the lower part of the planing frame 1 to clamp and fix the plates or lower the plates which are cut completely to the first roller device 8.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the dust collector also comprises a steering mechanism for changing the direction of the dust collection port 23, the steering mechanism comprises an induction mechanism, a control mechanism and a steering motor 22, the driving end of the steering motor 22 is connected with the scrap recycling box 13, used for driving the scrap recycling box 13 to rotate so as to change the direction of the dust suction port 23, the sensing mechanism is used for detecting whether a plate exists on the first roller device 8 and sending a detection result to the control mechanism, the sensing mechanism comprises a transmitting module and a receiving module, the transmitting module is arranged on the upper rack 20 above the planing frame 1, the receiving module is arranged on the position, corresponding to the transmitting module, of the bearing plate 10 or the jacking plate 9, the control mechanism is used for receiving the detection result and correspondingly controlling the steering motor 22, thereby adjusting the orientation of the dust suction opening 23 to switch the orientation of the dust suction opening 23 between being directed toward the planing mechanism or toward the carrier plate 10.
A planing method for processing a plate material comprises the following steps:
step one, when the induction mechanism detects that a plate is positioned on the first roller device 8, the control mechanism controls a dust suction port of the scrap recovery box 13 to face the planing mechanism;
moving the plate to the first roller device 8, and lifting the plate by the lifting plate 9 moving upwards and fixing the plate below the planing frame 1;
step three, starting a first driving motor 6 to enable a planing mechanism to carry out longitudinal planing on the plate, simultaneously driving a scrap recovery mechanism and the planing mechanism to move in opposite directions, recovering the scrap generated by planing the plate while carrying out longitudinal planing on the plate, and/or starting a second driving motor 16 to enable the planing mechanism to carry out transverse planing on the plate;
meanwhile, the scraps generated above the plate during the planing by the planing mechanism enter the scrap recovery box 13 through the dust suction port;
step four, after the planing is finished, the jacking plate 9 moves downwards to drive the plate to move downwards to the first roller device 8; the first roller device 8 rotates through a driving device to convey the planed plate to the second roller device 12 to be taken away; meanwhile, the control mechanism controls 2 oil cylinders 11 arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate 10 to move differently, so that one end of the bearing plate 10 close to the waste scrap recovery box 13 faces downwards, one end of the bearing plate close to the planing mechanism faces upwards, and waste scraps move towards one end of the waste scrap recovery box 13 through the through holes in the jacking plate 9 under the action of gravity;
step five, when the induction mechanism detects that no plate is positioned on the first roller device 8, the control mechanism controls a dust suction port of the waste scrap recovery box 13 to face the bearing plate 10, and when the planing mechanism and the waste scrap recovery mechanism reversely rotate through the first driving motor 6 to perform reverse movement and reset, waste scraps falling on the bearing plate 10 enter the waste scrap recovery box 13 through the dust suction port;
and step six, the scrap recovery mechanism and the planing moving mechanism move to the initial position to wait for processing the next plate.
The planing device and the planing method for processing the plate have the working principles as follows:
the plate is conveyed to the lower part of the planing frame 1 through the first roller device 8, the oil cylinder 11 pushes the bearing plate 10 to move upwards, the jacking plate 9 on the bearing plate 10 jacks up the plate to be fixedly attached to the lower side surface of the planing frame 1 through gaps among the rollers of the first roller device 8, the control mechanism controls the second driving motor 16 to be started, so that the sliding seat 3 transversely moves on the linear sliding table 2 to drive the planing mechanism to transversely move to a proper position, the control mechanism controls the first driving motor 6 to be started, the first driving motor 6 drives the straight gear 7 to rotate, the straight gear 7 is matched with the lower rack 5 to enable the planing moving plate 4 to longitudinally move on the sliding seat 3 to plane the plate, meanwhile, the straight gear 7 is matched with the upper rack 20 to enable the upper rack 20 to longitudinally move, so that the scrap recovery mechanism connected with the upper rack 20 and the planing mechanism move towards each other until the two mechanisms approach to each other infinitely, the scrap recovery mechanism recovers scraps produced by planing and positioned on the plate;
after the planing is finished, the oil cylinder 11 drives the bearing plate 10 to move downwards, the jacking plate 9 moves downwards to drive the plate to move downwards until the plate is positioned on the first roller device 8, the first roller device 8 conveys the planed plate to the second roller device 12 to be taken away, meanwhile, the control mechanism controls the 2 oil cylinders 11 arranged at the lower side of the bearing plate 10 to move differently, so that one end of the bearing plate 10 close to the waste chip recovery box 13 faces downwards and one end close to the planing mechanism faces upwards, waste chips move towards one end of the waste chip recovery box 13 through holes in the jacking plate 9 under the action of gravity, at the moment, the sensing mechanism detects that no plate is positioned on the first roller device 8, the control mechanism controls the steering motor 22 to start, the steering motor 22 rotates and drives the waste chip recovery box 13 to rotate, so that the dust suction port 23 of the waste chip recovery box 13 is changed from the direction towards the planing mechanism to the direction towards the bearing plate 10, the scrap recovery mechanism starts to recover the scraps falling on the bearing plate 10, at the moment, the first driving motor 6 is driven reversely, the planing mechanism and the scrap recovery mechanism move oppositely to reset, and the scraps below the bearing plate 10 are continuously recovered in the resetting process of the scrap recovery mechanism;
when the next plate is conveyed to the lower part of the planing frame 1 through the first roller device 8, the sensing mechanism detects that the plate is on the first roller device 8, the control mechanism controls the steering motor 22 to rotate reversely to drive the waste scrap recovery mechanism to rotate reversely, and the dust suction port 23 of the waste scrap recovery box 13 is reset from the direction towards the bearing plate 10 to the direction towards the planing mechanism;
or after the longitudinal movement of the scrap recovery mechanism is reset, the plurality of ports are controlled to rotate in the reverse direction of the motor to drive the scrap recovery mechanism to rotate in the reverse direction, and the dust suction port 23 of the scrap recovery box 13 is reset from the direction towards the bearing plate 10 to the direction towards the planing mechanism.
