本发明涉及一种大萝卜切半装置,尤其涉及一种食品加工用大萝卜切半装置。本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够批量对萝卜切半,工作效率高又安全的食品加工用大萝卜切半装置。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种食品加工用大萝卜切半装置,包括有:底板,其顶部中间连接有支撑架;推送机构,其连接在底板顶部一侧;切料机构,其连接在底板顶部一方。通过推送机构和切料机构能够实现机器切割工作,减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大萝卜切半装置,尤其涉及一种食品加工用大萝卜切半装置。
背景技术
目前萝卜越来越受到大家的喜欢,萝卜干口感爽脆是下饭利器,萝卜干就是由萝卜加工而成,但萝卜体型都是比较庞大,所以在将萝卜加工之前需要将萝卜切成一半,这样在腌制中会更加入味,但目前对萝卜切割一般是人工手动进行,当人工手动对萝卜进行切割时,一手拿着萝卜,一手拿着菜刀,进行反复切割,此方法虽然能够将萝卜切半,但一人一次只能切一个,需要花费很多时间,工作效率低,还极其不安全。
因此需要研发一种能够批量对萝卜切半,工作效率高又安全的食品加工用大萝卜切半装置。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
本发明为了克服人工手动对萝卜进行切割需要花费很多时间,工作效率低,还极其不安全的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够批量对萝卜切半,工作效率高又安全的食品加工用大萝卜切半装置。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种食品加工用大萝卜切半装置,包括有:底板,其顶部中间连接有支撑架;推送机构,其连接在底板顶部一侧;切料机构,其连接在底板顶部一方。
优选地,推送机构包括有:异形块,其连接在底板顶部一侧;气缸,其连接在异形块顶部;挡板,其连接在异形块顶部另一侧;推板,其滑动式地连接在挡板里。
优选地,切料机构包括有:固定块,其连接在挡板一侧;挡盖,其连接在固定块上;锯片,其连接在挡盖底部。
优选地,还包括有下料机构,下料机构包括有:异形架,其连接在底板顶部一侧;导板,其连接在异形架与支撑架之间;挡料架,其转动式地连接在导板上;复位弹簧,其连接在挡料架与导板之间;转轴,其转动式地连接在异形架上;凸轮,其连接在转轴一侧;连接杆,其转动式地连接在底板顶部一侧;锥齿轮组,其连接在连接杆与转轴之间,两个锥齿轮相啮合;动力皮带组,其连接在连接杆之间;齿条,其连接在推板一侧;单向齿轮,其连接在后侧连接杆上,齿条与单向齿轮啮合。
优选地,还包括有装料机构,装料机构包括有:装料箱,其连接在底板顶部一侧;滑板,其连接在装料箱里;装料筐,其滑动式地连接在装料箱里;把手,其连接在装料筐一侧。
优选地,导板呈前高后低状放置。
(3)有益效果
1.通过推送机构和切料机构能够实现机器切割工作,减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。
2.通过下料机构无需人工进行上料工作,使萝卜可以间接性下料,提高操作安全系数,减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。
3.通过装料机构方便人工收集工作,进一步减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种食品加工用大萝卜切半装置,如图1和图2所示,包括有底板1、支撑架2、推送机构3和切料机构4,底板1顶部中间连接有支撑架2,底板1顶部右侧连接有推送机构3,底板1顶部左后方连接有切料机构4。
推送机构3包括有异形块31、气缸32、挡板33和推板34,底板1顶部右侧连接有异形块31,异形块31顶部连接有气缸32,异形块31顶部左侧连接有挡板33,挡板33里滑动式地连接有推板34,推板34与气缸32相连接。
切料机构4包括有固定块41、挡盖42和锯片43,挡板33左侧连接有固定块41,固定块41上连接有挡盖42,挡盖42底部连接有锯片43。
当要对萝卜进行切割时,先将萝卜放入挡板33中,启动气缸32工作,通过推板34带动萝卜向左进行推挤工作,萝卜将与锯片43进行触碰,在推板34的作用下,锯片43将对萝卜进行切割工作,气缸32收缩带动推板34进行复位,在还未进行推送工作的情况下,再次放入未加工的萝卜,将所有待加工的萝卜切割完成后,关闭气缸32即可,如此可实现机器切割工作,减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图2所示,还包括有下料机构5,下料机构5包括有异形架51、导板52、挡料架53、复位弹簧54、转轴55、凸轮56、连接杆57、锥齿轮组58、动力皮带组59、齿条510和单向齿轮511,底板1顶部前侧连接有异形架51,异形架51与支撑架2之间连接有导板52,导板52上转动式地连接有挡料架53,挡料架53与导板52之间连接有复位弹簧54,异形架51上转动式地连接有转轴55,转轴55右侧连接有凸轮56,凸轮56与挡料架53相接触,底板1顶部右前侧转动式地连接有连接杆57,连接杆57与转轴55之间连接有锥齿轮组58,两个锥齿轮相啮合,连接杆57之间连接有动力皮带组59,推板34前侧连接有齿条510,后侧连接杆上连接有单向齿轮511,齿条510与单向齿轮511啮合。
将萝卜放置在导板52上,在挡料架53的作用下萝卜将会停留在导板52上,推板34向前移动时,齿条510与单向齿轮511啮合,在单向齿轮511的作用下,连接杆57无法转动,在推板34复位的过程时,齿条510与单向齿轮511啮合带动连接杆57转动,通过动力皮带组59带动两个锥齿轮啮合,使凸轮56进行旋转,对挡料架53进行触碰,复位弹簧54拉伸,挡料架53下方将回将多的萝卜阻挡在导板52上,挡料架53上方将会让一个萝卜通过掉落到挡板33中,如此往复直至将所有待加工的萝卜都加工完成后,关闭气缸32即可,如此无需人工进行上料工作,使萝卜可以间接性下料,提高操作安全系数,减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础之上,如图3所示,还包括有装料机构6,装料机构6包括有装料箱61、滑板62、装料筐63和把手64,底板1顶部左侧连接有装料箱61,装料箱61里连接有滑板62,装料箱61里滑动式地连接有装料筐63,装料筐63前侧连接有把手64。
当切割工作完成时,气缸32会同时将萝卜推出,掉入装料箱61内,通过滑板62将直接掉入装料箱61内,当要将切割完成的萝卜拿出时,手动拉开把手64使装料筐63滑出拿出切好的萝卜即可,方便人工收集工作,进一步减轻操作人员工作量,提高工作效率。

异形块(31),其连接在底板(1)顶部一侧;
气缸(32),其连接在异形块(31)顶部;
挡板(33),其连接在异形块(31)顶部另一侧;
推板(34),其滑动式地连接在挡板(33)里;
切料机构(4)包括有:
固定块(41),其连接在挡板(33)一侧;
挡盖(42),其连接在固定块(41)上;
锯片(43),其连接在挡盖(42)底部;
还包括有下料机构(5),下料机构(5)包括有:
异形架(51),其连接在底板(1)顶部一侧;
导板(52),其连接在异形架(51)与支撑架(2)之间;
挡料架(53),其转动式地连接在导板(52)上;
复位弹簧(54),其连接在挡料架(53)与导板(52)之间;
转轴(55),其转动式地连接在异形架(51)上;
凸轮(56),其连接在转轴(55)一侧,凸轮(56)与挡料架(53)相接触;
连接杆(57),其转动式地连接在底板(1)顶部一侧;
锥齿轮组(58),其连接在连接杆(57)与转轴(55)之间,两个锥齿轮分别固接在连接杆(57)和转轴(55)上,两个锥齿轮相啮合;
动力皮带组(59),其连接在连接杆(57)之间;
齿条(510),其连接在推板(34)一侧;
单向齿轮(511),其连接在后侧连接杆(57)上,齿条(510)与单向齿轮(511)啮合。

装料箱(61),其连接在底板(1)顶部一侧;
滑板(62),其连接在装料箱(61)里;

把手(64),其连接在装料筐(63)一侧。
