3. A device for grinding hot peppers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the grinding mechanism (4) comprises:
the special-shaped rod (41), one side of the first supporting plate (30) is connected with the special-shaped rod (41) in a sliding way;
the push rod (40) is arranged on one side of the special-shaped rod (41), and the push rod (40) is in contact with the telescopic rod of the cylinder (2);
the first spring (42) is connected between the two sides of the special-shaped rod (41) and one side of the first supporting plate (30) on the same side;
a first screw rod (43), wherein one side of the push rod (40) is rotatably connected with the first screw rod (43);
a grinder (44), wherein the grinder (44) is arranged on one side of the first screw rod (43).

the first connecting plates (55) are connected to one sides of the first supporting plates (30) in a sliding mode;

the charging boxes (52) are connected between the first connecting plates (55);
the two sides of the charging box (52) are provided with the first sliding rails (53);
the push plate (51) is connected between one sides of the first sliding rails (53) in a sliding manner, and the push plate (51) slides on one side of the charging box (52);
the second spring (54) is connected between the two sides of the push plate (51) and the first sliding rail (53);
the push plate (51) is provided with a first wedge-shaped block (50) at one side;
and one side of the charging box (52) is symmetrically provided with a second wedge-shaped block (57).

one side of the third connecting shaft (81) is connected with the rack (82) in a sliding manner;
a sixth spring (83), wherein the sixth spring (83) is connected between the rack (82) and the third connecting shaft (81);
the L-shaped plates (89) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the rack (82), and the L-shaped plates (89) are connected with one side of the second supporting plate (80) in a sliding mode;
a seventh spring (88) is connected between one side of the L-shaped plate (89) and one side of the second supporting plate (80);
