The material shaking device 8 is further included, the material shaking device 8 comprises an upright column 81, a high-speed motor 82, a second transmission shaft 83, a cam 84, a second bearing seat 85, a bevel gear 86, a missing gear 87, a third bearing frame 88 and a transmission gear 89, the upright column 81 is arranged at the left part of the front side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the high-speed motor 82 is arranged at the top of the upright column 81, the second bearing seats 85 are symmetrically arranged at the left and right of the middle part of the front side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the second transmission shaft 83 is arranged between the upper parts of the second bearing seats 85, the left end of the second transmission shaft 83 is connected with an output shaft of the high-speed motor 82, two cams 84 are arranged on the second transmission shaft 83, the cams 84 are matched with the sieve plate 62, the third bearing frame 88 is arranged at the front part of the right side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the third transmission shaft, the front part of the second rotating shaft 75 is provided with a transmission gear 89, and the missing gear 87 is meshed with the transmission gear 89.
When the crushed non-metallic cable material falls down onto the sieve plate 62, the high-speed motor 82 is started, the output shaft of the high-speed motor 82 drives the second transmission shaft 83 to rotate, the second transmission shaft 83 drives the cam 84 to rotate, when the cam 84 contacts with the sieve plate 62, the sieve plate 62 is driven to move backwards, the first spring 66 is stretched, when the cam 84 is separated from the sieve plate 62, the first spring 66 is restored to the original state, under the action of the first spring 66, the sieve plate 62 is driven to move forwards and reset, so that the sieve plate 62 reciprocates forwards and backwards to screen the crushed non-metallic cable material, meanwhile, the second transmission shaft 83 drives the third transmission shaft and the gear-lacking wheel 87 to rotate through the bevel gear 86, when the gear-lacking wheel 87 is meshed with the transmission gear 89, the second rotating shaft 75 is driven to rotate, so that the scraper 71 is driven to move rightwards, the second spring 78 is compressed, the scraper 71 drives the non-metallic cable material which does not, make things convenient for people to collect the nonmetal cable material that does not pass through sieve 62, when scarce gear 87 and drive gear 89 separation, second spring 78 reconversion, under the effect of second spring 78, drive scraping plate 71 and move to the left and reset.
Still including buffer 9, buffer 9 is including connecting rod 91, third spring 92, baffle 93, link 94 and third bearing 95, box 52 front side lower part is equipped with baffle 93, baffle 93 middle slidingtype is equipped with connecting rod 91, be equipped with third spring 92 between connecting rod 91 front portion and the baffle 93 front side, third spring 92 cover is in the connecting rod 91 outside, be equipped with third bearing 95 in the middle of the lower part of 56 front sides of clamp plate, third bearing 95 is located first bearing 58 downside, be equipped with link 94 on the third bearing 95, link 94 front portion is connected with connecting rod 91 rear portion rotary type.
When the pressing plate 56 contacts the fixing plate 57, the connecting rod 91 is driven to move backwards through the connecting frame 94 and the third bearing seat 95, the third spring 92 is compressed, the third spring 92 has a buffering effect, when the pressing plate 56 is separated from the fixing plate 57, the connecting rod 91 is driven to move forwards through the connecting frame 94 and the third bearing seat 95 to reset, the third spring 92 restores to the original state, and under the effect of the third spring 92, the auxiliary connecting rod 91 moves forwards to reset.

the supporting plates (51) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1), and one side of the top of the supporting plate (51) on one side is connected with the bottom of the rack (2);
a box body (52), wherein the box body (52) is arranged between the upper parts of the opposite sides of the supporting plates (51);
the first shaft bracket (54) is arranged on one side of the top of the supporting plate (51) on one side;
the first transmission shaft (53) is rotatably arranged on the side part of the first shaft bracket (54), and one end of the first transmission shaft (53) is connected with the output shaft of the servo motor (3);
the other end of the first transmission shaft (53) is provided with a turntable (55);
the pressing plate (56) used for crushing the non-metal cable material is rotatably arranged between the upper parts of the two sides of the inner wall of the box body (52), and the upper part of one side of the pressing plate (56) is connected with one side of the turntable (55);
the fixing plate (57) is arranged on one side of the inner wall of the box body (52), and the fixing plate (57) is matched with the pressing plate (56);
the middle of the lower part of one side of the pressure plate (56) is provided with a first bearing seat (58);
the supporting rod (59) is arranged on the first bearing seat (58), and the side part of the supporting rod (59) is rotatably connected with one side of the inner wall of the box body (52).
3. An apparatus for comminuting non-metallic cable material as in claim 2 wherein the coarse comminution mechanism (4) comprises:
the upper part of one side of the box body (52) is symmetrically provided with the support frame (46);
a hopper (45) for placing non-metal cable materials is arranged between the upper parts of one sides of the supporting frames (46);
the upper part of the hopper (45) is symmetrically and rotatably provided with the first rotating shaft (43);
the clamping blocks (44) used for clamping and crushing the non-metal cable material are uniformly arranged on the first rotating shaft (43);
the side parts of the first rotating shafts (43) are provided with meshed gears (42), and the meshed gears (42) are meshed with each other;
and the transmission assembly (41) is arranged between the side part of the first rotating shaft (43) on one side and the side part of the first transmission shaft (53).
4. An apparatus for crushing non-metallic cable material according to claim 3, further comprising a screening device (6), wherein the screening device (6) comprises:
the fixing seats (61) are arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the sieve plate (62) used for screening nonmetal cable materials is arranged between the upper parts of the fixed seats (61) in a sliding mode, and the sieve plate (62) is located below the box body (52);
a connecting plate (63), wherein one side of the sieve plate (62) is provided with the connecting plate (63);
the sliding blocks (64) are arranged on the side parts of the two sides of the connecting plate (63);
the upper part of one side of the fixed seat (61) on one side of the first sliding seat (67) is symmetrically provided with the first sliding seat (67);
the first guide rods (65) are arranged in the first sliding seats (67), and the sliding blocks (64) are connected with the first guide rods (65) on the same side in a sliding manner;
and a first spring (66) is arranged between one side of the sliding block (64) and one side of the inner wall of the first sliding seat (67) on the same side, and the first spring (66) is sleeved on the outer side of the first guide rod (65) on the same side.
5. An apparatus for comminuting non-metallic cable material as in claim 4, further comprising a scraping device (7), the scraping device (7) comprising:
the top of the fixed seat (61) is provided with a second sliding seat (79);
the second guide rods (77) are arranged in the second sliding seats (79);
the connecting blocks (72) are arranged on the second guide rods (77) in a sliding manner;
the scraping plate (71) is arranged between the bottom parts of the connecting blocks (72) close to one side;
a second spring (78) is arranged between one side of the connecting block (72) and one side of the inner wall of the second sliding seat (79) on the same side, and the second spring (78) is sleeved on the outer side of the second guide rod (77) on the same side;
the middle of one side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a second shaft bracket (76);
the upper part of the second shaft frame (76) is rotatably provided with a second rotating shaft (75);
the second rotating shaft (75) is symmetrically provided with the reels (74);
the nylon ropes (73) are arranged on the reels (74), and the other ends of the nylon ropes (73) are connected with the upper parts of the connecting blocks (72) on the same side.

a gear lack (87), wherein the middle part of the third transmission shaft is provided with the gear lack (87);
the transmission gear (89) is arranged on the side part of the second rotating shaft (75), and the missing gear (87) is meshed with the transmission gear (89).
7. An apparatus for comminuting non-metallic cable material as in claim 6 further comprising a damping means (9), the damping means (9) comprising:
the baffle (93) is arranged at the lower part of one side of the box body (52);
the connecting rod (91) is arranged in the middle of the baffle (93) in a sliding manner;
a third spring (92) is arranged between the side part of the connecting rod (91) and one side of the baffle plate (93), and the third spring (92) is sleeved on the outer side of the connecting rod (91);
the middle of the lower part of one side of the pressure plate (56) is provided with a third bearing seat (95), and the third bearing seat (95) is positioned on the lower side of the first bearing seat (58);
the connecting frame (94) is arranged on the third bearing seat (95), and the side part of the connecting frame (94) is rotatably connected with the side part of the connecting rod (91).
