Abstract
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a sealing film and a planting container comprising the sealing film. The manufacturing process of the sealing film comprises the following steps: preparing an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are opposite; attaching a piece of separating paper to the first side face and the second side face respectively, and penetrating a first hole through the adhesive layer and at least one piece of separating paper; removing the release paper attached to the first side surface, and attaching a breathable film to the first side surface; and preparing a sealing film, removing the release paper attached to the second side surface, and attaching the adhesive layer to the sealing film through the second side surface.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a sealing film and a planting container comprising the sealing film.
Background
The mushrooms, the plants and other crops can be planted in a small container in order to facilitate logistics of retailers and convenience for consumers to carry after purchase, so that dust can be prevented from entering the container, and the crops can be prevented from being damaged due to collision of foreign objects. However, the conventional planting container has a cup cover for covering the opening, and the cup cover has an opening to allow the inside of the container to have ventilation effect, so that liquid is likely to flow into the inside of the container and the growth of the plant is affected.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel and advanced sealing film process and a planting container including the sealing film, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing process of a sealing film and a planting container including the sealing film, which not only has low manufacturing cost and is suitable for mass production, but also can effectively achieve waterproof and air-permeable effective rails, so that the plants in the planting container can effectively grow.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a manufacturing process of a sealing film, comprising the following steps: preparing an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are opposite; attaching a piece of separating paper to the first side face and the second side face respectively, and penetrating a first hole through the adhesive layer and at least one piece of separating paper; removing the release paper attached to the first side surface, and attaching a breathable film to the first side surface; and preparing a sealing film, removing the release paper attached to the second side surface, and attaching the adhesive layer to the sealing film through the second side surface.
Preferably, the aperture of the first hole is between 2mm and 10 mm.
Preferably, the sealing film is provided with a second hole, and the first hole and the second hole partially overlap.
Preferably, the thickness of the gas permeable membrane is between 0.1mm and 2 mm.
Preferably, the material of the gas permeable film is one of Tyvek (Tyvek) and Polyurethane (PU); the material of the sealing film is one of Polyethylene (PE), casting polypropylene (CPP), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Preferably, the aperture of the first hole is between 2mm and 10 mm; the sealing film is provided with a second hole in a penetrating way, and the first hole is partially overlapped with the second hole; the thickness of the breathable film is between 0.1mm and 2 mm; the material of the breathable film is one of Tyvek (Tyvek) and Polyurethane (PU); the material of the sealing film is one of Polyethylene (PE), casting polypropylene (CPP), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET); the radial size of the second hole is larger than that of the first hole, the area of the sealing film is larger than that of the breathable film, and the thickness of the sealing film is larger than that of the breathable film.
Preferably, the container has an accommodating space and an opening, the plant is accommodated in the accommodating space, the opening communicates with the accommodating space and the outside, and the sealing film covers the opening edge of the opening.
Preferably, in the above aspect, the sealing film of the sealing film is welded to the opening edge by a heat pressing process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a planting container, which includes the sealing film as described above, and further includes a container, the container encloses a containing space and an opening, a planting object is contained in the containing space, the opening communicates the containing space with the outside, and the sealing film covers the opening edge of the opening.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing process of the sealing film 6 of the present invention includes the following steps: an adhesive layer 1 is provided, the adhesive layer 1 includes a first side surface 11 and a second side surface 12 opposite to each other.
The first side surface 11 and the second side surface 12 are respectively attached with a piece of running paper 2, and the adhesive layer 1 and at least one piece of running paper 2 are provided with a first hole 13 in a penetrating manner, the process of forming the first hole 13 in the adhesive layer 1 can be easily performed by attaching the running paper 2 to the first side surface 11 and the second side surface 12, in this embodiment, only one piece of running paper 2 and the reef layer are provided with the first hole 13 in a penetrating manner, and in other embodiments, the first hole 13 can penetrate through the two pieces of running paper 2 or not.
The release paper 2 attached to the first side 11 is removed, and a gas permeable film 3 is attached to the first side 11.
A sealing film 4 is provided, the release paper 2 attached to the second side surface 12 is removed, and the adhesive layer 1 is attached to the sealing film 4 through the second side surface 12.
The invention further provides a planting container 5, which comprises the sealing film 6 as described above, and further comprises a container 5, the container 5 is surrounded by a containing space 51 and an opening 52, a planting object 53 is contained in the containing space 51, the opening 52 is communicated with the containing space 51 and the outside, and the sealing film 6 is covered on the opening edge of the opening 52. In the embodiment, the sealing film 4 is formed with a second hole 41, and the first hole 13 partially overlaps the second hole 41. Therefore, the sealing film 4 can prevent foreign objects from entering the accommodating space 51, the breathable film 3 has the characteristics of breathability and waterproofness, and gas can flow between the accommodating space 51 and the outside through the first holes 13 and the second holes 41, so that the accommodating space 51 can have the breathability, and the plants 53 can grow effectively.
Preferably, the aperture of the first hole 13 is between 2mm to 10mm, which can effectively allow the gas to flow through, in this embodiment, the aperture of the first hole 13 is 3.5 mm. The thickness of the permeable membrane 3 is between 0.1mm and 2mm, and the waterproof effect can be effectively achieved without being too thick, which is 0.5mm in the embodiment.
The breathable film 3 is made of tevkk or Polyurethane (PU), and in this embodiment, the breathable film 3 is made of tevkk, which includes the features of paper, film and cloth, and has the properties of high strength, light weight, static electricity resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, etc., so as to effectively prevent moisture from entering the accommodating space 51, and the gas can smoothly flow through the outside and the accommodating space 51 for the growth of the plant 53.
The material of the sealing film 4 is one of Polyethylene (PE), casting polypropylene (CPP), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and in this embodiment, the material is polyethylene, so that the planting object 53 in the accommodating space 51 can be effectively observed by the perspective effect, and the waterproof and foreign-matter-prevention effect can be effectively achieved.
Preferably, the sealing film 4 of the sealing film 6 is welded to the edge of the opening 52 by heat pressing, so as to easily and rapidly cover the sealing film 6 on the edge of the opening 52 and provide a sealing effect. In this embodiment, the radial dimension of the second hole 41 is larger than the radial dimension of the first hole 13, the area of the sealing film 4 is larger than the area of the gas-permeable membrane 3, and the thickness of the sealing film 4 is larger than the thickness of the gas-permeable membrane 3.
In conclusion, the sealing film manufacturing process and the planting container comprising the sealing film of the present invention not only have low manufacturing cost and are suitable for mass production, but also can effectively achieve waterproof and breathable effective rails, so that the plants 53 in the planting container 5 can effectively grow.

Claims (8)
1. A manufacturing process of a sealing film is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which are opposite;
attaching a piece of separating paper to the first side face and the second side face respectively, and penetrating a first hole through the adhesive layer and at least one piece of separating paper;
removing the release paper attached to the first side surface, and attaching a breathable film to the first side surface;
and preparing a sealing film, removing the release paper attached to the second side surface, and attaching the adhesive layer to the sealing film through the second side surface.
2. The sealing film manufacturing process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aperture of the first hole is between 2mm to 10 mm.
3. The sealing film process of claim 1, wherein a second hole is formed through the sealing film, and the first hole partially overlaps the second hole.
4. The sealing film process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the gas-permeable film is between 0.1mm and 2 mm.
5. The manufacturing process of sealing film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the gas-permeable film is one of Tyvek (Tyvek) and Polyurethane (PU); the material of the sealing film is one of Polyethylene (PE), casting polypropylene (CPP), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

The sealing film process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first hole has a diameter of 2mm to 10 mm; the sealing film is provided with a second hole in a penetrating way, and the first hole is partially overlapped with the second hole; the thickness of the breathable film is between 0.1mm and 2 mm; the material of the breathable film is one of Tyvek (Tyvek) and Polyurethane (PU); the material of the sealing film is one of Polyethylene (PE), casting polypropylene (CPP), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET); the radial size of the second hole is larger than that of the first hole, the area of the sealing film is larger than that of the breathable film, and the thickness of the sealing film is larger than that of the breathable film.
7. A plant container comprising a sealing film according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
the container is provided with an accommodating space and an opening in a surrounding manner, a planting object is accommodated in the accommodating space, the opening is communicated with the accommodating space and the outside, and the sealing film cover is arranged on the opening edge of the opening.
8. A planting container as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sealing film is welded to the edge of the opening by heat pressing.
