Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, fresh green plants can be grown and watched without daily care during winter withering. Since the transparent material of the dome-shaped covering portion is subjected to anti-fog treatment so that the plants in the closed container can be easily viewed, the inside of the closed container does not become cloudy and disappear. Also, because the container itself has a closed structure, it does not pollute the place where it is placed anywhere in the room, so it can be used as interior interior goods using living plants and has a different meaning from conventional flower pots and flower arrangements is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When placing a flowerpot indoors, for example, on a sideboard, it is necessary to put the flowerpot on a saucer to prevent contamination by water or earth and sand leaking from the bottom of the pot. Some plants can quickly become weak without care, such as watering them daily and exposing them to sunlight. Especially in the winter season, flower pots of flowers grown in greenhouses are sold, and these are vulnerable to environmental changes, so they are very attentive.
[0003]
Cactus potted plants are sold that harden the parts other than the planted areas with an adhesive to suppress evaporation of water from the earth and sand and do not die even if water is not supplied for a long time. Cacti are originally plants that are resistant to drying, and are different from those in which fresh and delicate green plants are admired during the winter season as in the present invention.
[0004]
In addition, a sealed container for growing young plants has been released, but this is for the purpose of creating a sterile state for growing young plants well, and the air in the container is filtered through a filter to remove bacteria. Have been replaced. Japanese Utility Model 01-155399
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
To manage the pots of plants to be placed indoors, watering according to the drying of soil and sand, exposing to sunlight, dusting the plants, daily temperature and day temperature differences, etc. When emptying, you have to take some measures. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of enjoying a fresh green plant even in winter without having to perform daily care as described above.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
The hermetically sealed container for plant cultivation of the present invention has a dome in which a transparent material, which has been subjected to an anti-fog treatment, is processed into a cylindrical shape so that the inner side is not fogged, and a ceiling surface 5, which is also made of the same material, is adhered to the side wall surface 4. A core-shaped cover is formed, and the core material 2 is brought into close contact with the bottom surface 1 covered with a material 3 impermeable to water and air from above and below. A small plug 6 of a type that pushes a projection into a passage and blocks the passage is attached to an arbitrary position on the dome-shaped cover. It is characterized by laying earth and sand 7 in this container, planting a plant 8 suitable for the environment in the container, and growing it in a sealed state, so that daily care such as watering can be omitted. It is.
[0007]
The hermetically sealed container for plant cultivation of the present invention is a plant in which a plant suitable for the environment in the container is planted, and the plant grows without daily care such as watering. To grow without daily watering, a certain amount of water must always be secured. In the case of ordinary flower pots, water evaporates from the earth and sand, and the plants suck up and emanate from the plants, so water must be supplied according to the degree. By using this as a closed container, it is possible to collect water evaporated from soil and water radiated from plants. Therefore, the amount of water in the container is reduced only by the amount absorbed by the plant as the plant becomes larger.
[0008]
The environmental condition in the closed container is high in moisture and high in humidity. Further, the temperature tends to be higher than that of the living room, which is the outside world, because the space is closed and small. In addition, because of the small space, direct sunlight causes the internal temperature to rise further, making it difficult to grow plants. Therefore, it is necessary to select plants that can grow and grow in living rooms that are not exposed to direct sunlight. . Actually, the test was carried out with vegetables such as greens, spinach, and parsley, but the leaves did not grow and did not grow in a closed container placed in a living room that was not exposed to direct sunlight. However, it was proved from the experimental results that if a plant growing in a wetland and a plant that favors shade was selected, it could also grow in a closed container placed in a living room.
[0009]
Because it is a plant that likes shade, it does not need to be exposed to direct sunlight and grows in indoor light. Since the plant is placed indoors for viewing, even a one-year-old plant that can withstand a certain temperature even in winter and that withers outdoors in winter can grow without dying in the closed container of the present invention. However, in summer, the temperature inside the closed container increases, and the growth conditions are worse than in winter.
[0010]
If a plant planted in a normal flowerpot has a property of growing, it will grow if the growth conditions are adjusted. In the closed container of the present invention, a plant having the property of growing so large that it fills the container is not suitable.
[0011]
As for carbon dioxide indispensable for photosynthesis of plants, the amount of carbon dioxide contained in the air is sufficient to select one that does not increase the plant body as described above, and it is not necessary to supplement carbon dioxide or replace air in particular. I understand. In the absence of light at night, plants exhale carbon dioxide, contrary to photosynthesis, and absorb oxygen, so from this point it can be concluded that the results did not require air replacement. Therefore, there is no danger that the oxygen concentration in the sealed container becomes too high.
[0012]
In the present invention, plants are not limited, but one-year plants whose properties are close to moss do not increase in height, grow in a closed container, have better results than green beauty, etc. Is provided.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A plug 6 is attached to a dome-shaped cover composed of a side wall surface 4 and a ceiling surface 5 with a transparent material treated to prevent fogging so that the inside does not fog on the bottom surface 1 having a certain degree of rigidity. Although the container is used, these materials are inexpensive, and furthermore, the processing is simple and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom surface 1 is made rigid by using the cardboard 2 as a core. 2 was covered with vinyl chloride 3 from above and below. The dome-shaped cover is made of anti-fog transparent vinyl chloride, and the stopper 6 is made of vinyl chloride. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the finished product, showing a state in which water is supplied from a stopper 6 with a straw, a syringe and the like, and air is inflated. FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of only the container in an inflated state. In FIG. 2, the container is made of a cardboard core 2 and a bottom surface 1 made of vinyl chloride 3 coated on the upper and lower sides, a side wall 4 made of anti-fog transparent PVC, and made of anti-fog vinyl chloride. Ceiling surface 5. The stopper 6 is made of vinyl chloride and may be attached to an arbitrary place other than the bottom surface 1. However, when completed, the stopper 6 is attached to the side wall surface 4 in consideration of the visibility of the plant 8 inside and the overall design. . The bottom surface 1, the side wall surface 4, the ceiling surface 5 and the plug 6 are all made of vinyl chloride and are welded to form a closed container. The welding process is performed using a high-frequency welder and a mold corresponding to each welding location. Is a method of performing welding and cutting at the same time, and since this is a general method of high frequency welding, a description thereof will be omitted.
[0015]
As a manufacturing procedure, a development length of the anti-fog treated vinyl chloride which becomes the side wall surface 4 is calculated, and the fabric is cut out and both ends are welded in a direction to become the side wall surface 4 to form a cylindrical shape.
(B) A hole corresponding to the size of the plug 6 is made in a place where the plug 6 is to be attached to the cylindrical side wall surface 4, and the plug 6 is inserted and welded. In order to invert this portion after the side wall surface 4 and the ceiling surface 5 are welded in a later step, the attachment of the plug 6 is reversed. That is, at this time, the stopper 6 is attached so that the inlet is on the inside.
C. The cylindrical side wall surface 4 with the stopper 6 is set in a mold and welded to the anti-fog treated vinyl chloride to be the ceiling surface 5 to form a dome-shaped cover. At this time, since burrs are present at the welded portion between the ceiling surface 5 and the side wall surface 4 and the welded portion between the side wall surfaces 4, the dome-shaped cover is reversed so that the burrs are on the inside.
D. The cardboard core 2 punched in a circular shape is sandwiched between two pieces of vinyl chloride 3 from above and below, and earth and sand 7 are laid thereon and a plant 8 is planted. At this time, the dome-shaped cover is laid so that earth and sand will not be applied to the portion to be welded.
The dome-shaped cover produced in the step (c) is set in a mold on the bottom surface 1 on which the earth and sand 7 are laid in the honey process, and is placed over the bottom surface 1 and welded. At this time, the cardboard core 2 on the bottom surface 1 is welded at such a position as to fit completely inside the mold.
A suitable amount of water is injected from the stopper 6 using a straw, a syringe, or the like.
Gently blow air from the stopper 6 to inflate the whole.
[0016]
The above is a basic manufacturing process. However, according to this method, a large amount of earth and sand cannot be laid on the bottom surface 1. The reason is that, when the dome-shaped cover is welded to the bottom surface 1 in the above step e, if there is a grain of the earth and sand 7 at the welding location, air or water leaks from that location and the sealed state is not achieved. If the soil 7 to be laid is small, the soil 7 does not have much relation to the growth of the plant 8, but there is a possibility that the soil 7 may move in the closed container at the time of transportation after the product.
[0017]
Therefore, after attaching the plug 6 to the cylindrical side wall surface 4 manufactured in the step a and turning it over so that the burrs coming out of the welded portion of the side wall surface 4 become inside, the ceiling surface 5 is welded. And welds to the bottom 1 first. Thereafter, if the ceiling surface 5 is welded after the earth and sand 7 are laid and the plant 8 is planted, the earth and sand particles are not caught in the welded portion and the sealing failure does not occur. By laying the earth and sand 7 on the entire bottom surface, troubles due to the movement of the earth and sand 7 at the time of transportation when the product is completed are reduced. However, if the welding of the ceiling surface 5 is performed prior to the welding of the bottom surface 1, the burr 9 in this portion will be on the outside of the closed container, so that a problem in product design remains.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
You can enjoy watching and enjoying the green plants that lived during the winter. In addition, there is no need for care such as watering, exposure to sunlight, and dusting of leaves. Since it does not pollute the storage area, it can be placed anywhere, and it can be used as indoor interior goods for urban homes with little greenery.
