技术领域
本发明涉及板型垫片式换热器的垫片。
背景技术
EP 2396617、EP 2361365及EP 2045557等现有专利公开的现有垫片式换热器的垫片包括采用钩扣方法扣入板片造型边缘的结构,以及(改为)采用压入方法紧合于换热器加热板上凸纹或孔洞中的结构。压入垫片是在加热板套装的预组装阶段稳固嵌合在加热板凹槽中,如此能够确保换热器操作过程中平稳定位在凹槽内。而使用钩扣固定的垫片(扣合于加热板造型边缘)则是在加热板套装的预组装阶段嵌入加热板的凹槽中,更能确保换热器操作过程中垫片的稳固定位。
已知解决方案的板型换热器垫片是采用类似材料制成。这些解决方案虽可确保垫片式换热器板体套装在操作期间充分密合,但加热板套装在换热器上的组装及/或拆卸相对困难。垫片安装上/卸除自板型垫片式换热器的难点在于必须将垫片平坦放置在加热板上,并完美嵌入指定沟槽(加热板表面的凸纹)。首先将垫片架设在加热板上,随后将加热板与垫片的整个组合放置在换热器框架的大梁上,如此多个组合可共同形成加热板套装。具有垫片的加热板套装与盖板锁合在一起。由于垫片的预先准备影响后续加热板套装与盖板的锁合,因此垫片在组装至或拆卸自换热器框架大梁时的定位稳定度极为重要。
换热器是一种在特定压力下透过作用媒介工作的压力装置。垫片必须正确定位在专属凹槽中(加热板表面上凸纹)以确保结构紧合,才能防止作用媒介混合或泄漏。在换热器操作过程中,垫片若在凹槽内移动,会直接导致媒介外部泄漏或内部泄漏到邻近通道中。造成垫片在凹槽中位移的原因可能是垫片没有正确组装在加热板上(垫片没有正确放在加热板沟槽中,或是加热板套装没有稳定组装在框架大梁上而造成位移)。位移原因也可能是(若预组装正确)装置操作参数过高(温度、压力),或是换热器内两侧之间的循环压力升高/降低(媒介循环)。
发明内容
本发明垫片的表面设有至少一个凸起和至少一个钩扣,使垫片能够沿加热板制造/压铸的轴线而压入(将每一凸起压入加热板的对应镂空处)加热板,以及使垫片能够垂直于加热板制造/压铸的轴线而扣合(每一钩扣扣入加热板造型边缘的对应部分)加热板。垫片与加热板的此种混合式组装方式是连接两种现有使用的解决方案:利用凸起和加热板上为配合凸起所设置的镂空处,沿加热板压铸轴线进行压入组装;以及利用钩扣和加热板上为配合钩扣所设置的造型边缘,垂直于加热板压铸轴线进行扣合组装。
本发明解决方案可帮助确保垫片在组装/拆卸以及装置运行过程中稳定固定在板型垫片式换热器加热板中,如此能够降低垫片在加热板套装中放置错误的风险,并确保提升垫片在装置运行时的定位持久性,从而降低内部及/或外部泄漏。如此一来,有助于延长垫片式换热器的使用寿命。此外,垫片位置的稳定性有助于在需要清洁脏污时拆卸加热板套装。因此,本发明垫片的组装或拆卸更为方便、迅速且稳定。
此外,配合垫片(用于配合钩扣的造型边缘和用于配合凸起的镂空处)所设计的加热板表面可供垫片仅利用钩扣,或仅使用凸起,或同时使用钩扣和凸起进行组装。因此加热板兼容于已知解决方案。加热板的制造/压铸也无须改变(配合凸起的镂空处是与供换热器中媒介流动的埠孔一起挖制)。垫片的混合式组装需要使用混合式垫片以及适当制作的加热板。

具体实施方式
所述混合垫片是采用最高操作温度为110℃的NBR材料制成,总宽155毫米,总长350毫米。垫片表面设有四个凸起(1A)及三个钩扣(1B),因此垫片能够透过混合式(利用压入凸起与扣合钩扣)安装法而装入板型垫片式换热器的加热板(2)中。加热板(2)具有四个用于配合凸起(1A)的镂空处(2A),以及三个用于配合钩扣(1B)的造型边缘(2B)部分。所述凸起(1A)与钩扣(1B)经向排列于垫片式换热器加热板(2)的侧边及/或沿垫片式板型换热器加热板(2)上的埠孔(6)设置,彼此之间的距离不小于15毫米。垫片(1)安装于加热板(2)的方式为非侵入性且非永久性。板型换热器(图5)的加热板(2)具有埠孔(6)及形成加热板套装(3)的垫片(1),加热板套装(3)是架设在换热器框架(7)的大梁上,并使用螺丝(5)与盖板(4)锁固。换热器组件,特别是加热板(2),是采用不锈钢制成,但其材质亦可改为钛、其与各种金属的合金及/或金属合金及/或非金属及/或塑胶材料及/或复合材料。垫片(1)的材质为NBR,但亦可改为其变化型或不同类型的EPDM、FKM及/或各种塑胶材料及/或复合材料。换热器的组件连接方式为螺锁。本发明具有广泛的垫片式换热器应用范围,包括能源、制药、食品、石油化学、化工、矿业、水池设备、HVAC、HVACR及污水处理厂。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于板型垫片式换热器的垫片,其特征在于所述垫片表面具有至少一凸起(1A)及至少一钩扣(1B),使该垫片(1)能够沿加热板制造/压铸的一轴线而以一压入方法(将每一所述凸起(1A)压入该加热板的一对应镂空处(2A))组装于该加热板,并且使该垫片(1)能够垂直于该加热板制造/压铸的该轴线而以一扣合方法(每一所述钩扣(1B)扣入该加热板该造型边缘的一对应部分)组装于该加热板。
