In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the management platform further includes: a client node; a client node for generating a purchase order for a product; the client node is also used for acquiring the positioning information so as to provide the positioning information to the client; and the plant end node is also used for acquiring the positioning information so as to provide the positioning information to the plant end.
The client node can generate a purchase order of the product according to the product purchase demand input by the client administrator. And may synchronize the purchase order to the plant end node. The location information of the forwarder end node may be synchronized to the client node and the plant end node. The client node can provide the acquired positioning information to the client, so that a client administrator can check the positioning information of the product; the plant end node can provide the acquired positioning information to the plant end, so that a plant end administrator can view the positioning information of the product.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, an order management module and a transportation operation management module may be provided at a client node of the management platform; and arranging a transportation operation management module at the end node of the factory. The client node generates a purchase order of the product through an order management module; and acquiring the positioning information through the transportation operation management module so as to provide the positioning information for the client. And the factory end node acquires the positioning information through the transportation operation management module so as to provide the positioning information for the factory end.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the management platform further includes: backing up a database and a communication interface; the backup database is used for backing up the data of each end node in the management platform through the ether house block chain technology; and the communication interface is used for acquiring a data acquisition request of the financial service provider end and sending the corresponding data in the backup database to the financial service provider end according to the request so as to apply for financial service.
Data of each end node in the management platform, such as data of purchase orders, purchase and sale contracts, foreign trade transportation entrusts, booking information, foreign trade transportation routes, selected foreign trade transportation routes, transportation logistics lists, customs information, foreign trade shipping lists, positioning information and the like, can be backed up through the ether house blockchain technology. The data can be backed up, and the original data can be prevented from being tampered. The data acquisition request of the financial service provider end can be acquired through the communication interface, and the corresponding data in the backup database is sent to the financial service provider end according to the request so as to carry out financial service application. The financial service application can be a loan or financing application initiated by a factory side administrator, a client side administrator or a goods agency side administrator to a financial service provider side administrator, and the financial service provider administrator can be a bank, an insurance company or a small loan enterprise. The financial service provider can provide original reliable traceable data for the financial service provider, provide credit and payment giving basis for the financial service provider, improve the whole-process monitoring capability of the financial service provider, reduce the financial service risk and improve the evidence-making capability of financial service application.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps that a factory end node, a commodity agency end node, a carrier end node and a customs declaration end node are utilized; the factory end node is used for acquiring a purchase order of a product, generating a purchase-sale contract and initiating a foreign trade transportation entrustment according to the purchase-sale contract; the end nodes of the goods generation are used for generating foreign trade transportation contracts according to the foreign trade transportation entrusts, and booking the space and determining space booking information according to the foreign trade transportation contracts; the factory end node is further used for matching at least one foreign trade transportation route according to the booking information; the factory end node is also used for providing the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route to the factory end and acquiring a foreign trade transportation route selected by a factory end administrator in the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route; the carrier end node is used for acquiring the logistics basic information and the packing number of the product, which are input by a carrier end administrator, and generating a transportation logistics list based on the logistics basic information, the packing number and the selected foreign trade transportation route; the customs clearance end node is used for inputting customs clearance information according to the transportation logistics list so as to provide the customs clearance information to the customs clearance end for customs clearance examination; and the commodity agency end nodes are also used for acquiring the foreign trade freight note input by a commodity agency end administrator according to the container number and the selected foreign trade transportation route after the customs declaration information is input, acquiring the positioning information of the product in the foreign trade freight note according to the foreign trade freight note, and providing the positioning information for the commodity agency end, so that the problems of generation operation and recording of purchase and sale contracts, foreign trade transportation contracts, transportation logistics lists, customs declaration information and the foreign trade freight note on the cross-border transportation line of the product are solved, the on-line recording of the cross-border transportation information and the visualization of a supply chain are realized, the information among the end nodes is shared, and the effects of improving the business operation efficiency and the order processing rate can be improved.
By using the cross-border transportation management platform, a factory manager can quickly generate a purchase and sale contract, initiate a foreign trade transportation entrustment, obtain a plurality of matched foreign trade transportation routes, and autonomously select a most appropriate foreign trade transportation route according to actual requirements, so that the management platform is prevented from being too large in right; by using the cross-border transportation management platform, a forwarder can quickly generate a foreign trade transportation contract, book a cabin, generate a foreign trade freight bill and acquire positioning information of a product; a carrier end administrator can quickly generate a transportation logistics list by using the cross-border transportation management platform; by using the cross-border transportation management platform, customs declaration end managers can quickly acquire customs declaration information to perform customs declaration examination, can improve the service operation efficiency and the order processing rate, and realize the visualization and traceability of data.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a cross-border transportation management platform according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is a further refinement of the foregoing technical solution, and the technical solution in this embodiment may be combined with various alternatives in one or more of the foregoing embodiments.
As shown in fig. 4, the management platform includes: a declaration end node 140, and one of a client node 100, a factory end node 110, or a commodity end node 120;
the customs clearance end node 140 is used for acquiring the transportation logistics list to perform customs clearance information input so as to provide the customs clearance information to the customs clearance end to perform customs clearance examination; a client node 100, a plant end node 110, or a forwarder end node 120 for providing a shipping logistics list to the customs clearance end node.
The user can only use the management platform to perform customs clearance operation, and the customs clearance end node 140 can perform customs clearance information entry according to the transportation logistics list provided by the client node 100, the plant end node 110, or the agent end node 120, so that the customs clearance end performs customs clearance examination. The product in the supply chain market tends to be homogeneous, and the individual requirements of users can be met.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, a customs declaration management module may be set at a customs declaration end node of the management platform; and performing customs clearance information input according to the transportation logistics list through a customs clearance management module so as to provide customs clearance information for a customs clearance bank end to perform customs clearance examination. A delivery management module can be arranged at a client node, a factory end node or a freight agency end node of the management platform, and the transportation logistics list can be provided to the declaration end node through the delivery management module.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the customs clearance end node and one of the client node, the factory end node or the freight agency end node are reported; the customs clearance end node is used for acquiring the transportation logistics list to carry out customs clearance information input so as to provide the customs clearance information to the customs clearance end to carry out customs clearance examination; the client node, the factory node or the freight generation node are used for providing a transportation logistics list for the customs declaration end node, the problems of generation operation and recording of customs declaration information on a cross-border transportation line of a product are solved, on-line recording of cross-border transportation information, visualization of a supply chain and information sharing among the nodes are achieved, and the effects of improving business operation efficiency and order processing rate can be achieved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, a cost management module, a contract and price management module, a basic data maintenance module, a client maintenance module, and a statistical form module may be further disposed at the client node and the plant end node of the management platform.
The client node can record the contract related to the client and the related price through the contract and price management module, and generate a purchase bill of a product through the cost management module according to the contract and the price. For example, a client administrator can purchase different products from a plurality of plant administrators through the management platform, the contract and price management module can record the purchase and sale contracts of the client administrator and each plant administrator and the corresponding product price labels, and the charge management module can generate purchase bills of different products of the client administrator for a certain period of time.
Wherein, the client node can record the relevant information of product purchase, such as the product purchase category, purchase quantity, origin, destination, payment of purchase bill, etc. through the basic data maintenance module. The client node can record relevant information of a factory administrator, such as the name, address, contact information and the like of a product seller through the customer maintenance module. The client node can record the purchase condition of the product in the period through the statistical reporting module, for example, the type, quantity, cost condition and the like of the product purchased from different plant managers.
The factory end node can record the contract related to the factory end and the related price through the contract and price management module, and generates a sales bill of the product through the cost management module according to the contract and the price. For example, a factory administrator can sell different products to a plurality of client administrators through the management platform, a contract and price management module can record purchase and sale contracts of the factory administrator and each client administrator and corresponding product price tags, and a cost management module can generate sales bills of different products of the factory administrator in a certain period.
Wherein, the factory end node can record relevant information of product sales, such as product sales category, sales amount, origin, destination, payment of sales bill and the like, through the basic data maintenance module. The factory end node may record information about the client administrator, such as the name, address, and contact of the product purchaser, etc., via the customer maintenance module. The factory end node can record the sales condition of the products in the period through the statistical report module, for example, the types, the quantities, the cost condition and the like of the products sold to different client administrators.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, a cost management module may be further provided at the freight agency end node, the carrier end node and the customs clearance end node of the management platform.
The freight generation end node can record the transportation cost of the product in the domestic transportation link and the transportation link from domestic transportation to foreign transportation through the cost management module; the end nodes of the transport provider can record the transport cost of the domestic transport link of the product through the cost management module; the customs declaration end node can record the customs declaration cost of the product through the cost management module.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a cross-border transportation service provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, a using process of the embodiment of the present invention may be:
the client node generates a purchase order of the product according to the product purchase demand input by the client administrator; and synchronizing the purchase orders to the order management module arranged by the corresponding factory end node through the order management module arranged by the client end node. The factory end node can obtain a purchase order of a product, a purchase and sale contract is generated through the order management module, a foreign trade transportation entrustment is initiated to the commodity agency end node through the transportation order management module according to the purchase and sale contract, and the foreign trade transportation entrustment is synchronized to the transportation order management module arranged by the commodity agency end node. And the end node of the forwarder acquires the foreign trade transportation entrusts through the transportation order management module, generates a foreign trade transportation contract, orders the space according to the foreign trade transportation contract and determines space ordering information. The order information may be synchronized to a transport order management module provided by the factory end node. And the factory end node acquires the booking information, matches at least one foreign trade transportation route and provides the booking information to a delivery management module arranged on the factory end node. The factory manager can obtain the matched foreign trade transportation routes from the delivery management module and select one of the foreign trade transportation routes. The factory end node can acquire the selected foreign trade transportation route through the delivery management module and can synchronize to the delivery management module arranged by the carrier end node. The carrier end manager can obtain the selected foreign trade transportation route and the foreign trade transportation contract through the delivery management module, and inputs the basic logistics information and the packing number of the product. The carrier end node can generate a transport contract and a transport logistics list in the delivery management module according to the logistics basic information and the packing number of the product, which are input by a carrier end administrator, and can synchronize to a customs declaration management module arranged on the customs declaration end node. And the customs clearance end node acquires the transportation logistics list to carry out customs clearance information input so as to provide the customs clearance information for the customs clearance end to carry out customs clearance examination. The audit result can be synchronized to a transportation operation management module arranged at the agent end, and the agent end node acquires a foreign trade waybill input by an agent end administrator through the transportation operation management module according to the audit result, acquires the positioning information of a product in the foreign trade waybill and provides the positioning information for the agent end. Meanwhile, the client node and the factory end node can also be provided with a transportation operation management module, and the positioning information can be synchronized to the transportation operation management modules arranged on the client node and the factory end node, so that the client and the factory end can check the positioning information respectively.
In addition, a cost management module, a contract and price management module, a basic data maintenance module, a client maintenance module and a statistical form module can be arranged at the client node and the factory end node of the management platform. A charge management module can be arranged at the freight agency end node, the carrier end node and the customs declaration end node of the management platform. A backup database can be set, and data of each end node in the management platform is backed up through the ether house block chain technology; and setting a communication interface, acquiring a data acquisition request of the financial service provider side, and sending corresponding data in the backup database to the financial service provider side according to the request to apply for financial service.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the online operation of cross-border transportation of the product and information recording are closely matched through the implementation mode, seamless connection of all links is realized, and a leading mode of integrating five flows of logistics, information flow, document flow, business flow and fund flow is formed. The visualization of the whole supply chain is realized, the informatization of management is realized, the order processing time is shortened, the order processing efficiency and the order payment success rate are improved, the inventory level is reduced, the inventory turnover rate is improved, the fund overstock is reduced, the whole benefit is maximized, the management cost is minimized, and the overall level is improved.
It should be noted that, when using the management platform, the user may use all links of the supply chain, or only use some links in the supply chain, for example, only use the factory end node and the agent end node, to complete the foreign trade transportation route matching of the cross-border transportation of the product corresponding to the purchase order; or, the transportation of the domestic transportation link in the cross-border transportation of the product is finished only by using the factory end node and the carrier end node; alternatively, customs audits is done using only the customs end node. The individual requirements of the user can be realized, and the homogenization of the supply chain products is avoided.

Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a cross-border transportation management method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method specifically includes:
step 210, obtaining a purchase order of a product through a factory end node, generating a purchase and sale contract, and initiating a foreign trade transportation entrustment according to the purchase and sale contract;
step 220, generating a foreign trade transportation contract through the nodes of the forwarders according to the foreign trade transportation entrusts, and booking the space and determining space booking information according to the foreign trade transportation contract;
and step 230, matching at least one foreign trade transportation route through the factory end node according to the booking information.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route is provided to the factory side through the factory side node, and a foreign trade transportation route selected by a factory side administrator in the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route is obtained; wherein the selected foreign trade transportation route comprises a water transportation route, a land transportation route or an air transportation route; and acquiring the logistics basic information and the packing number of the product, which are input by a carrier end administrator, through the carrier node, and generating a transportation logistics list based on the logistics basic information, the packing number and the selected foreign trade transportation route.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the customs clearance information is entered by the customs clearance end node according to the transportation logistics list, so that the customs clearance information is provided to the customs clearance end for customs clearance examination; and after customs information is input through the commodity end node, acquiring a foreign trade waybill input by a commodity end administrator according to the container number and the selected foreign trade transportation route, acquiring positioning information of a product in the foreign trade waybill according to the foreign trade waybill, and providing the positioning information for the commodity end.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, a purchase order of a product is generated by a client node; acquiring positioning information through a client node to provide the positioning information to a client; the location information is obtained by the plant end node to provide the location information to the plant end.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, data of each end node in the management platform is backed up through the ethernet block chain technology by using a backup database; and acquiring a data acquisition request of the financial service provider end through the communication interface, and sending the corresponding data in the backup database to the financial service provider end according to the request so as to apply for financial service.

An eighth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a cross-border transportation management method according to an embodiment of the present invention:
acquiring a purchase order of a product through a factory end node, generating a purchase and sale contract, and initiating a foreign trade transportation entrustment according to the purchase and sale contract;

1. A cross-border transportation management platform, comprising: a factory end node and a commodity representative end node;
the factory end node is used for acquiring a purchase order of a product, generating a purchase-sale contract and initiating a foreign trade transportation entrustment according to the purchase-sale contract;
the freight department end node is used for generating a foreign trade transportation contract according to the foreign trade transportation entrusts, and booking the space and determining space booking information according to the foreign trade transportation contract;
and the factory end node is also used for matching at least one foreign trade transportation route according to the booking information.
2. The management platform of claim 1, further comprising: a carrier end node;
wherein the plant end node is further configured to provide the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route to the plant end, and acquire a foreign trade transportation route selected by a plant end administrator among the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route; wherein the selected foreign trade transportation route comprises a water transportation route, a land transportation route or an air transportation route;
and the carrier end node is used for acquiring the logistics basic information and the packing number of the product, which are input by a carrier end administrator, and generating a transport logistics list based on the logistics basic information, the packing number and the selected foreign trade transport route.
3. The management platform of claim 2, further comprising: reporting a customs clearance end node;
and the customs clearance end node is used for inputting customs clearance information according to the transportation logistics list so as to provide the customs clearance information for the customs clearance end to carry out customs clearance examination.
4. The management platform of claim 3, further comprising: a client node;
the client node is used for generating a purchase order of a product;
the commodity agency end node is further used for acquiring a foreign trade waybill input by a commodity agency end administrator according to the container number and the selected foreign trade transportation route after customs declaration information is input, acquiring positioning information of the product in the foreign trade waybill according to the foreign trade waybill, and providing the positioning information to the commodity agency end;
the client node is further used for acquiring the positioning information so as to provide the positioning information for the client;
the factory end node is further used for acquiring the positioning information so as to provide the positioning information for the factory end.
5. The management platform according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising: backing up a database and a communication interface;
the backup database is used for backing up the data of each end node in the management platform through an Ethernet block chain technology;
the communication interface is used for acquiring a data acquisition request of a financial service provider end and sending corresponding data in the backup database to the financial service provider end according to the request so as to apply for financial service.

acquiring a purchase order of a product through a factory end node, generating a purchase and sale contract, and initiating a foreign trade transportation entrustment according to the purchase and sale contract;
generating a foreign trade transportation contract according to the foreign trade transportation entrusts through the end nodes of the forwarders, and booking the space and determining space booking information according to the foreign trade transportation contract;
and matching at least one foreign trade transportation route according to the booking information through the factory end node.
8. The method of managing of claim 7, further comprising:
providing the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route to a factory end through a factory end node, and acquiring a foreign trade transportation route selected by a factory end administrator in the matched at least one foreign trade transportation route; wherein the selected foreign trade transportation route comprises a water transportation route, a land transportation route or an air transportation route;
and acquiring the logistics basic information and the packing number of the product, which are input by a carrier end administrator, through a carrier node, and generating a transport logistics list based on the logistics basic information, the packing number and the selected foreign trade transportation route.
9. A computer device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a cross-border transportation management method as recited in any of claims 7-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a cross-border transportation management method according to any one of claims 7 to 8.
