Abstract

本发明属于复合地板技术领域，具体涉及一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，包括实木木皮和A级防火生物质板材，所述实木木皮位于A级防火生物质板材上部，所述实木木皮上方还采用UV环氧工艺加工有耐磨层，克服了现有技术的不足，上面层为实木：采用天然木材，非木纹纸或彩膜；防火达到A级，具有防水特点，生产流程中不用粘合剂，产品零甲醛，同时具备了实木地板的观感和脚感，二层结构实木复合地板可以规避三层或多层实木复合地板出口税率高的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于复合地板技术领域，具体涉及一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板。
背景技术
目前家庭装修普遍喜欢采用木质地板，木质地板原料采用天然木材为原材料，脚感舒适，但是由于木材含水率因素，日常维护不当会造成干缩、变形、开裂等诸多问题，而且不防火、不防水等缺点。因此需要研究一种防火防水零甲醛实木复合地板，将解决木质地板的诸多缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，克服了现有技术的不足，原料为75%-90%的速生杨和秸秆、以及金属氢氧化物、非金属氧化物、有机酸、磷酸盐、硫酸盐、氨基硅烷、二异氰酸酯等添加剂，防火达到A级，同时具有防水特点，生产流程中不用粘合剂，产品零甲醛。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：
一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，包括实木木皮和A级防火生物质板材，所述实木木皮位于A级防火生物质板材上部，所述实木木皮上方还采用UV环氧工艺加工有耐磨层。
进一步，所述A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750～900份、以及金属氢氧化物20～50份、非金属氧化物20～50份、有机酸10～25份、磷酸盐10～25份、硫酸盐10～25份、氨基硅烷10～25份、二异氰酸酯25～50份。
进一步，所述生物质主材为速生杨颗粒和或秸秆颗粒。
进一步，所述速生杨颗粒或秸秆颗粒直径为5～20MM。
进一步，所述A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750份、以及金属氢氧化物50份、非金属氧化物50份、有机酸25份、磷酸盐25份、硫酸盐25份、氨基硅烷25份、二异氰酸酯50份。
进一步，所述A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材900份、以及金属氢氧化物20份、非金属氧化物20份、有机酸10份、磷酸盐10份、硫酸盐10份、氨基硅烷10份、二异氰酸酯25份。
本发明与现有技术相比较，具有以下有益效果：
1、防火达到A级，同时具有防水特点，生产流程中不用粘合剂，产品零甲醛
2、上面层为实木：采用天然木材，非木纹纸或彩膜；
3、具备了实木地板的观感和脚感，二层结构实木复合地板可以规避三层或多层实木复合地板出口税率高的问题。

实施例一
如图所示，本发明所述一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，包括实木木皮1和A级防火生物质板材2，所述实木木皮位于A级防火生物质板材上部，所述实木木皮上方还采用UV环氧工艺加工有耐磨层3。
实施例二
A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750～900份、以及金属氢氧化物20～50份、非金属氧化物20～50份、有机酸10～25份、磷酸盐10～25份、硫酸盐10～25份、氨基硅烷10～25份、二异氰酸酯25～50份。
所述生物质主材为速生杨颗粒和或秸秆颗粒。
所述速生杨颗粒或秸秆颗粒直径为5～20MM。
实施例三
A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750份、以及金属氢氧化物50份、非金属氧化物50份、有机酸25份、磷酸盐25份、硫酸盐25份、氨基硅烷25份、二异氰酸酯50份。
实施例四
A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材900份、以及金属氢氧化物20份、非金属氧化物20份、有机酸10份、磷酸盐10份、硫酸盐10份、氨基硅烷10份、二异氰酸酯25份。
二层实木复合防火防水地板的性能测试：将产品规格为1860 mm×190 mm×9 mm的二层实木复合防火防水地板，按照ISO 24337、ISO 23999等检测标准要求，检测二层实木复合地板的尺寸（主要包括有效面长度、有效面宽度、厚度、直角度、直线度、70℃和80℃下热翘曲和尺寸稳定性等）和性能（主要包括耐化学性、耐寒性、耐水性）等指标，结果如表所示。因此，该二层实木复合防火防水地板具有良好的防水、耐热、耐腐蚀性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750～900份、以及金属氢氧化物20～50份、非金属氧化物20～50份、有机酸10～25份、磷酸盐10～25份、硫酸盐10～25份、氨基硅烷10～25份、二异氰酸酯25～50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述生物质主材为速生杨颗粒和或秸秆颗粒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述速生杨颗粒或秸秆颗粒直径为5～20MM。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火防水零甲醛两层结构实木复合地板，其特征在于：所述A级防火生物质板材由下列重量份的原料制成：生物质主材750份、以及金属氢氧化物50份、非金属氧化物50份、有机酸25份、磷酸盐25份、硫酸盐25份、氨基硅烷25份、二异氰酸酯50份。
