Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil exploitation, in particular to a novel oil field paraffin removal and dissolution ball and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of pipeline transportation of crude oil from a wellhead to a booster station in the production process of oil exploitation, paraffin (C) in the crude oil16H34~C64H13) The inner wall of the pipeline is easy to form blockage especially in low-temperature environment. In order to avoid blockage caused by paraffin condensation, the conventional production process adopts a mode of regularly putting paraffin removal balls, and the paraffin removal balls are pushed to clean the paraffin condensed on the pipe wall through pipe conveying pressure, so that the smoothness of the pipeline is ensured.
The paraffin removal balls used at present are rubber solid balls and have certain strength and elasticity (tensile strength is not less than 10Mpa, elongation at break is not less than 240%, permanent deformation at break is not more than 15%, and hardness is 75 +/-5 Shore A). However, in practical use, when the paraffin condensation pipe wall reaches a certain thickness, the paraffin is pushed by the paraffin removal ball more and more, and finally, the pipeline conveying pressure cannot push the paraffin removal ball to move forward, so that the pipeline is blocked. At this time, the thermal purging operation of the oil pipeline is usually performed by using a hot car washing, the paraffin dissolution is promoted by the thermal force, and the blocked paraffin removal balls and paraffin are completely removed by high pressure. When serious blockage occurs and the pipeline cannot be dredged by the hot car washing, the pipeline cleaning operation is usually carried out by searching for a blockage point and excavating and cutting the pipeline. The difficulty of work and the production cost are enormous.
