The assembled integrated wallboard obtained in the embodiment is evaluated and scored according to standard vertebra with each full item of 10, wherein the corrosion resistance, the hardness and the wear resistance are respectively evaluated and scored, and the obtained data are as follows:

An assembled integrated wallboard, the formulation comprising: calcium carbonate, resin powder, grinding powder, coupling agent, thickening agent, antioxidant, defoaming agent, colorant and UV curing paint vehicle, and is characterized in that: the weight parts of the components are respectively as follows: 55-65 parts of calcium carbonate, 58-70 parts of resin powder, 12-16 parts of grinding powder, 3-7 parts of coupling agent, 2-4 parts of thickening agent, 1-3 parts of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of colorant and 9-13 parts of UV curing paint.
2. A preparation method of an assembled integrated wallboard comprises the following steps: weighing materials; step two, ball milling; step three, mixing materials; step four, defoaming; step five, hot pressing; step six, spraying; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, 55-65 parts of calcium carbonate, 58-70 parts of resin powder, 12-16 parts of grinding powder, 3-7 parts of coupling agent, 2-4 parts of thickening agent, 1-3 parts of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of colorant and 9-13 parts of UV curing paint are respectively weighed according to the parts by weight of the components for later use;
in the second step, the calcium carbonate prepared in the first step is poured into a dry ball mill, the calcium carbonate is ground into powder particles with uniform size by using steel balls, and the calcium carbonate powder is obtained after impurity removal by a cyclone collector;
pouring the calcium carbonate powder obtained in the step two into an ultrasonic stirrer, adding the resin powder, the grinding powder, the coupling agent, the thickening agent and the antioxidant prepared in the step one, and fully and uniformly stirring by utilizing ultrasonic waves to obtain a mixed solution;
pouring the mixed liquid obtained in the third step into a vacuum stirring defoaming machine, adding the defoaming agent and the coloring agent prepared in the first step, slowly stirring uniformly, then stirring at a high speed, standing, vacuumizing, and discharging redundant gas to obtain a plate material;
in the fifth step, a prefabricated forming die is installed on a hot-press forming machine, then the plate obtained in the fourth step is injected into the forming die, and after die assembly, hot pressing, cooling, die opening and trimming, an integrated plate blank with prefabricated pattern and shape is obtained;
and in the sixth step, the integrated plate blank obtained in the fifth step is installed on a spraying machine, the UV curing paint prepared in the first step is injected, the UV curing paint is uniformly coated on the surface of the integrated plate blank by utilizing compressed air, and the assembled integrated wallboard is obtained after ultraviolet irradiation curing.

An assembled integrated wall panel according to claim 1, wherein: the resin powder is formed by mixing polyurethane resin powder, polyamide resin powder and polyvinyl chloride resin powder, and the weight ratio of the polyurethane resin powder to the polyamide resin powder to the polyvinyl chloride resin powder is 2: 1: 3.
4. An assembled integrated wall panel according to claim 1, wherein: the grinding powder is formed by mixing quartz powder, asbestos powder, silica powder and talcum powder, and the weight ratio of the quartz powder to the asbestos powder to the silica powder to the talcum powder is 5: 1: 3: 1.

An assembled integrated wall panel according to claim 1, wherein: the UV curing paint is formed by mixing bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin, eta 6-cumeneferrocene hexafluorophosphate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and pigment, wherein the weight ratio of the bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin, the eta 6-cumeneferrocene hexafluorophosphate, the trimethylolpropane triacrylate, the tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and the pigment is 11: 7: 3: 1.
