the reset elastic piece (10) is respectively connected with the rack (1) and the binding procedure switching table (2), and the reset elastic piece (10) is suitable for driving the binding procedure switching table (2) to move to reset to a drilling position after the one-way driving device disconnects the binding procedure switching table (2) and the drilling component (4).
