Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a patient lying platform for ophthalmologic operation.
Background
With the popularization of electronic products, ophthalmic diseases begin to surround our lives, and besides drug treatment, some ophthalmic diseases need surgical treatment, and ophthalmic surgeries are classified into several categories, which are common: (1) external eye surgery, such as shot excision, eyelid inversion trichiasis correction, ptosis, strabismus correction, eyelid lump excision, eyelid cosmetic surgery, nasal lachrymal anastomosis, etc.; (2) conjunctival-corneal surgery such as pterygium resection, conjunctival cyst resection, corneal transplantation surgery, corneal refractive correction surgery, and the like; (3) cataract surgeries such as intracapsular cataract extraction, extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation for phacoemulsification, and the like; (4) anti-glaucoma surgery, such as iridectomy, scleral bites, trabeculectomy filtration, ciliary freezing, iridorectation, external drainage suction cup implantation, ciliary dissection, and the like; (5) vitreoretinal procedures such as closed vitrectomy, episcleral compression frozen retinal detachment reduction, vitrectomy intravitreal tamponade, retinal transplantation, and the like; (6) orbital surgery, such as anterior and lateral orbital passes for removal of intraorbital masses, optic nerve decompression, removal of the contents of the eyeball, ball and orbit, and the like; (7) ophthalmic emergency surgery, such as eyelid skin laceration suturing; suturing corneal perforation, removing foreign body from the ball, suturing scleral fissure, repairing iris abscission, reshaping eyelid trauma, and removing vitreous body after dislocation. For the above common ophthalmic surgery, it may be necessary to maintain a prone position for a period of time after the surgery. Particularly after the vitrectomy, as the operation is mainly performed in a mode that a vitreous cutter is used for cutting off the vitreous under anesthesia, a crack is sealed by photocoagulation, and the vitreous cavity is filled with inert gas or silicon oil, the retina is reset. And because the specific gravity of the silicone oil is lighter than that of water, the silicone oil can float to the rear to press the retina to help the retina to reset when being injected into the vitreous cavity in the prone position, so that the silicone oil can better support the retina, and after the silicone oil filling operation of vitrectomy, in order to improve the postoperative effect and avoid more complications, a patient needs to take the prone position posture. In current surgical procedures, patients generally lie prone on an operating table for a period of time to recover, or for example, in case of vitrectomy, patients may need to rest for months, the current practice is only to recover on the bed. However, the rest comfort of lying on the bed is poor, and the bed causes great trouble to daily life.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Various aspects and features of the present invention are described herein with reference to the drawings.
These and other characteristics of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred form of embodiment, given as a non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should also be understood that, although the invention has been described with reference to some specific examples, a person of skill in the art shall certainly be able to achieve many other equivalent forms of the invention, having the characteristics as set forth in the claims and hence all coming within the field of protection defined thereby.
The above and other aspects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent in view of the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the patient prone table for ophthalmic surgery provided by the present invention comprises: the bending over table comprises a bending over table body 1, wherein the bending over table body 1 comprises a bending over table top 11 and a table top supporting mechanism 12 used for supporting the bending over table top 11, the bending over table top 11 comprises a rigid table body 111 providing a supporting surface (not shown in the figure) and a cushion 112 arranged on the rigid table body 111, one end of the rigid table body 111 is fixedly provided with a head table body 113, and at least one hollow part 1131 for accommodating the face of a patient in a bending over state is constructed on the head table body 113; as shown in fig. 1, in the present invention, the patient can have a rest on his stomach in a relatively comfortable way by the table body 11. To miniature ophthalmic surgery, the patient directly can be operated on the platform body 11 of lying prone, then is in with the gesture of lying prone lie prone go up on the platform body 11 of lying prone and carry out the short time and resume. The face can now be received on the head platform 113, which is relatively comfortable since the head is fully supported. And for eye surgery requiring several days or even months of prone recovery after surgery. The convenience of daily living of the patient needs to be further considered, and the patient is very inconvenient to drink and eat in the prone posture. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention further includes a placement mechanism 2, which is disposed on one side of the head table 113 and at least includes a first support 21 and a second support 22 disposed on the first support 21, a placement table 23 is disposed on the second support 22, and the placement table 23 is located right below the head table 113 in a use state. As shown in the figure, on the object placing table 23, the nursing staff can place the drinking cup 100 for drinking water or liquid food, even for non-liquid food, compared with the existing scheme, the drinking cup is easier to eat. Meanwhile, in the long-term lying-on rest process, the patient has social requirements inevitably, so the object placing table 23 can provide the condition for placing the communication equipment, and the patient can still carry out remote audio-video communication with relatives and friends or even doctors in a speech or video mode in a long recovery period. Since the vision of the patient is still in the recovery period, the object placing table 23 needs to be constructed with a falling-preventing structure, similar to a groove or the like for conveniently positioning tableware, drinking utensils (preferably, a straw cup) or communication equipment, but in the illustrated embodiment, the object is prevented from falling off only by constructing the object placing table 23 as the first table surface 231 and the second table surface 232 which are connected to each other by a hinge. As can be seen from the illustration, the first table 231 mainly plays a bearing role, while the second table is bent upwards at a right angle in a certain damping manner to form a hem, so as to prevent articles from sliding off from the long side of the table, which is intuitive to use and applicable to most scenes. Although the short side is not provided with a structure for stopping falling, the skilled person will understand that the corresponding arrangement of the folded edge also belongs to the scope of the inventive concept.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that, in a specific application, the table top supporting mechanism 12 may specifically include legs 121 connected to four corners of the rigid table body 111 for supporting, and an inclined supporting rod 122 hinged to the legs 121 at one end and hinged to a substantially middle position of the rigid table body 111 at the other end for supporting. The oblique support rod 122 is used for assisting the rigid table body 111, but it is conceivable that the height of the whole table body 1 is adjustable in practical use, which is more ideal. Therefore, when considering the height adjustment of the body 1 of the body of the; the diagonal support rod 122 includes a third link 1221 and a fourth link 1222 hinged to each other. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the overall supporting performance of the diagonal support rod 122 when adjusting the height, the third link 1221 and the fourth link 1222 may be hinged by a second rotating shaft 1223. In the same regard, to improve the support of the table top support mechanism 12, the first leg 1213 is provided with a stiffening plate 1215 proximate to one end of the rigid table body 111 to improve structural rigidity.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first support 21 includes a bottom frame 211 and a side frame 212 perpendicular to each other, the second support 22 is disposed on the side frame 212 in a height-adjustable manner, the bottom frame 211 is disposed on a support surface (not shown) below the head table 113 in a position-variable manner and is provided with a third positioning hole 2111 near an end of the second leg 1214; a second positioning hole 1212 is arranged at a position corresponding to the second supporting leg 1214; a second pin 124 for fixing the bottom frame 211 is disposed through the second positioning hole 1212 and the third positioning hole 2111 in sequence. In this way, the object placing mechanism 2 is detachably combined with the lying platform body 1, and is fixed on the second leg 1214 by the second pin 124 when necessary, and can be easily removed when not necessary. Meanwhile, in view of the convenience of the removal process and the stability during use, it is preferable that the side of the frame 212 remote from the head table 113 is provided with two handrails 213 for holding when moving. And the bottom of the bottom frame 211 is also correspondingly provided with a foot pad 2112 and a foot pad 2113, so that the anti-skid performance is improved.
