And the second reel 33 can be driven to synchronously rotate along with the rotation of the synchronous shaft 15, the second reel 33 drives the sliding block 35 to slide in the sliding groove 34 towards the direction thereof through the second pull rope 36, so that the second reel 33 finishes the winding of the second pull rope 36, and meanwhile, the spring 37 is pulled to deform.
When a patient needs to lie down, the output shaft of the servo motor 8 is controlled to drive the screw rod 5 to rotate reversely, so that the screw rod 5 and the nut sleeve 6 are in mutual threaded action, the nut sleeve 6 moves reversely under the limiting action of the ejector rod 7, and the bed plate 2 gradually rotates relative to the bed plate 1 and falls to an initial position.
During the reverse movement of the nut sleeve 6, the pulling force applied to the sliding block 35 is gradually reduced, the elastic force of the spring 37 is released to drive the sliding block 35 to gradually and reversely slide in the sliding groove 34 to the initial position, the sliding block 35 drives the second reel 33 and the synchronizing shaft 15 to reversely rotate through the second pull rope 36, and the second pull rope 36 is wound on the second reel 33 again. Meanwhile, the synchronizing shaft 15 drives the first bevel gear 17, the second bevel gear 19 and the first screw 18 to rotate reversely, so that the first screw 18 is in threaded interaction with the first moving sleeve 20 and the second moving sleeve 21 respectively, and the first moving sleeve 20 and the second moving sleeve 21 drive the two sealing plates 13 to gradually approach each other under the limiting action of the corresponding limiting blocks 24 and the limiting grooves 23 through the respective synchronizing rods 40, thereby sealing the opening 12. And the synchronizing shaft 15 can also drive the third conical tooth 25 and the fourth conical tooth 26 to drive the sleeve 27 to rotate reversely, so that the sleeve 27 and the second screw 28 are in mutual threaded action, the second screw 28 retracts into the sleeve 27, the piston 30 is driven to move reversely in the plug groove 29, the extrusion force of the piston 30 on the hydraulic oil in the plug groove 29 is gradually reduced, part of the hydraulic oil in the first capsule body 141 flows back to the second capsule body 142, the second capsule body 141 is contracted to the initial state and retracts into the opening 12, the support on the waist of the patient is relieved, and part of the hydraulic oil in the second capsule body 142 flows back to the plug groove 29 through the flow passage 31.
Furthermore, the reverse rotation of the synchronizing shaft 15 can drive the first reel 16 to rotate reversely so as to wind the first pull rope 38, so that the first pull rope 38 is always kept in a tight state between the first reel 16 and the nut sleeve 6, and the angle of the second bed plate 2 can be adjusted next time.

Referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment 2, a preferred embodiment of the embodiment 1 is shown, a second butt-joint block 10 is disposed on one side of the first bed plate 1 close to the second bed plate 2, first butt-joint blocks 9 are disposed at two ends of the second bed plate 2 close to one side of the first bed plate 1, the second butt-joint block 10 is located between the two first butt-joint blocks 9, and the second butt-joint block 10 is connected to the two first butt-joint blocks 9 through a rotating shaft 11. The butt joint between the bed plate I1 and the bed plate II 2 is smoothed. The second bed plate 2 can rotate relative to the second butt joint block 10 through the first butt joint block 9 and the rotating shaft 11, so that the second bed plate 2 can be lifted and inclined more stably relative to the first bed plate 1.

A clinical multifunctional sickbed convenient for a patient to get up and lie comprises a first bed board horizontally supported on a base surface, a second bed board arranged at one end of the first bed board and an adjusting mechanism used for driving the second bed board to rotate and incline relative to the first bed board, and is characterized in that a waist support device is arranged on the second bed board; the waist support device is used for synchronously supporting the waist of the patient when the second bed board rotates and inclines.

The multifunctional clinical hospital bed for the patient to get up and lie down as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a screw rod horizontally disposed under the second bed plate, a nut sleeve is threaded on the outer side of the screw rod, a top rod is rotatably connected to the top of the nut sleeve, and one end of the top rod, which is far away from the nut sleeve, is rotatably connected to the bottom of the second bed plate.

The multifunctional clinical bed for patients to get up and lie down as claimed in claim 4, wherein the distance adjusting mechanism comprises a synchronizing shaft rotatably inserted on the second bed plate, the synchronizing shaft is parallel to the width direction of the second bed plate; one end of the synchronizing shaft extends into the hollow cavity and is fixedly sleeved with a first bevel gear, a limiting groove perpendicular to the synchronizing shaft is arranged in the hollow cavity, two limiting blocks are arranged in the limiting groove in a sliding mode, synchronizing rods parallel to the synchronizing shaft are fixedly connected to the two limiting blocks, and one ends of the two synchronizing rods are respectively connected with two sealing plates;
