Description

Visual puncture needle type endoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a visual puncture needle type endoscope.
Background
In clinic, because the external pathological analysis can not be directly and intuitively performed, the application of the method of collecting and sucking tissues by puncturing the focus points in the human body in the field of multiple departments is very common. In particular, the sampling of lesions is a major tool for pathological analysis of benign or malignant disease. Since the discovery of the focus of cancer, it has been one of the major life threatening diseases for humans. How to improve the effective and accurate localization of early cancer lesions or diagnose early cancer features in an effective way has been an important academic undertaking for the research of medical scientists in all countries around the world.
The incidence and mortality of cancer in China always rise, and lung cancer, male prostate and gynecological ovarian cancer are main high-incidence cancerization species. The puncture needle is adopted to locate and obtain the suspicious point of the part to obtain the tissue analysis, which becomes a main means.
The drug administration treatment, pathological extraction and section analysis of the puncture needle under the skin of the alimentary canal or the respiratory tract and the positioning under the guidance of the B-ultrasonic are also the matching instrument and equipment for the accurate positioning of the puncture needle. Therefore, the birth of the ultrasonic endoscope in the endoscope is a special device for accurately guiding the puncture needle to the lesion. These devices are expensive and cannot be tolerated by the general clinical unit.
Another use of the puncture needle is an important role played in gynecological infertility along with the progress of medical treatment and science and technology in recent years, namely, when the female follicle is mature, the puncture needle sucks the follicle capable of being in vitro pregnant under the guidance of B ultrasonic through artificial intervention, and the follicle is implanted into the uterine cavity capable of being pregnant after artificial in vitro fertilization, thereby meeting the requirement of the female incapable of being in normal pregnancy due to gynecological diseases. This approach is popular with many families and individuals who wish to be unable to conceive of their natural childhood. However, although the non-visual puncture needle performs follicle extraction under the guidance of B-ultrasonic, the possibility of unsuccessful results still exists, and the method is an important reason of the invention in order to improve the accuracy as much as possible and meet the intuition under visualization, so that the accuracy and precision of the extraction rate can be improved under the operation of the visual puncture needle endoscope, and the requirement of clinical application can be met.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical contents of the present invention, the following examples are given in detail. It is to be understood that the examples are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a visual puncture needle endoscope according to the present invention. The endoscope comprises a front end part 2, an insertion part 1 and an operation part 3, wherein the front end part 2 is positioned at one end of the insertion part 1, the operation part 3 is positioned at the other end of the insertion part 1, the insertion part 1 is provided with an inner tube 4 and an outer tube 5 sleeved outside the inner tube 4, an illuminating optical fiber 8 and an image transmission beam 7 are arranged in a space between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 5, the front end part 2 is designed to be an inclined plane, an objective lens group 6 is arranged on the front end part 2, and the objective lens group 6 is connected with the image transmission beam 7.
According to the invention, through a double-layer design, the superfine imaging optical fiber and the illumination optical fiber are reserved and implanted into the space of the inner tube and the outer tube, and the illumination optical fiber can introduce the outside to illuminate the inside of the cavity, so that the precise positioning and the visual assistance for acquiring the tissues of a patient are realized. The outer diameter of the outer tube is not more than 14G, the inner part of the inner tube is a channel for obtaining tissues, the aperture is not less than 0.85mm, and the effective length of the insertion part entering the human body is about 35 cm. In addition, imaging and light guide fibers are embedded inside, so that the strength is high, the toughness and elasticity are good, the possibility of bending and breaking is low, and the clinical use requirement of smooth insertion is met.
The two sides of the objective lens group are provided with the illuminating optical fibers, and the illuminating optical fibers on the two sides are slightly distant from the objective lens, so that the situation that the optical fibers are too close to the imaging objective lens and the illuminating light is emitted into the imaging objective lens to generate light reflection to influence the observation effect of the image is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, the plane of the lenses of the objective lens group 6 is arranged perpendicular to the axial direction of the insertion portion. The objective lens group has its lens exposed outside and its plane perpendicular to the channel of the inserting part, so that when liquid is required to be pumped, the liquid may be sucked to wash the surface of the objective lens for clear observation.
