Description

Red tide algae removal agent based on tannin coupled ferrous activated persulfate and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating seawater red tide pollution, in particular to an application of a red tide algaecide based on tannin coupled ferrous activated persulfate in treatment of marine red tide.
Background
Harmful red tide is a harmful ecological abnormal phenomenon that microalgae, protozoa or bacteria in the ocean proliferate explosively or gather highly under certain conditions to cause water body discoloration. And the frequent outbreak of harmful red tides poses serious threats to regional aquatic organisms, fishery industry, land tourism industry and human health. Therefore, the development of emergency algae removal technology is very important.
Although there have been corresponding efforts to investigate harmful red tides, there has been no established doctrine of prevention and management of red tides to date. But the cause of the outbreak is also a potential preventive mechanism, and in terms of treatment, measures can be largely divided into biological methods, physical methods, and chemical methods. The physical method is mainly to remove algae by using mechanical equipment and applying air flotation, ultrasonic waves, stirring, adsorption and the like; biological methods use zooplankton, macrophytes, microorganisms, and filter-feeding shellfish to inhibit or eliminate microalgae; chemical methods include chemical killing methods and flocculation methods. The flocculation sedimentation method has prominent research results, and particularly, a great deal of research is carried out at home and abroad on the flocculation aspect of the modified clay. However, the method has certain defects, and the red tide removing biological capacities of different types of clay minerals and even the same type of clay minerals are greatly different; different application modes also significantly affect the ability of clay to remove red tide organisms; the key is that the cost of spreading a large amount of clay is high, the effect is slow, and secondary rebound is possible to cause pollution.
Tannin is also called tannin, is a polyphenol derivative, is widely present in plants, is safe and nontoxic, and has strong biological and pharmacological activities. The red tide algae is a natural product with important development and utilization values by obviously inhibiting the growth of the red tide algae through the degradation effect on the red tide algae, so the red tide algae is applied to the treatment of the red tide. Ferrous iron, as an environment-friendly transition metal ion, is widely used for activating persulfate, and can generate a large amount of reactive free radicals, so that the aim of removing pollutants is fulfilled. Persulfate is a common oxidant and has a certain killing effect on algae cells, and because persulfate has the advantages of low toxicity, low price, easiness in operation and the like, the persulfate activated by the tannic acid is used as a red tide algaecide, so that the potential application value for removing red tide algae exists, but no related research proves.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a red tide algae removal agent based on tannin coupled ferrous activated persulfate and application thereof in red tide treatment, so as to effectively solve the problems of large spraying amount, large environmental influence, slow effect, easy rebound and easy secondary pollution of the existing heterogeneous red tide algae removal agent.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a red tide algae algaecide based on tannin coupled ferrous activated persulfate, which consists of tannin, ferrous and persulfate, wherein the mass ratio of the tannin to the ferrous to the persulfate is (0.5-2.0): 10: 24.
the persulfate is sodium persulfate, potassium hydrogen persulfate or ammonium persulfate.
The tannic acid is industrial grade, and the content is 85-99%.
The ferrous iron is analytically pure ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, and the content of the ferrous iron is more than 99%.
The application of the red tide algae algaecide based on the tannin coupling ferrous activation persulfate comprises the steps of respectively dissolving sulfate, tannin and ferrous in seawater to form a solution, spraying a sulfate solution on the surface of a red tide water body, spraying a mixed solution of a tannin solution and a ferrous solution on the surface of the red tide water body after 10 minutes, and effectively removing the red tide algae after natural sedimentation for 3-5 hours, wherein the adding concentrations of the tannin, the ferrous and the persulfate in the red tide water body are respectively 0.005g/L-0.020g/L, 0.1g/L and 0.24 g/L.
The red tide algae is spherical phaeocystis, red tide yizhuan algae, Skeletonema costatum or prorocentrum donghaiense.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the red tide algae removal agent disclosed by the invention has high efficiency, greenness and sustainability, and effectively improves the potential influence of the existing heterogeneous phase algae removal agent on the environment. The homogeneous phase advanced oxidation process of activating persulfate by coupling tannic acid with ferrous iron is utilized to inhibit the activity of red tide algae so as to settle algae cells; the efficiency of treating the red tide water body is obviously improved through an algae removal mechanism of inactivation, apoptosis and sedimentation.

FIG. 2 is a graph showing the time-dependent change of the red tide algaecide in the removal efficiency of Isocurainia variegata provided in example 2 of the present invention, wherein the initial concentration of Isocurainia variegata has a biological density of 109cells L-1The concentration of the algaecide for red tide algae in the algae liquid is 0.36g L-1
Detailed Description
The red tide algae algaecide consists of tannic acid, ferrous iron and persulfate. In the red tide algae algaecide, the dosage of the tannin, the ferrous iron and the persulfate can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the water body to be applied, such as the change of salinity and biomass. Usually, the adding concentration of the tannic acid is between 0.005g/L and 0.020g/L, the adding concentration of the ferrous iron is 0.1g/L, and the adding concentration of the persulfate is 0.24 g/L. When the water-saving agent is used, firstly persulfate with a certain concentration is sprayed on the surface of a red tide water body, and secondly, tannic acid and ferrous iron are uniformly mixed and then sprayed on the surface of the red tide water body. Red based on tannic acid coupled with divalent iron activated persulfateThe algaecide for tide algae uses seawater (or fresh water) as dispersion medium, and the total dosage of the algaecide for red tide is (0.345-0.360g L)-1) After a certain period of natural sedimentation, the red tide is effectively removed.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.

The algae removal efficiency of the algaecide with different concentrations is shown in figure 1.
The results show that when the concentration of the algaecide in the red tide is 0.355g L-1And above, for biological densities up to 109cells L-1The removal rate of the spherical phaeocystis fuscus can reach 76 percent or more.
Example 2
