Description

Adhesive raticide and preparation method and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of pest control drugs, in particular to an adhesive raticide, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
At present, the important means for controlling the rat damage is to use a chemical rodenticide, the chemical rodenticide is usually prepared into poison bait by adopting an anticoagulant rodenticide to kill the rat, namely, the anticoagulant rodenticide is soaked or mixed with the bait (such as corn, millet, various fruits, melon seeds, peanuts and the like) according to a certain proportion to prepare the poison bait, the poison bait is put at the place where the rat animal is out of the ground according to a certain method, and the rat animal is poisoned and killed within 3 to 7 days after eating the poison bait.
The commonly used anticoagulants can be divided into two categories, first and second generation products. The first generation of anticoagulant rodenticide bait products were mainly warfarin (coumatetraiyi) rodenticide (coumaratrayii), chlorratine (chlorophacinone) diphacinone (diphacinone).
The second generation anticoagulant rodenticide bait products are mainly bromadiolone (bromoadioline) brodifacoum (brodifacoum) flutolanil (flucumafan) and the like. The poison bait for killing mouse made of the first generation anticoagulant or the second generation anticoagulant has the toxicological effect of destroying the blood coagulation function of the mouse. Causing extensive bleeding of the viscera, subcutaneous tissue, and the poisoned animal dies from chronic bleeding. The method is characterized in that: has palatability, slow toxicity and mild poisoning symptoms. The rat refusal is not caused when the food is deficient, and the rat killing rate is relatively high. The vitamin K1 is a specific antidote with low toxicity to non-target animals. The death occurs in the latent period of 3-18 days, and the peak appears in the 5 th-7 th days.
The chronic anticoagulant is always the first choice drug recommended by WHO (world health organization) and China in the work of deratization due to the characteristics of low toxicity and high efficiency. The disadvantages mainly include:
(1) the raticide prepared by selectively removing anticoagulant from the rats has toxic effect.
(2) When the food for rats is abundant, the bait types need to be changed frequently to increase the palatability for the rats to eat.
(3) After long-term use, the rodenticide bait containing the anticoagulant cannot overcome the frightening property of rats, and rats can finally avoid the previous adverse experiences and the subsequent behavioral activities such as bad smell, painful symptoms, injury, bleeding and the like.
(4) The concentration of the anticoagulant is too low, so that visceral hemorrhage is caused within 3-5 days after the rats eat the poison bait, and the rats are alert to the eaten poison bait and do not eat any more. Because the taste of the murine animals is sharp, the murine animals can refuse to eat the rat poison bait with anticoagulant.
In conclusion, through the continuous use of anticoagulant rodenticide drugs in various dosage forms for many years, murine animals have recognized and developed resistance to these drugs. The rat killing difficulty is caused by the fact that the rat is eaten less or has a high probability of being eaten, and the rat density is difficult to reduce due to the fact that the rat is killed by the rat poison bait.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the palatability of the rodent to the rodenticide poison bait is reduced, so that the poison bait is eaten less or is eaten by picky food, the density of the rodenticide is difficult to reduce, and the deratization is difficult to occur by using the rodenticide poison bait. According to the physiological characteristics of the rats, the rats need to go out for foraging when living, and the adhesion type rat killers arranged in advance can be trampled only when going out for activity or foraging, wherein the adhesion type rat killers contain rat attracting components, so that rats can inevitably lick the front and back paws or the parts of bodies with drugs and finally enter the bodies to be poisoned and killed. In the invention, the step-touch type deratization is adopted, so that the limitation that the rodent is poisoned and killed by taking poison baits in the conventional mode of autonomously selecting food for the rodent is overcome. When the medicament is used for killing rats, the medicament dosage is small, the price is low, the method is simple and easy to implement, and the effect is good.

TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003111900520000071
As can be seen from Table 1, the adhesive rodenticide of the present invention has a better rodenticide effect and a significantly higher lethality to mice than conventional rodenticides administered with baits.
An adhesive rodenticide, its preparation method and application method are disclosed, which are based on the living habit and ecological behavior of murine animals. Such as: generally, the murine animals have weak eyesight, are fond of inhabiting warm and humid places, are hidden and dark places around buildings, garbage dumps, ditches, river banks, warehouse cargo piles, sundries and the like, walk along the mouse path beside the wall during walking, and are fond of digging holes, climbing, jumping, licking forepaws with mouth and the like.
The adhesive rodenticide contains glycerin, so that the medicine is kept in a wet paste state for a long time, the efficacy of the adhesive rodenticide can be kept, and a favorite environment can be provided for rats. The rodents are foraged daily for survival and are trampled to an adherent rodenticide containing a high concentration of anticoagulant during outward-going foraging. When the mouse is going out and foraging around, the mouse contacts with the adhesive rodenticide which is arranged in advance, and then poisons and dies. Firstly, the murine animals can directly eat the adhesive rodenticide (containing edible butter, edible cream and edible glycerin, and having good palatability) to kill the rodent. Secondly, after the rats contact the medicaments, the medicaments are adhered in meat seams or on fur of front and rear claws of the rats, then on one hand, when the rats eat food, the medicaments adhered on the bodies of the rats are adhered in the food and enter the rats along with the food, on the other hand, because of the life habits of the rats, the rats need to wash faces with the claws every day, and the rats must continuously bite the front and rear claws or the positions with the medicaments on the whole body by mouth so as to be brought into the bodies. This allows anticoagulant to enter the body and cause internal bleeding. Accelerating the absorption of warfarin in the medicament by the murine animals, and rapidly poisoning, bleeding and dying in a short time.
In conclusion, the lethality of the adhesive rodenticide, the preparation method and the use method thereof provided by the invention on mice is obviously higher than that of the conventional bait-fed rodenticide.
