Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of an information interaction method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information interaction method as shown in fig. 1 includes the following steps:
step 101, in response to detecting a first trigger operation for a message display area, determining whether a preset feedback control display condition is met.
In some embodiments of the present application, a message display area may be presented in an application having instant messaging capabilities. The message display area is used for displaying a message body. In some application scenarios, the message body may be the message content with an independent message identification.
In some application scenarios, one or more message display areas may be included in the conversation interface.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates an exemplary application scenario. In fig. 2, the terminal may present a conversation interface for the group "project discussion group". In the conversation interface, a message display area 201 No. one, a message display area 202 No. two, and a message display area 203 No. three can be presented. The first message body "how the project is progressing? "the second message body" completed the first step "may be shown in the second message display area 202, and the third message body" completed the second step today "may be shown in the third message display area 203.
In some embodiments of the present application, the feedback control display condition may include a condition that triggers display of the feedback control. The specific content of the display condition of the feedback control can be set according to the actual application scene, and is not limited again.
And 102, responding to the condition that the preset feedback control display condition is met, and displaying a first feedback control at a first position of the message main body.
In this embodiment, a first vector of the message body pointing to the first position coincides with a second vector of the message body pointing to the direction of appearance of the new message.
In this embodiment, the first feedback control is used to generate feedback information for the message body. The feedback information for the message body may be any form of information, such as images (including emoticons), text, and the like. The triggering manner of the first feedback control may be arbitrary, for example, the first feedback control may be triggered based on a hovering operation, or may be triggered based on a clicking operation, and so on. The first feedback control can be used in any way, for example, the first feedback control can show a plurality of preset items, and a user can select the preset items as feedback information; for another example, the first feedback control may present an information input area, and the user may input text or pictures in the information input area as feedback information.
Referring to fig. 3A, a user performs a first trigger operation on the message display area # three 203 and meets a preset feedback control display condition, and fig. 3A shows a first feedback control 301 in the message display area # three 203. In contrast, if the user does not perform the first trigger operation on the message display area # two 202, the logic for determining whether to display the first feedback control is not triggered on the message display area # two.
In FIG. 3A, a first orientation of first feedback control 301 relative to message body number three, "second step done today," may be as shown in FIG. 3A. By way of example, a first vector 303 is shown in FIG. 3A where the message body "second step completed today" points to a first position. By way of example, fig. 3A also shows a second vector 304 of message bodies pointing to the direction of occurrence 305 of the new message 302. It can be seen that the first vector 303 and the first vector 304 may be in the same direction.
It should be noted that, from the first vector 303 and the second vector 304 shown as an example in fig. 3A, it can be seen that the starting point of the first vector may be at any position of the message body (the message body may be understood as an area instead of a point), and the ending point may be at any position of the first feedback control (the first feedback control may be understood as an area instead of a point), so that the first vector pointing to the first feedback control by the message body may not be unique, but the approximate direction may be determined, and the variation range of the approximate direction may also be determined. Similarly, since the starting point of the second vector may be at any position of the message body, and the ending point may be at any position of the new message appearance direction (which may be understood as a line rather than a point), the second vector of the message body pointing to the new message appearance direction may not be unique, but the general direction may be determined, and the variation range of the general direction may also be determined. If the first vector and the second vector pick the same starting point and the second vector is perpendicular to the direction in which the new message appears, the angle between the first vector and the second vector is acute regardless of the end point of the first vector and the first feedback control (in which case the first vector and the second vector may be considered to be in the same direction). It is to be understood that the same in this embodiment is to be understood as being oriented in substantially the same direction. The judgment criteria with approximately the same direction may be set according to the actual application scenario, and are not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the information interaction method provided in this embodiment, if the first trigger operation for the message display area is detected, it is determined whether a preset feedback control display condition is satisfied; if so, a first feedback control is presented in a first position of the message body, and a first vector of the message body pointing to the first position is consistent with a second vector pointing to the direction in which the new message appears. Therefore, the first feedback control can be displayed at a position convenient for the user to operate when the user reads the later content of the message main body or reads a new message, and the user does not need to return to the viewed interface part, so that the operation of the user for turning back the interface can be saved, and the speed of generating the feedback information based on the first feedback control can be increased. The first feedback control displayed based on the first trigger operation can be selectively displayed instead of being resident in the display, so that when the user has no feedback requirement, the first feedback control can be selectively hidden, and therefore computing resources and interface area consumed by displaying the first feedback control can be reduced. Furthermore, clear and concise interfaces can be provided for users, computing resources are saved, and meanwhile feedback requirements of the users are met in time.
In some embodiments, the step 102 may include: and responding to the condition that the preset feedback control display condition is met, displaying a first feedback control at the first position of the message main body, and displaying a feedback item selection panel corresponding to the first feedback control.
Referring to FIG. 3B, an exemplary application scenario is shown. Based on the first trigger operation and the satisfaction of the feedback control display condition, the first feedback control 301 and the corresponding feedback item selection panel 306 may be displayed.
Here, the feedback item selection panel may be used to present at least one feedback item.
It should be noted that, the first feedback control and the corresponding feedback item selection panel are presented based on the first trigger operation, so that the step of triggering the first feedback control after displaying the first feedback control can be omitted, and the feedback item selection panel is rapidly presented for the user to select. Therefore, user operation can be saved, the speed of selecting the feedback item as the feedback information by the user is increased, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the feedback control display condition comprises that feedback information for the message body has been displayed.
In some embodiments, the determining whether the preset feedback control display condition is met may include: and determining whether preset feedback information of the message main body is displayed in the message display area, and if the preset feedback information is displayed, determining that the display condition of the feedback control is met.
In some application scenarios, if the preset feedback information is not displayed, it is determined that the feedback control display condition is not satisfied. In this case, step 102 described above may not be performed.
Referring to fig. 4A, the trigger position of the user is in the first message display area 201, and the first message display area does not display the message body, "how is the project progress? And if the feedback information is preset, the display condition of the feedback control is determined not to be met, and the first feedback control is not displayed.
Referring to fig. 4B, the trigger position of the user is in the message display area 202, and the preset feedback information 401 of the message body "done the first step" is displayed in the message display area two, so that it is determined that the feedback control display condition is satisfied, and the first feedback control 402 can be displayed.
It should be noted that, when the message body has the preset feedback information, the first feedback control is displayed at the first position of the message body, so that frequent changing of the area of the message display area can be avoided as much as possible, and further frequent changing of the position of each message display area in the display interface can be avoided as much as possible, thereby reducing consumption of display resources and calculation resources, providing an interface with high stability for a user, and facilitating the user to obtain information and perform operations.
In contrast, if the first feedback control is displayed in the message display area 201 No. one in the case where the user triggers the message display area 201 No. one shown in fig. 4A, the area of the message display area 201 No. one needs to be large. According to the display rule, the preset interval size needs to be maintained between the message display areas, and then the display positions of the message display area No. two 202 and the message display area No. three 203 need to be moved down. If the user does not perform the feedback operation after triggering the message display area 201, after the user moves the trigger focus away from the message display area 201 again, the area of the message display area 201 needs to be restored to the state before triggering, and then the display positions of the message display area 202 and the message display area 203 need to be moved up again. It can be seen that the user may make two large changes in the interface before and after triggering the first message display area 201, which results in unstable and unreliable display effect.
In some embodiments, the method may further include: displaying a message body in a first sub-area in a message display area, and displaying preset feedback information of the message body in a second sub-area in the message display area from a preset position along a preset direction; and displaying a first feedback control after the position of the last preset feedback information displayed in the new message adding direction along the new message adding direction of the feedback information aiming at the message body.
Here, the preset direction is a new message addition direction of the preset feedback information.
Please refer to fig. 5A, 5B and 5C. Fig. 5A shows that preset feedback information is displayed in the second sub-area 501. The position of the like expression shown in fig. 5A can be understood as a preset position. New preset feedback information is added from the preset position along the preset direction 502, please refer to fig. 5B. Fig. 5B shows that the smiling expression is displayed after the like expression along the preset direction 502. The preset direction 502 may also become a new message adding direction. When the first feedback control is triggered to be displayed, as shown in fig. 5C, the first feedback control may be displayed along the new message adding direction and at the last preset feedback information (i.e., after the smile expression in fig. 5C) displayed in the new message adding direction.
It should be noted that, in the second sub-area, along the new message adding direction, after the existing feedback information, the first feedback control is displayed, the display icon of the first feedback control can be used as the feedback information, the existing display algorithm of the first feedback information is reused to display the first feedback control, and the labor cost and the time cost generated by developing a new algorithm are reduced. And the third feedback control is added and displayed along the adding direction of the new message, so that the order of the existing feedback information is not damaged, the position change of the existing feedback information is reduced, and the computing resource consumed by displaying the first feedback control is reduced.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and presetting a control display area of the first feedback control in a second area of the message display areas. Here, the second area is used to display feedback information of the message body.
The step 102 may include: and in response to the preset feedback control display condition being met, displaying a message body in a first area of the message display area, and in response to the preset feedback control display condition being met, displaying the first feedback control in a control display area located at a first position of the message body.
It should be noted that a control display area of the first feedback control is reserved, and the first feedback control is displayed in the control display area when a feedback control display condition is met, so that the first feedback control can be ensured to appear or be hidden quickly, and the first feedback control is supported to be quickly switched between hiding and displaying according to user requirements. In other words, if the control display area is not set, the display and the cancellation of the display of the first feedback control both need to perform the drawing calculation of the interface again due to the first feedback control; the control display area is preset, the control display area can be used as the occupation of the first feedback control, the interface drawing calculation amount generated by the first feedback control is reduced, and then the display calculation amount is reduced and the display speed is improved.
In some embodiments, the above method further comprises: and in response to determining that the preset feedback control display condition is not met, displaying a second feedback control at a second orientation of the message body.
Here, the first orientation is different from the second orientation. As an example, the first orientation may be below the body of the message and the second orientation may be the upper right corner of the body of the message.
It should be noted that, when the display conditions of the feedback controls are not satisfied, the first feedback control is not displayed in the first orientation, and the second feedback control is displayed in the second orientation, and the display position of the feedback control can be set according to the actual scene requirements, so that fewer user operations and lower display resources are ensured as much as possible, and generation of feedback information based on the feedback control can also be realized.
In some embodiments, the first trigger operation comprises a hover operation. The step 101 may include: and in response to detecting the hovering operation on the message display area, determining whether a preset feedback control display condition is met.
Here, if a hover operation is performed in the message display area, a trigger determination logic (whether a preset feedback control display condition is satisfied) may be implemented, and if so, the first feedback control may be presented.
Therefore, the first feedback control can be triggered and displayed in a convenient triggering mode.
In some application scenarios, the first feedback control is displayed occasionally (that is, not always displayed), and the first feedback control is called and displayed in an operation mode with a small operation amount, so that the operation threshold of the user for using the function can be reduced, the frequency of the user for using the function is increased, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the first trigger operation comprises a click operation. The step 101 may include: and in response to detecting the clicking operation aiming at the message display area, determining whether a preset feedback control display condition is met.
Here, if a click operation is performed in the message display area, a trigger determination logic (whether a preset feedback control display condition is satisfied) may be implemented, and if so, the first feedback control may be presented. Therefore, the first feedback control can be triggered and displayed in a convenient triggering mode.
In some embodiments, the trigger time length of the click operation as the first trigger operation is greater than a preset time length threshold.
Here, the trigger duration of the click operation is greater than a preset duration threshold, which may be understood as a long-time press operation. By triggering the judgment logic (whether the preset feedback control display condition is met) by long-press operation, the possibility of confusion with the triggering of other functions can be reduced, and the accuracy of triggering various functions under the condition of multiple functions is improved.
In some embodiments, the first orientation comprises a lower side of the message body. The step 102 may include: displaying the first feedback control below the message body.
Referring to fig. 3A, a first feedback control 301 may be displayed below the body of the message. The first feedback control is displayed below the message body, and under the condition that the length of the message body is long, after a user finishes reading the message body, the user can quickly execute information feedback operation along the reading direction without returning to an interface which is turned up to execute the feedback operation.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in response to detecting a second trigger operation for the first feedback control, displaying an input control; and updating the feedback information aiming at the message body according to the information input in the input control.
Here, the triggering of the first feedback control may trigger the presentation input control. The input control may receive information input by a user. The information input by the user may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: text, images, and speech. Updating feedback information for the message body may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the feedback information input by the user is displayed, and the relative number of feedback information is updated based on the information input by the user (with the existing N user input consents, consent N may be displayed, and with the user input consents, consent N +1 may be displayed after agreeing to the feedback information).
The input control is displayed based on the triggering of the first feedback control, and the information input by the user at the input control is received, so that the information which is input by the user autonomously and is expected to be fed back can be received, and the accuracy of expressing the meaning of the user by using the feedback information is improved.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: in response to detecting a second triggering operation for the first feedback control, displaying at least one preset feedback item.
Here, the triggering of the first feedback control may trigger presentation of at least one feedback item, and the feedback item may be preset. The feedback item can be selected by the user, so that the efficiency of inputting feedback information by the user can be improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in response to detecting the hovering operation for the first feedback control, displaying at least one preset feedback item.
In some embodiments, the second trigger operation may comprise a hover operation. The displaying, in response to detecting the second trigger operation for the first feedback control, at least one preset feedback item may include: in response to detecting the hovering operation for the first feedback control, displaying at least one preset feedback item.
Here, triggering display of at least one feedback item may be implemented if a hover operation is performed for the first feedback control. Thus, the speed of evoking the display feedback item can be improved.
In some embodiments, the second trigger operation comprises a click operation. The displaying of at least one preset feedback item in response to detecting the second triggering operation for the first feedback control comprises: and displaying at least one preset feedback item in response to detecting the clicking operation of the first feedback control.
Here, performing a click operation with respect to the first feedback control may enable triggering of display of at least one feedback item. Therefore, the phenomenon that the display feedback item is triggered mistakenly due to the fact that the trigger mode of the display feedback item is simple can be avoided as much as possible, so that the shielding of the interface is avoided, and the reduction of the efficiency of obtaining information and carrying out interaction of a user due to the shielding of the interface is avoided.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and in response to the detection of the selection operation of the feedback item in the at least one feedback item, updating the feedback information aiming at the message body according to the feedback information selected by the user.
Here, updating the feedback information for the message body according to the feedback information selected by the user may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: and displaying the first feedback information on the second service interface, and changing the displayed related parameters according to the first feedback information. For example, the first feedback information may include emotion information (e.g., like) replied to the message body, and if there is already like emotion for this message body, the message body may add 1 to the original number of people who like emotion.
It should be noted that, the user selects the feedback item to provide the feedback information, which can speed up the speed of generating the feedback information. Moreover, through the preset feedback items, the user can express the expected meaning in a richer expression mode, and the richness of the information fed back by the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the preset at least one feedback item comprises at least one of: an image feedback item, a text feedback item and a voice indication item.
Here, the image feedback item may indicate a feedback item in the form of an image.
Here, the text feedback item may indicate a feedback item in text form. It should be noted that, the commonly used feedback can be made into a preset feedback item, so that the time for the user to input the text can be reduced, and the feedback efficiency can be improved.
Here, the voice indicator indicates voice as feedback information. It can be understood that the user can see the image feedback item or the text feedback item, or the image feedback item or the text feedback item can be directly displayed after being selected. But the user cannot directly see the voice feedback item, so that the voice is indicated by the voice indication item, and the user can select the visual indication item in the interface and then feed back the voice feedback item.
As an example, the voice indicator may include the text "sound item-good" displayed on the interface, which the user selects and may use the voice "good" as the feedback information. The user who receives the feedback information can trigger the playing control to play the feedback information in the voice form, namely 'good data'.
Continuing to refer to FIG. 6, a flow diagram of one embodiment of an information interaction method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 6, the information interaction method includes the following steps:
step 601, in response to detecting a first trigger operation for a message display area, determining whether first feedback information for the message body is displayed in the message display area.
Step 602, in response to determining that there is first feedback information for the message body, displaying a third feedback control in the message display area.
Here, the third feedback control may be for providing second feedback information for the message body.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 and 8 illustrate exemplary application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 7, the user's trigger position is in the message display area 702, and the message display area 702 displays the first feedback information 703 of the message body "done first step", so a third feedback control 704 can be displayed.
Referring to fig. 8, the user's trigger position is in the message display area 701, and the message display area 701 does not display the message body "how is the project progress? "then the third feedback control is not displayed in the message display area 701.
It should be noted that, when the message body has the preset feedback information, the third feedback control of the message body is displayed, so that frequent changing of the area of the message display area can be avoided as much as possible, and further frequent changing of the position of each message display area in the display interface can be avoided as much as possible, thereby reducing consumption of display resources and calculation resources, providing an interface with high stability for a user, and facilitating information acquisition and operation of the user.
In contrast, if the third feedback control is displayed in the message display area 701 in the case where the user triggers the message display area 701 shown in fig. 8, the area of the message display area 701 needs to be large. According to the display rule, the preset granularity needs to be maintained between the message display areas, and the display position of the message display area 702 needs to be moved down. If the user does not perform the feedback operation after the message display area 701 is triggered, the area of the message display area 701 needs to be restored to the state before the trigger after the user moves the trigger focus away from the message display area 701, and the display position of the message display area 702 needs to be moved up again. It can be seen that the user may make two large changes in the interface before and after the trigger message display area 701, which results in unstable and unreliable display effect.
In some embodiments, the message display area comprises a feedback information display sub-area for displaying feedback information. The step 601 may include: and displaying the third feedback control in the feedback information display sub-area.
Here, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows a feedback information display sub-area 901.
It should be noted that, the third feedback control is displayed in the feedback information display sub-area, so that the feedback information and the control for providing the feedback information can be displayed in a centralized manner, the order of the information in the message display area is improved, a user can conveniently and quickly perform feedback operation, more information and functions are displayed in a smaller interface area, and the utilization rate of the interface area is improved.
In some embodiments, the third feedback control includes a feedback entry and a feedback item selection panel. A feedback entry may be understood herein as a feedback control. The feedback entry may be used to receive feedback information input by a user, or the feedback entry may be triggered to present at least one feedback item.
In some embodiments, the displaying the third feedback control in the feedback information display sub-area may include: and displaying the third feedback control before the position of the first feedback information or after the position of the last first feedback information displayed in the feedback information display subarea.
Here, in the feedback information display area, the third feedback control is displayed before or after the existing feedback information, and the third feedback control may be displayed by multiplexing the existing display algorithm of the first feedback information with the display icon of the third feedback control as the feedback information, thereby reducing the labor cost and the time cost caused by developing a new algorithm. And the third feedback control is displayed before or after the existing feedback information, so that the position of the existing feedback information is not damaged, the position change of the existing feedback information is reduced, and the calculation resource consumed by displaying the third feedback control is reduced.
In some embodiments, the first feedback information and the second feedback information comprise the same or different emoticon information, and the third feedback control comprises an emoticon control.
Here, the first feedback information and the second feedback information may be the same or different in expression information.
It should be noted that, feedback is performed by using the expression information, so that richness of feedback information can be improved.
