In addition, the patient behavior information collecting and judging device can also be connected with a server through a network module, the background information of the patient is provided by the server, and an alarm command is sent to inform other alarm devices.

Claims (15)

1. A patient behavior information collecting and judging device, characterized by comprising:
the heat energy sensing module is used for sensing heat energy information of a patient and the periphery of the patient;
a network module to receive context information of the patient over a network;
the operation module is used for judging the current behavior or the behavior to be performed of the patient according to a default behavior model and the heat energy information and the background information, and sending a corresponding notification signal according to the current behavior or the behavior to be performed; and
and the power management module is used for supplying power required by the operation of the heat sensing module, the network module and the operation module.
2. The patient behavior information gathering and determination device of claim 1, wherein the computing module is further configured to send a notification signal when the thermal energy information exceeds a default threshold.
3. The patient behavior information collecting and determining device of claim 1, wherein the computing module is further configured to send the notification signal when determining whether the patient maintains the same posture for more than a predetermined time and when the patient maintains the same posture for more than a predetermined time.
4. The patient behavior information collecting and determining device according to claim 1, wherein the background information of the patient includes a diagnosis result, medication information, or an aeipathia.
5. The patient behavior information collecting and determining apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the Bluetooth module is connected with the operation module and is used for being connected with an external device with a Bluetooth signal receiving function so as to exchange data information.
6. The patient behavior information collecting and determining device of claim 1, wherein the power management module is further configured to supply power for operation of the bluetooth module; the power management module is further used for stopping supplying power to the Bluetooth module when the Bluetooth module does not exchange data information.
7. The patient behavior information collecting and determining apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the illumination module is connected with the operation module;
the power management module is further used for supplying power required by the operation of the illumination module, the operation module is further used for sending out a corresponding illumination signal according to the current behavior or the upcoming behavior of the patient, and the illumination module is used for adjusting an illumination mode according to the illumination signal.
8. A patient behavior information collecting and judging system, characterized by comprising:
the patient behavior information collecting and deciding device of any one of claims 1 to 7; and
a server connected with the network module and used for transmitting the background information of the patient and receiving the notification signal.
9. The patient behavior information collection and determination system of claim 8, wherein the server is further configured to generate log data based on the notification signal.
10. The patient behavior information collecting and deciding system of claim 8, further comprising:
the warning device is connected with the server;
the server is further used for sending an alarm command to the alarm device according to the notification signal, and the alarm device is further used for generating an alarm signal according to the alarm command.
11. A patient behavior information collecting and judging method applied to the patient behavior information collecting and judging device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the patient behavior information collecting and judging method comprising the steps of:
sensing thermal energy information of the patient and the periphery thereof through the thermal energy sensing module;
receiving, by the network module, context information of the patient by a network;
judging the current behavior or the behavior to be performed of the patient according to the default behavior model and the heat energy information and the background information through the operation module; and
and sending out a corresponding notification signal according to the current behavior or the upcoming behavior of the patient through the operation module.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the patient behavior information collecting and determining device is further connected to a server, and wherein before the background information of the patient is received by the network module via the network, the method further comprises the steps of:
sending, by the server, context information for the patient.
13. The patient behavior information collecting and determining method according to claim 12, further comprising the following steps after the notification signal is issued according to the patient behavior by the operation module:
receiving the notification signal through the network module and forwarding the notification signal to the server; and
and sending an alarm command according to the notification signal through the server.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the server is further connected to an alarm device, further comprising the steps of:
and receiving the alarm command through the alarm device, and generating an alarm signal according to the alarm command.
15. The patient behavior information collecting and deciding method according to claim 11, further comprising the steps of:
sending out an illumination signal according to the patient behavior through the operation module; and
and changing the illumination state according to the illumination signal by an illumination module of the patient behavior information collecting and judging device.
