Abstract
本发明公开了一种网孔式落弹隔爆架,利用网孔式站立层为投掷者提供稳定可靠的站立支撑并保证落弹坠落时顺畅穿过,利用方向相反的引导层和反向引导层作为落弹顺畅穿过并滚落至预定爆炸点的路径并保证爆炸破片能够得到阻隔控制。本发明保证了意外落弹时的人员安全,真正让组织者和投掷者的关注点放到实弹投掷训练中的“训”上面来,提升实战化训练效益。

技术领域
本发明为一种(军警)实弹投掷场使用的安全辅助设施,功能是引导意外落弹和阻隔爆炸破片。
背景技术
在(军警)实弹投掷训练中,实弹意外掉落情况时有发生。为防止爆炸破片杀伤人员,现有实弹投掷场的设置,通常是在投掷者站立区域四周挖掘多条“Z”字形壕沟,当已经解开保险的手雷(手榴弹)意外掉落地面或某段壕沟内时,现地指挥员需要利用延时爆炸前的短短3-5秒钟时间观察判断落弹(滚动停止)位置,并且协同投掷者迅速运动至反方向壕沟内隐蔽,规避爆炸破片杀伤。
此种设计存在着缺陷:一是,靠人眼观察判断落弹(滚动停止)位置,依赖于人员反应速度,时间短暂,心理紧张,易误判漏判导致错误地选择隐蔽方向和规避位置,造成人员伤亡;二是,在此安全隐患威胁之下,军警各基层单位实弹投掷训练中容易把“用最小动作把弹扔出去引爆以完成实投数量”作为心照不宣的指导思想,不能将关注点放到“训”上面来,更不会主动开展“卧跪立”甚至跑动中等多种姿势和复杂背景条件下的实弹投掷训练,训练实战化效益上不去。三是,在此安全隐患威胁之下,每一名投掷者均需要另外一名经验丰富的现地指挥员贴身辅助以确保安全,这种安排既不便于投掷者动作施展,反而又另外增加了一人在现场承担落弹杀伤的意外风险。
发明内容
为了克服现有实弹投掷场安全隐患大、实战化训练效益低的缺陷,本发明提供一种由网孔式多层结构装置,规划引导落弹滚动方向,阻断爆炸破片杀伤路径,确保人员安全,提升实战化训练效益。
本发明解决当前实弹投掷中的安全隐患所采用的技术方案是:在人员站立区域按照从上至下的顺序依次设置“站立层”、“引导层”、“反向引导层”共三层网孔式结构,意外掉落的实弹先后穿过站立层、引导层和反向引导层的网孔,按照规划路径滚落至预定爆炸点爆炸,同时因为引导层和反向引导层的关键角度结构设计,爆炸破片经过锐角反弹始终控制在隔爆架内部,即使有少量爆炸破片经过多次反弹后飞出,也早已失去了基本的杀伤动能。
本发明的有益效果是,意外落弹时,无需依靠人眼观察和临机处置,落弹自动按照规划路径滚落至预定爆炸点爆炸,爆炸破片得到控制,人员安全得到保证,并且安装使用简便,利于组织多种姿势和复杂背景条件下的实弹投掷训练,真正让组织者和投掷者的关注点放到实弹投掷训练中的“训”上面来,提升实战化训练效益。

具体实施方式
实弹投掷前,将此隔爆架平整安装固定在投掷区。实弹投掷场内其它要素设置和整体环境构设按照训练科目需求自定。
在网孔式“站立层”上(图1图2中战靴简笔画示意),投掷者采用“卧跪立”或跑动等动作完成实弹投掷。如有落弹,无需处置,落弹掉落于隔爆架上后,按照规划路径滚落至预定爆炸点爆炸。落弹爆炸发生后,检查隔爆架,确认无损坏变形(或进行更换修复),再继续组织训练。
隔爆架可以固定安装作为永久设施,也可以临时安装和撤收,依次在多个时间多个场地使用。

1.一种网孔式落弹隔爆架,包括网孔式站立层(2)、引导层(3)、反向引导层(4),其特征在于:网孔式站立层既能为投掷者提供稳定可靠的站立支撑,又能保证落弹坠落时顺畅穿过;引导层和反向引导层的结构角度设计,既能作为落弹顺畅穿过并滚落至预定爆炸点的路径,又能保证爆炸破片能够得到阻隔控制。
