Claims (6)

1. Sample storage cabinet of self-service collection box of urine, including the cabinet body of storage cabinet (1) and cabinet door of storage cabinet (2), be equipped with liquid crystal display (11) on the cabinet body of storage cabinet (1), be equipped with the controller in the cabinet body of storage cabinet (1), liquid crystal display (11) and controller data connection, cabinet body of storage cabinet (1) one side is provided with the sample transfer opening, a serial communication port, the inside of the cabinet body of storage cabinet (1) includes sample storage frame (3) and sets up access conveying part (4) on sample storage frame (3), still be equipped with temperature sensor (5) on the inside wall of the cabinet body of storage cabinet (1) and be located temperature sensor (5) lower extreme humidity transducer (6), be provided with support frame body (31) on sample storage frame (3), the outside end of support frame body (31) is provided with a plurality of sample storage box (34), the sample storage box (34) comprises a box body (341) provided with a plurality of placing holes, the placing holes are used for placing sample bottles (342), sample identification labels (3421) are attached to the sample bottles (342), the bottom of each placing hole is provided with a pressure sensor (343), the pressure sensors (343), the temperature sensors (5) and the humidity sensors (6) are electrically connected with the controller, and the liquid crystal display screen (11) displays the temperature and humidity inside the sample storage cabinet and the quantity of stored samples in real time;
the sample storage rack (3) comprises a support rack body (31) and support blocks (32) arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the two sides of the support rack body (31), a driving part (33) penetrates through the support blocks (32), the driving part (33) comprises a first servo motor (331) and a screw rod (332) arranged at the driving end of the first servo motor (331), the two ends of the access conveying part (4) are in threaded connection with the screw rod (332), and the first servo motor (331) drives the screw rod (332) to rotate so as to drive the access conveying part (4) to move up and down;
the access transmission part (4) comprises transmission frames (41) and a supporting cross rod (42) arranged between the two transmission frames (41), a sample bottle placing groove (411) is formed in the end, corresponding to the sample transmission port, of each transmission frame (41), a second servo motor (43) is arranged at the upper end of each supporting cross rod (42), a sample taking and placing part (44) is fixedly arranged on one side of each second servo motor (43), a label recognizer (45) is arranged at a clamping end of each sample taking and placing part (44), the label recognizer (45) is electrically connected with a controller, the label recognizer (45) is used for recognizing information of a sample recognition label (3421), recognition data are sent to the controller, a placing hole of a box body (341) is formed in each sample bottle (342), and a pressure sensor (343) in the placing hole transmits read data to the controller.

The sample storage cabinet of the urine self-service collection box body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the second servo motor (43) is provided with a driving rod (431), the lower end of the driving rod (431) is provided with a driving gear (432), and the driving gear (432) is engaged with a driven gear (421) arranged on the inner side of the supporting cross rod (42).

The sample storage cabinet of the self-service urine collection box according to claim 1, wherein the sample taking and placing component (44) comprises a connecting block (441) and a ball (442) arranged at the lower end of the connecting block (441), the ball (442) is matched with a rolling groove formed at the upper end of the supporting cross rod (42), so that the connecting block (441) can move conveniently, and the rotation of the connecting block (441) is limited.
