Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a net feeding system for producing aerated plates, which can overcome the defects of the prior art, adopts the net feeding system to automatically feed nets, replaces manual net feeding, can be matched with an automatic net hanging machine to realize automatic net feeding and net hanging, and improves the production efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a net conveying system for producing aerated plates comprises a first conveying line and a second conveying line which are arranged side by side; one ends of the first conveying line and the second conveying line which correspond to each other are provided with lifting conveying lines; and the net conveying system is provided with a movable net conveying trolley above the first conveying line, the second conveying line and the lifting conveying line.
Preferably, the lifting conveying lines are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the first conveying line and the second conveying line.
Preferably, the first conveying line comprises two first conveying line frame bodies arranged in parallel, and a first conveying line power mechanism is arranged on each first conveying line frame body.
Preferably, a first conveying line positioning device is arranged on the first conveying line and used for positioning the position of the net conveying trolley on the first conveying line.
Preferably, the second conveying line comprises two second conveying line frame bodies arranged in parallel, and a second conveying line power mechanism is arranged on the second conveying line frame body.
Preferably, the lifting conveying line comprises two lifting conveying line frame bodies which are arranged in parallel, and a lifting conveying line power mechanism is arranged on each lifting conveying line frame body; lifting mechanism is installed to lift transfer chain support body lower part, is provided with lifting power unit on the lifting mechanism, and lifting power unit provides power and utilizes lifting mechanism to promote or reduce lift transfer chain support body.
Preferably, the net feeding trolley comprises a net feeding trolley frame body, a material distribution device and a positioning device are mounted above the net feeding trolley frame body, and a net feeding trolley pulley is mounted at the lower part of the net feeding trolley.
Preferably, the two ends of the upper part of the net feeding trolley are provided with side walls of the net feeding trolley, and the upper surface of a frame body of the net feeding trolley is provided with a pedal of the net feeding trolley.
Preferably, a transition wheel is arranged between the first conveying line and the second conveying line.
Preferably, the net feeding trolley is provided with more than or equal to two net feeding trolleys.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the automatic net feeding system replaces most of manpower, realizes automatic net feeding, ensures that only two people complete daily maintenance of equipment and simple replacement of materials in each class, reduces labor intensity, improves production stability and production efficiency, reduces production cost and improves production safety;
2. the continuous circular design is adopted for net feeding, so that continuous production is realized, and the automatic net hanging machine can be matched for production, so that the combination of automatic net feeding and automatic net hanging is realized;
3. the equipment has simple structure and convenient processing, and is easy for scale-up production.

Referring to fig. 1-19, the present invention provides a technical solution: a net feeding system for producing aerated plates comprises a first conveying line 1 and a second conveying line 2 which are arranged side by side; one ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2 corresponding to each other are provided with a lifting conveying line 3; the net conveying system is provided with a movable net conveying trolley 4 above the first conveying line 1, the second conveying line 2 and the lifting conveying line 3.
The first conveying line 1 is arranged below the net hanging working position, plays a role of conveying net pieces when net hanging, and the second conveying lines 2 which are arranged side by side are arranged outside the net hanging working position, and plays a role of conveying the net conveying trolleys 4 with the net pieces to the first conveying line 1.
The lifting conveying lines 3 are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2.
In some embodiments, a set of lifting conveyor lines 3 may be correspondingly arranged at both ends of the first conveyor line 1 and the second conveyor line 2, that is, on the first conveyor line 1, the net feeding trolley 4 reaches the other end of the first conveyor line 1 after the net is used up, at this time, the lifting conveyor line 3 at the other end sends the net feeding trolley to the lifting conveyor line 3 corresponding to the second conveyor line 2, and after the net feeding trolley is placed on the net again, the net feeding trolley is conveyed to the first conveyor line 1 at the other end of the second conveyor line 2, so as to realize the circular and revolving type net feeding.
The first conveying line 1 comprises two first conveying line frame bodies 11 which are arranged in parallel, and a first conveying line power mechanism 12 is arranged on each first conveying line frame body 11.
First transfer chain 1 sets up through first transfer chain support body 11 and carries the device that guide pulley or lead chain etc. can play transmission function for transmission transportation net dolly 4 on the first transfer chain support body 11 plays the effect of cooperation manual work or mechanical hanging net, and power unit 12 can set to motor, starter, fuel gas machine etc..
The first conveying line 1 is provided with a first conveying line positioning device 13 for positioning the position of the net feeding trolley 4 on the first conveying line.
Make the dolly can carry out more accurate location on first transfer chain 1 through first transfer chain positioner 13, first transfer chain positioner 13 can set up the cylinder that has clamping action to the realization is sent the locate function of net dolly 4.
The second conveying line 2 comprises two second conveying line frame bodies 21 which are arranged in parallel, and a second conveying line power mechanism 22 is arranged on the second conveying line frame body 21.
The second conveyor line 2 is also provided with a second conveyor line frame body 21, as in the first conveyor line 1, and the second conveyor line power mechanism 22 is used to transport the net transporting cart 4.
The lifting conveying line 3 comprises two lifting conveying line frame bodies 31 which are arranged in parallel, and a lifting conveying line power mechanism 32 is arranged on each lifting conveying line frame body 31; the lifting mechanism 33 is installed at the lower part of the lifting conveyor line frame body 31, the lifting mechanism 33 is provided with a lifting power mechanism 34, and the lifting power mechanism 34 provides power to lift or lower the lifting conveyor line frame body 31 by utilizing the lifting mechanism 33.
The lift transfer chain 3 needs to stride the support body obstacle of first transfer chain 1 and second transfer chain 2 and send transporting of net dolly 4, except having the function of transporting net dolly 4 on the support body, but still must have lifting function, set up lift power unit 34 promptly, like the cylinder etc., can raise the support body to the height that is higher than first transfer chain 1 and 2 support body upper surfaces of second transfer chain, then send the net dolly can realize the transfer from a transfer line to another transfer chain under lift transfer chain power unit 32's drive in higher height.
The net feeding trolley 4 comprises a net feeding trolley frame body 41, a material distribution device 42 and a positioning device 43 are arranged above the net feeding trolley frame body 41, and a net feeding trolley pulley 44 is arranged at the lower part of the net feeding trolley.
The net feeding trolley 4 is of a frame type structure, the distributing device 42 is installed on the frame body and is of a fence type structure with an opening in the upper portion, the distributing devices are arranged side by side, a net piece is inserted into a gap of the fence type structure, the positioning device 43 plays a role in positioning the net piece, and the net feeding trolley pulley 44 installed on the lower portion of the net feeding trolley 4 is matched with the frame body portion of the first conveying line 1, the second conveying line 2 and the lifting conveying line 3, so that the net feeding trolley can move on the frame body.
Two ends of the upper part of the net feeding trolley 4 are provided with net feeding trolley side walls 45, and the upper surface of the net feeding trolley frame body 41 is provided with a net feeding trolley pedal 46.
In order to prevent the net from moving due to bumping in the conveying process and causing the net to shift, and indicate that the net hanging operation has errors, the side walls 45 of the net conveying trolleys are arranged at the two ends of each trolley to block the two ends of the net, so that the conveying stability is higher, and in order to further enhance the structural stability of the net conveying trolleys 4, the pedal 46 of the net conveying trolley is arranged at the upper part of the frame body, the friction force between the net and the trolley in the conveying process is improved on the basis of reinforcing the net conveying trolleys, and the conveying process of the net is more stable.
A transition wheel 5 is arranged between the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2. When the net feeding trolley is used for crossing and conveying the lifting conveying line 3, the interval between the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2 needs to be crossed, in order to prevent instability in the crossing process, a transition wheel 5 is arranged between the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2, the transition wheel adopts a pulley structure which is fixed underground and is installed in pairs, and the net feeding trolley 4 is supported and connected.
The net feeding trolleys 4 are more than or equal to two. In order to improve the working efficiency, two or more net conveying trolleys 4 can be arranged in the working cycle of the whole net conveying system at the same time, one is hung on the first conveying line 1, the other is arranged on the second conveying line 2 for net loading, after the net hanging of the first trolley is finished, the second trolley finishes the net loading, and meanwhile, the crossing type conveying between the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2 is carried out.
The working process is as follows:
the net conveying trolley finishes manual installation of the net sheets on one lifting conveying line 3 of the second conveying line 2, the trolley which finishes installation of the net sheets is conveyed to the position of the lifting conveying line 3 at the other end of the second conveying line 2 by the second conveying line, the trolley is lifted to a certain height by the lifting conveying line 3 and then walks leftwards along the arrow direction, meanwhile, the lifting conveying line 3 at the corresponding position of the first conveying line also rises to the height consistent with the lifting conveying line of the second conveying line 2, after the trolley runs to the first conveying line 1, the lifting conveying line 3 at the position of the first conveying line 1 and the conveying line at the position of the second conveying line are lowered to the lowest positions, then the net conveying trolley advances from one lifting conveying line 3 to the other lifting conveying line 3 of the first conveying line 1 according to a net hanging time sequence, after the net conveying trolley reaches the lifting conveying line 3 at the other end, the net conveying trolley finishes net conveying work, the lifting conveying lines 3 at the corresponding positions of the first conveying line and the second conveying line rise to proper heights, then the net conveying trolley is conveyed from the first conveying line 1 to the second conveying line 2 to continue waiting for manual net loading.

The lifting conveying lines 3 are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2. The second conveying line 2 comprises two second conveying line frame bodies 21 which are arranged in parallel, and a second conveying line power mechanism 22 is arranged on the second conveying line frame body 21.

The lifting conveying line 3 comprises two lifting conveying line frame bodies 31 which are arranged in parallel, and a lifting conveying line power mechanism 32 is arranged on each lifting conveying line frame body 31; the lifting mechanism 33 is installed at the lower part of the lifting conveyor line frame body 31, the lifting mechanism 33 is provided with a lifting power mechanism 34, and the lifting power mechanism 34 provides power to lift or lower the lifting conveyor line frame body 31 by utilizing the lifting mechanism 33.

a net feeding system for producing aerated plates comprises a first conveying line 1 and a second conveying line 2 which are arranged side by side; one ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2 corresponding to each other are provided with a lifting conveying line 3; the net conveying system is provided with a movable net conveying trolley 4 above the first conveying line 1, the second conveying line 2 and the lifting conveying line 3. The lifting conveying lines 3 are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2. The lifting conveying line 3 comprises two lifting conveying line frame bodies 31 which are arranged in parallel, and a lifting conveying line power mechanism 32 is arranged on each lifting conveying line frame body 31; the lifting mechanism 33 is installed at the lower part of the lifting conveyor line frame body 31, the lifting mechanism 33 is provided with a lifting power mechanism 34, and the lifting power mechanism 34 provides power to lift or lower the lifting conveyor line frame body 31 by utilizing the lifting mechanism 33.

The net feeding trolley 4 comprises a net feeding trolley frame body 41, a material distribution device 42 and a positioning device 43 are arranged above the net feeding trolley frame body 41, and a net feeding trolley pulley 44 is arranged at the lower part of the net feeding trolley.

The net feeding trolley 4 comprises a net feeding trolley frame body 41, a material distribution device 42 and a positioning device 43 are arranged above the net feeding trolley frame body 41, and a net feeding trolley pulley 44 is arranged at the lower part of the net feeding trolley. Two ends of the upper part of the net feeding trolley 4 are provided with net feeding trolley side walls 45, and the upper surface of the net feeding trolley frame body 41 is provided with a net feeding trolley pedal 46.

a net feeding system for producing aerated plates comprises a first conveying line 1 and a second conveying line 2 which are arranged side by side; one ends of the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2 corresponding to each other are provided with a lifting conveying line 3; the net conveying system is provided with a movable net conveying trolley 4 above the first conveying line 1, the second conveying line 2 and the lifting conveying line 3. A transition wheel 5 is arranged between the first conveying line 1 and the second conveying line 2.

The net feeding trolleys 4 are more than or equal to two.
