Abstract
The invention provides a portable flexible lining pipe joint mounting device, which solves the problems of lack of professional tools, high working hours and irregular operation in the mounting process of the conventional flexible lining pipe joint. According to engineering practice, the flexible lining pipe joint is modified in a targeted mode by adopting common tools on the market, the cost is low, the manufacturing difficulty is low, mass production can be easily realized, the mounting difficulty of the flexible lining pipe joint is reduced, the mounting precision of the flexible lining pipe joint is increased, and the working efficiency is improved. the threaded rod sequentially penetrates through the joint outer sleeve threaded hole, the joint inner sleeve threaded hole and the top disc screw sleeve, is connected with the top disc screw sleeve, the joint inner sleeve and the joint outer sleeve, and conducts the piston force of the jack.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme that the jack is a common hydraulic or pneumatic jack on the market, and two symmetrically arranged clamping grooves are arranged on two sides of the top of a piston of the jack. And internal pressure is applied to the jack, pressure is transmitted to the top disc cross brace 9 through the top disc base 7, force is transmitted to the threaded rod 16 under the restraint of the top disc threaded sleeve 8 and the upper nut, and finally, the pressure is acted on the joint outer sleeve 2 under the action of the lower nut 18 to drive the assembly between the joint outer sleeve 2 and the joint inner sleeve 3.
The portable flexible lining pipe joint mounting device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture. The design of the telescopic and rotatable crossbars 9 and 12 and the detachable top disc screw sleeve 8 and the detachable bottom disc buckle 11 can be adapted to joints with different calibers, and threaded rods 16 with different specifications can be conveniently selected and matched.
