The invention relates to a turnover blank inner rib die with a transverse inner rib barrel workpiece, which comprises a male die, a female die and a lower ejector rod; the device is characterized in that the male die comprises a male die straightening ring, a male die pressing plate, a connecting rod mechanism, a spring, a pressing rod, a limiting pipe and a pressing ring; the male die pressing plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pressing rod, the male die correcting ring is sleeved on the pressing rod, and the connecting rod mechanism is respectively connected with the male die correcting ring sleeve and the male die pressing plate; the spring is arranged in the limiting pipe, is sleeved on the pressure rod between the male die pressing plate and the male die straightening ring together, and is fixed on the male die pressing plate through the pressure ring; the female die comprises an inner turning female die, an inner turning female die supporting ring and a lower die plate; the turning female die is connected with an inner turning female die supporting ring, and the inner turning female die supporting ring is fixed on the lower die plate; the invention solves the problem that the cylindrical part with a large belly and a small mouth is difficult to demould when being extruded, reduces the shearing stress during overturning, prevents the material from being broken during overturning and improves the quality of the outer surface of the extrusion cylinder body.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to an extrusion method for forming a metal material zero workpiece, and particularly relates to an overturning blank inner rib die with a transverse blank inner rib cylinder workpiece.
Background
At present, for a cylinder workpiece with a transverse inner rib at the end, such as the manufacture of a certain type of large pressure container (see figure 1), the structural characteristics of the workpiece are as follows: firstly, the cylinder body is thin-walled (10 mm), the end part is thick-walled (width 100, thickness 100), the whole thickness is different, and the cylinder body cannot be formed by stretching a plate material; secondly, only a thick-wall cylinder with the same inner diameter (110) as the end part can be formed by an extrusion method, and the material waste is large.
As shown in FIG. 1, a workpiece 1 with a transverse inner rib cylinder is formed by a conventional forming process which mostly adopts a machining method after extrusion, a casting method and a welding method after stamping. Or the rod stock is put on a lathe to be machined into the required cylindrical workpiece by using the traditional machining method. The method has the advantages of material utilization rate of less than 20 percent, low machining performance and incapability of meeting the high-strength requirement of the pressure container. At present, the traditional forming process is most commonly adopted for the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner rib 1-1 at the end part as follows:
1. the casting is formed by adopting the traditional casting, and the casting has a plurality of defects, such as air holes, sand holes and the like, and the porosity causes low yield, large crystal grains and low mechanical property, so that the high mechanical property requirement is difficult to meet.
2. Firstly, a stamping method is adopted to process a workpiece in sections, the transverse rib part 1-1 is extruded and then machined, the straight wall part of the cylinder workpiece is stretched and formed by a thin plate, and then the straight wall part is welded with the transverse rib, but the process flow is more, the welding seam strength is low, and the requirement of high mechanical property of a large pressure container is difficult to meet.
3. Firstly, extruding and forming a cylindrical workpiece, upsetting a bar, reversely extruding the bar into a cylindrical part with the wall thickness of 110, and then machining; the extrusion cylinder has large wall thickness, large machining allowance, high machining cost, time and labor waste and low material utilization rate.
In a word, for the manufacturing of the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner rib at the end part, the problems of low material utilization rate, low annular rib strength, long machining period and high cost existing in the traditional process are adopted. The key point is that the cylindrical part with a small belly is extruded, and a die easy to demould is not arranged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to realize the forming of a cylinder workpiece with a transverse inner rib at the end part, and provides a turnover blank inner rib die of the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner rib, which can turn over the inner rib, can be opened and contracted and is easy to demould.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a turnover blank inner rib die with a transverse inner rib barrel workpiece comprises a male die, a female die and a lower ejector rod; the female die comprises an inner overturning female die, an inner overturning female die supporting ring and a lower die plate; the inner overturning female die is connected on an inner overturning female die supporting ring, and the inner overturning female die supporting ring is fixed on the lower die plate; the inner overturning female die orifice is provided with an arc; the lower ejector rod is arranged in a middle hole of the lower template; the method is characterized in that: the male die comprises a male die straightening ring, a male die pressing plate, a turnover connecting rod mechanism, a spring, a pressing rod, a limiting pipe and a pressing ring; the male die pressing plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pressing rod; the convex die straightening ring is sleeved on the pressure rod; the turnover connecting rod mechanism is respectively connected with the lower end of the convex die straightening ring and the convex die pressing plate; the springs are arranged in the limiting pipes, are sleeved on the pressure rod between the male die pressing plate and the male die straightening ring together, and are fixed on the male die pressing plate through the pressure ring; wherein: the connecting rod turnover mechanism is distributed in the circle of the pressing rod and is provided with a connecting rod inner supporting block, and a grooving barrel workpiece is placed into the extrusion die when the connecting rod turnover mechanism works; the downward bottom of the male die is contacted with the bottom of the grooving barrel workpiece, the spring of the die is compressed, and the inner supporting block of the connecting rod rotates to be horizontal and supports the inner wall of the barrel workpiece.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical characteristics and effects that:
the invention solves the problem that the cylindrical part with a large belly and a small mouth is difficult to demould by extruding, and the connecting rod turnover mechanism enables the male die to be opened and contracted in the working process, thereby being easy to demould. The die opening is designed into a large circular arc-shaped fillet so as to form a rotating space on the barrel workpiece after backward extrusion and form a controllable size and shape. Meanwhile, the shearing stress of the blank at the upper end of the backward extrusion cylinder workpiece during the overturning of the inner rib is reduced, so that the material is prevented from being broken during the overturning, and the quality of the outer surface of the blank at the upper end of the backward extrusion cylinder workpiece at the outer surface of the inner rib can be improved after the overturning.

The technical solution and the embodiments of the present invention are explained in detail below.

As shown in FIG. 3, the turnover blank inner rib die with the transverse inner rib cylinder workpiece comprises a male die 4-1, a female die 4-2 and a mandril 4-4; the male die 4-1 comprises a male die straightening ring 4-1-1, a male die pressing plate 4-1-2, a connecting rod turnover mechanism 4-1-3, a spring 4-1-4, a pressure rod 4-1-5, a limiting pipe 4-1-6 and a pressure ring 4-1-7; the male die pressing plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pressing rod; the convex die straightening ring is sleeved on the pressure rod; the connecting rod turnover mechanism is respectively connected with the convex die correction ring sleeve and the convex die pressing plate; the springs are arranged in the limiting pipes, are sleeved on the pressure rod between the male die pressing plate and the male die straightening ring together, and are fixed on the male die pressing plate through the pressure rings 4-1-7;
the female die 4-2 comprises an inner overturning female die 4-2-1, an inner overturning female die support ring 4-2-2 and a lower die plate 4-2-3; the turnover female die is connected with the inner turnover female die supporting ring, and the inner turnover female die supporting ring is fixed on the lower die plate; the ejector rod is arranged in the middle hole of the lower template.
As shown in figure 4, the connecting rod turnover mechanism 4-1-3 is distributed on the 4-1-5 circles of the pressure lever, is provided with a connecting rod inner supporting block 4-1-3-1, and can be 3-8 blocks, so as to ensure that the lower wall of the cylinder body workpiece does not bend and deform unstably after the cutting groove of the cylinder body workpiece is cut in the turnover process.
The cylinder workpiece is a cylinder with a small opening, the traditional structure male die is difficult to demold, and the connecting rod turnover mechanism is used to enable the male die to be opened and contracted in the working process, so that the demolding is easy.
The inner turnover female die orifice is provided with an arc 4-2-1-1.
The inner rib part of the blank is turned over for backward extrusion of the cylinder workpiece, and the opening of the turning extrusion female die is designed into a large arc-shaped fillet, so that a rotating space is formed on the backward extrusion cylinder workpiece, and controllable size and shape are formed.
Meanwhile, the shearing stress of the upper end blank of the backward extrusion cylinder workpiece during the turnover of the inner rib is reduced, so that the material is prevented from being broken during the turnover, and the quality of the outer surface of the upper end blank of the backward extrusion cylinder workpiece at the inner rib after the turnover can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the drawing shows that the male die of the die for turning the inner rib of the blank moves upwards, the spring is restored, the inner supporting block rotates and retracts, and the ejector rod ejects the cylinder workpiece.
The use of the turnover blank inner rib die with the transverse inner rib barrel workpiece, the blank inner rib turnover process of the grooving barrel workpiece is as follows:
a. and preparing the finished grooving barrel workpiece, and using the workpiece as a blank of the turnover blank inner rib die.
b. Putting the groove cutting cylinder workpiece into an extrusion die; the downward bottom of the male die is contacted with the bottom of the grooving barrel workpiece, a spring of the die is compressed, and the inner support block of the connecting rod rotates to be horizontal and supports the inner wall of the barrel workpiece; as shown in fig. 4.
c. The limiting ring contacts the correcting ring, the inner supporting block of the connecting rod rotates horizontally, and the connecting rod continues to move downwards to drive the grooving barrel workpiece to move downwards integrally.
d. The inner rib of the blank on the grooving barrel workpiece is turned over when meeting the edge of the female die, and the inclination direction of the inner rib of the blank is changed into a vertical direction and is consistent with the barrel wall.
e. And (3) enabling the male die to ascend, recovering the spring, rotationally recovering the connecting rod inner supporting block, withdrawing the male die from the grooving barrel workpiece, and completing demoulding, as shown in fig. 5.
f. The lower ejector rod upwards ejects the straightened and righted grooving cylinder workpiece, so that the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner rib is manufactured.
And finally, processing and forming the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner ribs, wherein the cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner ribs is provided with a processing allowance of a folding seam area, and the allowance is turned off, so that the complete cylinder workpiece with the transverse inner ribs is formed. The machining allowance depends on the inner rib and the thickness of the product, and is generally about 2-3 mm.
