(2) Referring to the state change shown in fig. 6 to 4, when the worker starts the oil cylinder 8, the piston rod of the oil cylinder 8 retracts, the retracted piston rod drives the pressing rod 9 to move downwards, and the pressing plate 7 welded and fixed with the pressing rod 9 moves downwards along with the pressing rod 9.
In the process that the pressing plate 7 moves downwards, the linkage rod 10 rotates anticlockwise by taking the first linkage pin shaft 5-1 on the collection box 5 as a rotation center, and the linkage rod 10 rotating anticlockwise stirs the scraper 11 leftwards, so that the scraper 11 drives the distribution pipe 12 and the nozzle 13 to move leftwards along the pressing plate 7.
Until the pressing plate 7 is pressed on the mesh plate 6, the oil cylinder 8 is closed, the pressing plate 7 pressed on the mesh plate 6 can press the kelp into the mesh plate 6, so that the fresh kelp is cut into fresh kelp fragments with the size of the holes of the mesh plate 6 by the mesh plate 6, and the fresh kelp fragments fall into the collection box 5 from the holes of the mesh plate 6 to be collected, thereby realizing the crushing of the fresh kelp.
The step (1) and the step (2) realize the primary crushing of the fresh kelp.
(3) And (3) directly repeating the step (1) and the step (2) when the fresh kelp is continuously crushed.
Through the above process, it can be known that: when using the broken bright kelp of a bright kelp breaker of this embodiment, every use the broken bright kelp of clamp plate 7 and mesh board 6, clearance mechanism just can utilize clamp plate 7 of 11 clearance of scraper blade, and mesh board 6 of utilizing the clearance of nozzle 13, realized along with the effect along with the clearance along with using, avoid appearing bright kelp adhesion clamp plate 7 and the condition of blockking up mesh board 6, thereby can keep clamp plate 7 and mesh board 6 effective breakage to bright kelp for a long time, be favorable to using a bright kelp breaker of this embodiment to come broken bright kelp for a long time, the number of times of shutting down the clearance has been reduced, the crushing efficiency is improved.
And, in the bright kelp breaker of this embodiment, clearance mechanism can link with the lift of clamp plate 7, and clamp plate 7 is when rising, and clearance mechanism can clear up once to compare with the condition that clearance mechanism cleared up again after clamp plate 7 rises, saved the time, improved cleaning efficiency.
Furthermore, in the bright kelp breaker of this embodiment, clearance mechanism utilizes the air to clear up, need not to waste water resource, has not only realized saving the resource, still avoids polluting the factory building environment because spraying of water, is favorable to keeping the health, alleviates the staff and cleans sanitary intensity of labour.
When the fresh pieces of kelp collected in the collection container 5 need to be discharged, the following operations need to be performed:
(1) the linkage rod 10 is taken down from the first linkage pin shaft 5-1 and the second linkage pin shaft 11-2.
(2) And starting the oil cylinder 8, extending a piston rod of the oil cylinder 8, lifting a pressure rod 9 upwards by the extended piston rod of the oil cylinder 8, and lifting a pressure plate 7 which is fixedly welded with the pressure rod 9 along with the pressure rod 9, so that a mesh plate 6 below the pressure plate 7 is exposed.
(3) Screwing down screws for fixing the mesh plate 6 and the collecting box 5, detaching the mesh plate 6, screwing down screws for fixing the collecting box 5 and the supporting frame 1-2, removing the collecting box 5 from the supporting frame 1-2, and pouring out fresh kelp fragments in the collecting box 5 from an opening on the upper end face of the collecting box 5.
(4) The emptied collecting box 5 is fixed with the supporting frame 1-2 by using screws again, the mesh plate 6 is fixed on the upper end face of the collecting box 5 by using the screws again, the piston rod of the oil cylinder 8 is retracted, the pressing plate 7 falls back to the upper end face of the mesh plate 6 again, finally, the first linkage pin shaft 5-1 is inserted into the first linkage pin hole 10-1 of the linkage rod 10 again, the second linkage pin shaft 11-2 is inserted into the second linkage pin hole 10-2 of the linkage rod 10 again, and resetting is completed.
Example 2
In this embodiment 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, the following improvements are made:
as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the fresh kelp crushing apparatus of the present embodiment, a discharge port 5-2 and a shielding plate 16 for shielding the discharge port 5-2 are provided at the lower end of the collection tank 5. The lower end of the box wall of the collecting box 5 is provided with a guide elongated slot 5-3, the long edge of the guide elongated slot 5-3 is horizontally arranged, the shielding plate 16 is inserted into the guide elongated slot 5-3, and the shielding plate 16 can slide in the guide elongated slot 5-3. In order to facilitate the grasping of the shielding plate 16, the shielding plate 16 is provided with a shielding grasping hole 16-1 at the end exposed out of the collecting box 5.
When the fresh kelp pieces collected in the collection box 5 need to be discharged, the following operations need to be carried out: (1) the staff place a container for receiving, such as a basin or a basket, on the ground under the collection box 5; (2) the worker holds the shielding plate 16 and pulls the shielding plate 16 outwards, so that the discharge port 5-2 on the lower end face of the collecting box 5 is exposed, and the fresh kelp fragments stored in the collecting box 5 fall from the discharge port 5-2 of the collecting box 5 and enter a container for bearing; (3) the worker reinserts the shutter 16 into the collection box 5.
Through the above process, it can be known that: compared with the operation process of discharging the fresh kelp fragments in the collection box 5 in the embodiment 1, the operation of the embodiment is simpler, more convenient and faster, and the discharging efficiency is improved only by pushing and pulling the baffle plate 16.
Example 3
In embodiment 2, when the discharge port 5-2 of the collection box 5 is opened, the worker manually pulls the shielding plate 16, and the labor force is relied on, and the shielding plate 16 is heavy because fresh kelp fragments fall on the shielding plate 16, so that the worker needs to spend a large amount of effort to pull the shielding plate 16, and the labor intensity of the worker is increased.
In contrast, in embodiment 3, the following improvements are made on the basis of embodiment 2:
as shown in fig. 9, in the fresh kelp crushing apparatus of the present embodiment, the shielding plate 16 includes a first shielding plate 16-2 and a second shielding plate 16-3 which are arranged side by side. As shown in fig. 11 and 13, a shielding dovetail groove 5-4 is formed in the lower end face of the collection box 5, a first shielding slider 16-2-1 is welded to the upper end face of the first shielding plate 16-2 and used for being matched with the sun visor dovetail groove, a second shielding slider 16-3-1 is welded to the upper end face of the second shielding plate 16-3 and used for being matched with the shielding dovetail groove 5-4, and the second shielding slider 16-3-1 is welded to the upper end face of the second shielding plate 16-3 and used for being matched with the shielding dovetail groove 5-4.
As shown in fig. 9, the wall of the collecting box 5 is provided with an opening and closing mechanism, which includes a telescopic rod, a connecting rod 18, a first push-pull rod 19, and a second push-pull rod 20. The telescopic rod adopts an electric push rod 17, the upper end of the electric push rod 17 is fixed at the upper end of the box wall of the collecting box 5 through a screw, the lower end of the electric push rod 17 is fixedly welded with the upper end of a connecting rod 18, the upper end of a first push-pull rod 19 and the upper end of a second push-pull rod 20 are both hinged with the lower end of the connecting rod 18, the lower end of the first push-pull rod 19 and the lower end of the second push-pull rod 20 are far away from each other, the lower end of the first push-pull rod 19 is hinged with a first baffle plate 16-2, and the lower end of the second push-pull rod 20 is hinged with a second baffle plate 16-3.
When the fresh pieces of kelp collected in the collection container 5 need to be discharged, the following operations need to be performed:
(1) the staff place the container for reception, for example a basin or a basket, on the ground below the collection tank 5; (2) the operator starts the electric push rod 17, the electric push rod 17 extends, the extended electric push rod 17 pushes the connecting rod 18 downwards, the connecting rod 18 pushes the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 downwards, the included angle a between the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 is increased, so that the distance between the lower end of the first push-pull rod 19 and the lower end of the second push-pull rod 20 is increased, the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are conveniently separated from each other, the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 which are separated from each other can expose the discharge port 5-2 on the lower end face of the collecting box 5, and at the moment, the fresh kelp fragments in the collecting box 5 fall into a container for receiving from the discharge port 5-2 of the collecting box 5; (3) the electric push rod 17 is shortened, the shortened electric push rod 17 pulls the connecting rod 18 upwards, the connecting rod 18 pulls the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 upwards, the included angle a between the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 is reduced, the distance between the lower end of the first push-pull rod 19 and the lower end of the second push-pull rod 20 is reduced, the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are enabled to be close to each other, and the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 which are close to each other can shield the discharge port 5-2 on the lower end face of the collecting box 5 again.
Through the above process, it can be known that: when the discharge port 5-2 of the collection box 5 is opened, the embodiment does not need to rely on the manpower of workers, but utilizes the electric push rod 17 as a telescopic rod, so that the physical strength of the workers is saved, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
Example 4
In embodiment 3, when the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are away from each other to open the discharge port 5-2 of the collecting tank 5, pieces of fresh kelp easily adhere to the upper end faces of the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3, so that the discharge is not thorough.
In contrast, in embodiment 4, on the basis of embodiment 3, the following improvements are made:
as shown in fig. 14 to 17, the fresh kelp crushing apparatus of the present embodiment further includes an auxiliary discharging mechanism, and the auxiliary discharging mechanism includes a driving rod 21, a first discharging plate 22, and a second discharging plate 23. The driving rod 21 is arranged outside the collecting box 5, the driving rod 21 is horizontally arranged, and the driving rod 21 is welded and fixed with the upper end of the connecting rod 18. The first stripper plate 22 and the second stripper plate 23 are both arranged in the collecting box 5. The upper end of the first discharging plate 22 is welded with a first discharging pin 22-1, the wall of the collecting box 5 is provided with a first vertical long hole 5-5, the first discharging pin 22-1 is inserted into the first vertical long hole 5-5, the driving rod 21 is provided with a first discharging pin hole 21-1, the first discharging pin 22-1 is inserted into the first discharging pin hole 21-1 after penetrating through the first vertical long hole 5-5, and the first discharging pin 22-1 can rotate in the first discharging pin hole 21-1. The upper end of the second discharging plate 23 is welded with a second discharging pin 23-1, a second vertical long hole 5-6 is formed in the box wall of the collecting box 5, the second discharging pin 23-1 is inserted into the second vertical long hole 5-6, the driving rod 21 is provided with a second discharging pin hole 21-2, the second discharging pin 23-1 is inserted into the second discharging pin hole 21-2 after penetrating through the second vertical long hole 5-6, and the second discharging pin 23-1 can rotate in the second discharging pin hole 21-2. The lower end of the first discharging plate 22 and the lower end of the second discharging plate 23 are close to each other, a first sliding block 22-2 is welded at the lower end of the first discharging plate 22, a second sliding block 23-2 is welded at the lower end of the second discharging plate 23, a transverse groove 5-7 is formed in the inner wall of the collecting box 5, and the first sliding block 22-2 and the second sliding block 23-2 are inserted into the transverse groove 5-7. The lower end of the first discharging plate 22 is in contact with the upper end surface of the first shielding plate 16-2, and the lower end of the second discharging plate 23 is in contact with the upper end surface of the second shielding plate 16-3.
When the fresh pieces of kelp collected in the collection container 5 need to be discharged, the following operations need to be performed:
(1) the staff place the container for reception, such as a basin or a basket, on the ground below the collection tank 5;
(2) the staff starts the electric push rod 17, the electric push rod 17 extends, the extended electric push rod 17 pushes the connecting rod 18 downwards, on one hand, the connecting rod 18 pushes the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 downwards, so that the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are far away from each other under the pushing of the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20, and the discharge hole 5-2 at the lower end face of the collecting box 5 is exposed; on the other hand, the downward moving connecting rod 18 drives the driving rod 21 to move downward, and the downward moving driving rod 21 pushes the first discharging pin 22-1 and the second discharging pin 23-1 to move downward, so that the included angle b between the first discharging plate 22 and the second discharging plate 23 is gradually increased, and the lower end of the first discharging plate 22 and the lower end of the second discharging plate 23 are close to each other, so that the first discharging plate 22 scrapes the fresh kelp fragments on the upper end surface of the first shielding plate 16-2 from the discharging port 5-2, and the second discharging plate 23 scrapes the fresh kelp fragments on the upper end surface of the second shielding plate 16-3 from the discharging port 5-2.
(3) The electric push rod 17 is shortened, the shortened electric push rod 17 pulls the connecting rod 18 upwards, on one hand, the connecting rod 18 pulls the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20 upwards, so that the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are close to each other under the pulling of the first push-pull rod 19 and the second push-pull rod 20, and the discharge hole 5-2 at the lower end face of the collecting box 5 is shielded again; on the other hand, the upward moving connecting rod 18 moves upward with the driving rod 21, and the upward moving driving rod 21 pushes the first discharging pin 22-1 and the second discharging pin 23-1 upward, so that the angle b between the first discharging plate 22 and the second discharging plate 23 is gradually reduced, thereby allowing the lower end of the first discharging plate 22 and the lower end of the second discharging plate 23 to be distant from each other.
Through the process, the following steps are carried out: in the fresh kelp crushing device of the embodiment, when the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3 are far away from each other and the discharge port 5-2 of the collection box 5 is opened, the first discharge plate 22 of the auxiliary discharge mechanism can scrape the first shielding plate 16-2, and the second discharge plate 23 can scrape the second shielding plate 16-3, so that fresh kelp fragments can be prevented from adhering to the upper end surfaces of the first shielding plate 16-2 and the second shielding plate 16-3, and the discharge effect is improved.
More importantly, when the first baffle plate 16-2 or the second baffle plate 16-3 is broken so as to be unable to play a role of shielding the discharge port 5-2, the electric push rod 17 can be extended so that the lower ends of the first discharge plate 22 and the second discharge plate 23 are close together, and after the lower end of the first discharge plate 22 and the lower end of the second discharge plate 23 are close together, the discharge port 5-2 can be shielded by using the first discharge plate 22 and the second discharge plate 23, and the discharge port 5-2 is temporarily blocked by using the first discharge plate 22 and the second discharge plate 23, so that the fresh kelp crushing device of the embodiment can continuously work, and the emergency response capability of the device is improved.
After the first baffle plate 16-2 and the second baffle plate 16-3 which are broken are maintained, the electric push rod 17 can be shortened, so that the first discharging plate 22 and the second discharging plate 23 are far away from each other, fresh kelp fragments which temporarily fall on the first discharging plate 22 and the second discharging plate 23 can fall on the first baffle plate 16-2 and the second baffle plate 16-3 along the surfaces of the first discharging plate 22 and the second discharging plate 23, smooth transfer of the fresh kelp fragments is realized, delay is not needed for the continuous work of the fresh kelp crushing device in the embodiment, the time for stopping and transferring materials is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
Example 5
In this embodiment 5, on the basis of embodiment 4, the following improvements are made:
as shown in fig. 18, in the fresh kelp crushing device of the present embodiment, the mesh plate 6 includes a first mesh plate 6-1 and a second mesh plate 6-2 which are arranged side by side, as shown in fig. 19, the upper end surface of the collecting box 5 is provided with a first mesh plate slide rail 5-8 and a second mesh plate 6-2 slide rail 5-9, the lower end surface of the first mesh plate 6-1 is provided with a first dovetail groove 6-1-1 for being matched with the first mesh plate slide rail 5-8, and the lower end surface of the second mesh plate 6-2 is provided with a second dovetail groove 6-2-1 for being matched with the second mesh plate 6-2 slide rail 5-9.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the collecting box 5 is provided with a dispensing mechanism, which includes a support plate 24, a gear 26, a first rack 27, and a second rack 28. The upper end of the collecting box 5 is welded with a supporting plate 24, the supporting plate 24 is provided with a position avoiding hole 24-1, and the position avoiding hole 24-1 is used for avoiding the electric push rod 17. The upper end face of the supporting plate 24 is welded with a supporting column 25, the upper end face of the supporting column 25 is welded with a supporting pin 25-1, the inner ring of a gear 26 is sleeved on the supporting pin 25-1, the gear 26 can rotate around the supporting pin 25-1, the gear 26 is arranged between a first rack 27 and a second rack 28 which are arranged side by side, the first rack 27 and the second rack 28 are both matched with the gear 26, the lower end face of the first mesh plate 6-1 is welded with the first rack 27, the lower end face of the second mesh plate 6-2 is welded with the second rack 28, the upper end of the collecting box 5 is provided with a first avoiding hole (not shown in the figure) and a second avoiding hole 5-10, the first avoiding hole is matched with the first rack 27, and the second avoiding hole 5-10 is matched with the second rack 28, when the first mesh plate 6-1 slides to the position right above the collecting box 5, the second mesh plate 6-2 is exposed outside the collecting box 5.
When the first mesh plate 6-1 is damaged, a worker can pull the first mesh plate 6-1 outwards, wherein the outward direction is a direction away from a gap between the collecting box 5 and the pressing plate 7, the first rack 27 welded on the lower end face of the first mesh plate 6-1 moves outwards along with the first mesh plate 6-1, because the first rack 27 and the second rack 28 are both matched with the gear 26, the second rack 28 moves towards the opposite direction of the first rack 27, namely the second rack 28 moves inwards, the second mesh plate 6-2 welded and fixed with the second rack 28 enters between the collecting box 5 and the pressing plate 7 for crushing fresh kelp, the damaged first mesh plate 6-1 is exposed outside and can be used for maintenance operations such as replacement by the worker, and the repaired first mesh plate 6-1 is used when the second mesh plate 6-2 is damaged, in the process of maintaining the first mesh plate 6-1, the second mesh plate 6-2 is put into use, so that the machine does not need to be stopped for maintenance.
According to the process, the fresh kelp crushing device comprises the mesh plate 6, the first mesh plate 6-1 and the second mesh plate 6-2, the adjusting mechanism is arranged, the positions of the first mesh plate 6-1 and the second mesh plate 6-2 can be converted only by pulling any one of the first mesh plate 6-1 and the second mesh plate 6-2, and therefore when the first mesh plate 6-1 or the second mesh plate 6-2 are crushed, machine halt maintenance is not needed, the machine halt time is saved, and the processing efficiency is further improved.
In order to facilitate the grasping of the first mesh plate 6-1, the first mesh plate 6-1 is provided with a first grasping hole 6-1-2. In order to facilitate the gripping of the second mesh plate 6-2, the second mesh plate 6-2 is provided with a second gripping hole 6-2-2.
Example 6
In embodiment 5, when the fresh pieces of kelp collected in the collection box 5 are discharged, the container for receiving the fresh pieces of kelp is required to be placed on the ground below the collection box 5, so that the distance from the container to the discharge port 5-2 of the collection box 5 is relatively long, and the fresh pieces of kelp discharged from the discharge port 5-2 of the collection box 5 easily fall outside the container, which is not only unfavorable for collection, but also easily dirties the ground and increases the intensity of sanitary cleaning.
In this embodiment 6, on the basis of embodiment 5, the following improvements are made:
as shown in fig. 22 and 23, the fresh kelp crushing apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a receiving mechanism including a support plate 29, a collection basket 30, a swing lever 31, and a kick lever 32. The middle part of the supporting leg 1-1 is welded with two bearing sliding rails 1-1-1 arranged side by side, the bearing sliding rails 1-1-1 are horizontally arranged, the bearing plate 29 is provided with a bearing sliding groove 29-1, and the bearing sliding groove 29-1 is matched with the bearing sliding rails 1-1-1. The collecting basket 30 is placed on the upper end face of the bearing plate 29, the lower portion of the supporting leg 1-1 is welded with a rotating pin 1-1-2, the middle portion of the swing rod 31 is provided with a rotating pin hole 31-1, the rotating pin 1-1-2 is inserted into the rotating pin hole 31-1, the swing rod 31 can rotate around the rotating pin 1-1-2, the upper portion of the swing rod 31 is provided with a long hole 31-2, a bearing pin 29-2 is arranged in the long hole 31-2, the bearing pin 29-2 is welded and fixed with the bearing plate 29, and the lower end of the swing rod 31 is welded with a pedal rod 32.
In this embodiment, the container for receiving fresh kelp pieces is a collection basket 30.
When it is desired to place the collecting basket 30: as shown in fig. 23, firstly, a worker stands on the right side of the pedal rod 32, steps down the pedal rod 32 to the left, so that the swing link 31 rotates clockwise with the rotation pin 1-1-2 as the rotation center, so that the hole wall of the long hole 31-2 positioned at the upper part of the swing link 31 pushes the bearing pin 29-2, the bearing plate 29 fixed by welding with the bearing pin 29-2 moves rightwards along the bearing slide rail 1-1-1, so that the bearing plate 29 is exposed, and the collecting basket 30 is placed on the upper end face of the bearing plate 29; then, the worker stands on the left side of the pedal rod 32, steps the pedal rod 32 to the right upper side, so that the swing rod 31 rotates counterclockwise by taking the rotating pin 1-1-2 as a rotation center, the hole wall of the long hole 31-2 positioned at the upper part of the swing rod 31 pushes the bearing pin 29-2, the bearing plate 29 fixed with the bearing pin 29-2 in a welding manner moves leftwards along the bearing slide rail 1-1-1, so that the bearing plate 29 moves to the right below the collection box 5, and at the moment, the collection basket 30 is placed right below the collection box 5 so as to receive fresh kelp fragments discharged from the discharge hole 5-2 of the collection box 5.
Through the process, the following steps are carried out: in the fresh kelp crushing device of the embodiment, the receiving mechanism is arranged to raise the placing height of the collecting basket 30, so that the distance between the collecting basket 30 and the discharge port 5-2 of the collecting box 5 is shortened, the bearing accuracy of the collecting basket 30 is improved, the probability that fresh kelp fragments discharged from the discharge port 5-2 of the collecting box 5 fall outside the collecting basket 30 is reduced, the fresh kelp crushing device is favorable for collection, the ground is not easy to pollute, and the cleaning intensity is reduced.
And, receiving mechanism's setting can also let supporting plate 29 expose when putting collecting basket 30 on supporting plate 29, perhaps when carrying collecting basket 30 away from supporting plate 29, has increased staff's operating space, makes things convenient for the staff to operate for a bright kelp breaker of this embodiment uses more comfortablely.

1. A fresh kelp crushing device comprises a support, wherein a collecting box with an open upper end face is arranged on the support, and the fresh kelp crushing device is characterized in that a mesh plate is arranged on the upper end face of the collecting box, a pressing plate is arranged above the mesh plate and connected with the support through a lifting mechanism, a cleaning mechanism is arranged below the pressing plate and comprises a linkage rod, a scraping plate, a distribution pipe, a nozzle and air supply equipment, the lower end of the linkage rod which is obliquely arranged is rotatably connected with one side of the collecting box, the upper end of the linkage rod is rotatably connected with the scraping plate, the scraping plate is slidably connected with the pressing plate, the lower end of the scraping plate is provided with the distribution pipe, the lower end of the distribution pipe is provided with the nozzle, and the distribution pipe is connected with the air supply equipment through a pipeline;
