The steam jet head 6 comprises a first external thread sleeve 601 which is in threaded through connection with the reaction tank 1; a second external thread sleeve 602 is fixed on the inner wall of one end of the first external thread sleeve 601; a conical injection head 603 is fixed on the end face of a second external thread sleeve 602 in the first external thread sleeve 601; the end of the conical spray head 603 is provided with a conical nozzle 604. Wherein the crushing stirring disc 8 comprises a first cylindrical sleeve 801; two horizontal cutting plates 802 which are arranged in an axisymmetric manner are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the first cylindrical sleeve 801; a plurality of first vertical cutting plates 803 are fixed on the lower surface of the horizontal cutting plate 802; a stainless steel chain 804 for crushing is fixed at the lower end of the first vertical cutting plate 803; a plurality of second vertical cutting boards 805 are fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal cutting board 802, and the second vertical cutting boards 805 and the first vertical cutting boards 803 are staggered. the upper end of the reaction tank (1) is fixedly communicated with a feeding pipe (101); the lower end of the reaction tank (1) is fixedly communicated with a discharge pipe (102) penetrating to the outside of the liquid storage tank body (3); a ball valve (103) is arranged on the discharge pipe (102);
the upper end of the reaction tank (1) is provided with a stirring motor (7); a stirring shaft of the stirring motor (7) extends into the reaction tank (1) and is provided with a crushing stirring disc (8), three separating and mixing stirring discs (9) and a scraping disc (10) for bottom scraping from top to bottom;
the upper end of the reaction tank (1) is fixedly communicated with a pressure maintaining bin (11); an exhaust pipe (12) connected with the condenser (2) is arranged on the pressure maintaining bin (11);
a heat conducting clamping piece (13) bypassing a heating pipeline in the steam generator (5) is fixed on the end face of the oil bath electric heater (4) extending to the interior of the liquid storage tank body (3);
the steam generator (5) comprises a U-shaped heating pipe (501) with two sealed ends; the peripheral side surfaces of two end parts of the U-shaped heating pipe (501) are respectively fixedly penetrated with a branch pipe (502); a valve is arranged on each of the two branch pipes (502); two end parts of the U-shaped heating pipe (501) are fixedly communicated with an air duct (503); the other end of the air duct (503) penetrates through the liquid storage tank body (3) to the lower end part of the reaction tank (1); the steam injector head (6) is communicated with the air duct (503) through a threaded joint;
the steam jet head (6) comprises a first external thread sleeve (601) which is in threaded through connection with the reaction tank (1); a second external thread sleeve (602) is fixed on the inner wall of one end of the first external thread sleeve (601); a conical spray head (603) is fixed on the end face of a second external thread sleeve (602) in the first external thread sleeve (601); the end part of the conical spray head (603) is provided with a conical nozzle (604);
the crushing stirring disc (8) comprises a first cylindrical sleeve (801); two horizontal cutting plates (802) which are axially symmetrically arranged are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the first cylindrical sleeve (801); a plurality of first vertical cutting plates (803) are fixed on the lower surface of the horizontal cutting plate (802); a stainless steel chain (804) for crushing is fixed at the lower end of the first vertical cutting plate (803); a plurality of second vertical cutting plates (805) are fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal cutting plate (802), and the second vertical cutting plates (805) and the first vertical cutting plates (803) are arranged in a staggered mode.

A fish slurry concentrating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the scraper pan (10) comprises a third cylindrical housing (1001); two second support plates (1002) which are arranged in an axisymmetric manner are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the third cylindrical sleeve (1001); a shovel plate (1003) is fixed at the end part of the second supporting plate (1002); the shovel plate (1003) is provided with an arc part matched with the arc surface at the bottom of the reaction tank (1).
