Description

Enema detoxification device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary clysis, in particular to a clysis toxin expelling device.
Background
There are various methods of enema, which are simply divided into two categories, namely retention enema and non-retention enema. The retention enema is prepared by mixing a small amount of liquid (50-100 ml) with the medicine, injecting the mixture into a deeper part of an anus (rectum or sigmoid colon), and retaining for more than 10-15 minutes. The method is suitable for patients with constipation to soften feces (common formula 1:2:3, i.e. 50% magnesium sulfate 30ml, glycerol 60ml, warm boiled water 90ml, or vegetable oil or isotonic saline). For chronic diarrhea patients who are not cured for a long time, the retention enema method can also be adopted, so that the side effects of the medicine, such as nausea, vomiting and the like, are reduced, and the dissipation, the convergence and the rehabilitation of the colonic mucosa inflammation are promoted. For patients with hyperpyrexia, convulsion or restlessness, the product can be infused with saline water or sedative (chloral hydrate is commonly used) for lowering temperature and tranquilizing.
For some patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases who are fasted or have difficulty in eating after operation, in order to supply nutrition, moisture and traditional Chinese medicine decoction, a drip enema method can be adopted, a catheter is inserted into an anus for 20-25 cm, and the enema is connected with an enemator for slow dripping, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is a better method for treating acute abdominal ileus. For infantile intussusception, low-position slow pressurization clyster can also be adopted to slowly loosen the intussusception part, and the method is only suitable for patients with definite diagnosis and no colonic necrosis.
The non-retention enema is divided into a large number of non-retention enemas and cleaning enemas according to the amount of injected liquid, wherein 500-1000 ml of liquid is injected into the former one time, and 5000-10000 ml of liquid (usually isotonic saline or soapy water) is injected into the latter one time, and the lavage is performed in multiple times until the lavage is clean, thorough and free of excrement so as to prepare before fibercolonoscopy or intestinal surgery.
Patent publication No. CN207679784U discloses an enemator and an enemator assembly. The enemator comprises a storage and transportation component for placing and transporting enema, an anal tube for enema, a dirt storage bag for storing dirt and a conversion head for connecting the storage and transportation component and the anal tube. The dirt storage bag is communicated with the anal tube. The anal tube comprises an anal tube body, an air bag for preventing the anal tube from falling off and an air-entrapping device for aerating the air bag when the anal tube is used for clystering. The air-entrapping device is communicated with the air bag, the air bag and the air-entrapping device are arranged outside the anal tube body and are connected with the anal tube body, the sewage storage bag is communicated with the anal tube body, and the conversion head anal tube body is connected. Which can solve the problem that the excrement of the enemator is easy to cause pollution.
However, when performing non-retention enema and cleansing enema, the prior art solutions can only provide a fixed irrigation pressure, and during the non-retention enema and cleansing enema procedures, the requirements of different irrigation pressures due to different enema depths cannot be met.

In this embodiment, the overflowing hole is matched with the conical table 334, and when the valve core 331 abuts against the limiting table 321 to seal the overflowing hole 327, the conical table 334 can seal the overflowing hole, so that the sealing effect can be increased by double sealing.
In some alternative embodiments, the base 1 includes two bases 11 spaced apart from each other, the driving mechanism 4 includes a screw 41, a driving member 42 for driving the screw 41 to rotate, and a sliding member 43 axially movable with the screw 41, two ends of the screw 41 are rotatably connected to the two bases 11, and the pushing end 222 is connected to the sliding member 43.
In this embodiment, two connecting rods 12 arranged at intervals are arranged at the lower parts of two base platforms 11, so as to keep the two base platforms 11 stable, two sliding rods 13 arranged at intervals are further arranged at the upper parts of the two base platforms 11, sliding holes are formed in the sliding parts 43 and are sleeved on the sliding rods 13, the two sliding rods 13 arranged at intervals are respectively located at two sides of the screw rod 41, a screw sleeve is arranged in the middle of the two sliding holes in the sliding parts 43, the screw rod 41 penetrates through the screw sleeve, the driving part 42 drives the screw rod 41 to rotate, so that the sliding part 43 can be driven to axially move, and therefore the pushing end 222 connected with the sliding part 43 axially moves, so that the sealing end 221 slides in the accommodating cavity, and the solution is stored in the accommodating cavity through extrusion.
In summary, when the enema detoxification device is used, the driving mechanism 4 drives the pushing rod 22 through the pushing end 222, so that the sealing end 221 slides in the containing cavity to squeeze the solution stored in the containing cavity. When the pressure of the solution applied to the valve element 331 is smaller than the first set value, the valve element 331 seals the overflow hole 327, the solution does not enter the annular cavity 322, the communication hole 521 does not communicate the first through hole 325 with the second through hole 326, and the solution is further not discharged. The pushing rod 22 is pushed to apply pressure continuously, when the solution pressure on the valve core 331 is greater than the first set value and less than the second set value, the valve core 331 presses the pressure regulating spring 332 to slide towards the base 333 to release the seal of the overflow hole 327, meanwhile, the hollow piston 52 transmits force through the force transmission rod 53 and also slides towards the same direction, but the communication hole 521 does not communicate the first through hole 325 and the second through hole 326, and at this time, the solution can enter the annular cavity 322. The pushing rod 22 is continuously pushed to apply pressure, when the pressure of the solution on the valve core 331 is greater than a second set value, the valve core 331 slides towards the base 333, meanwhile, the hollow piston 52 transmits force through the force transmission rod 53 and also slides towards the same direction, the communication hole 521 communicates the first through hole 325 with the second through hole 326, and the solution with the pressure greater than the second set value in the annular cavity 322 can rapidly flow out of the liquid outlet along the second through hole 326, the communication hole 521, the first through hole 325 and the communication pipeline 311. When the pressure is reduced to be less than the second set value, the communication hole 521 on the hollow piston 52 can quickly disconnect the first through hole 325 from the second through hole 326, so as to prevent the flushed dirt from entering the annular cavity 322 from the liquid outlet-communication pipeline 311-the first through hole 325-the communication hole 521-the second through hole 326 and polluting the clean solution. Just so can be according to the demand of difference, the different pressure of adjustment discharge solution can solve current device and keeping the enema and clean enema in-process, can not satisfy at the enema degree of depth difference, need the different problem that washes the pressure demand.
