The content of the active ingredient total flavonoids in the beverage prepared in example 2 was found to be 0.92% and the content of the total saponins was found to be 14.37%.
Example 4:

(1) cleaning fructus Amomi, fructus Gardeniae, radix Ophiopogonis and Bulbus Lilii with good quality, drying until the water content is less than 10%, and micronizing;
(2) mixing 25.0%, 25.0% and 25.0% of fructus amomi, 25.0% and lily in sequence by mass in the mixed powder to obtain mixed powder, adding distilled water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:30g/mL, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 35min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 220W;
(3) heating the liquid subjected to ultrasonic treatment in water bath for 50min, wherein the water bath temperature is 80 ℃, and the water bath frequency is 3 times;

The content of the active ingredient total flavonoids in the beverage prepared in example 7 was found to be 0.60% and the content of the total saponins was found to be 8.97%.
Example 8:
a preparation method of a compound spina date seed beverage capable of improving sleep comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning good-quality spina date seed, fructus amomi, radix ophiopogonis and lily, drying until the water content is lower than 10%, and then carrying out superfine grinding;
(2) mixing 27.3%, 18.1%, 27.3% and 27.3% of the spina date seed, the fructus amomi, the radix ophiopogonis and the lily in sequence by mass percent to obtain mixed powder, adding distilled water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:25g/mL, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 280W;
(3) heating the liquid subjected to ultrasonic treatment in water bath for 55min, wherein the water bath temperature is 90 ℃, and the water bath frequency is 3 times;
(4) filtering and centrifuging the liquid heated in the water bath at the centrifugal speed of 4000r/min for 20 min;
(5) and (4) carrying out colloid milling and homogenization treatment on the centrifuged liquid, and then carrying out filling and sterilization.
The beverage prepared in example 8 is colorless, has a general taste, a specific traditional Chinese medicine taste, slight bitterness, basically harmonious smell and pure taste.
The content of the active ingredient total flavonoids in the beverage prepared in example 7 was found to be 0.33%, and the content of the total saponins was found to be 11.74%.
The compound beverage of the invention has proper compatibility and complements each other in function, each raw material is an organic whole, and the inventor finds that the composition or the proportion of the raw material components is changed in the research and development process, the whole effect of the compound beverage is obviously reduced, and the analysis may be the result of the content reduction of the active ingredients of total flavone, total saponin and other components.

The beverage prepared in example 9 is orange, dark in color, uniform in color, poor in taste, too heavy in flavor of a single substance, heavy in bitter taste, free of peculiar smell and inconsistent in smell.
The content of the active ingredient total flavonoids in the beverage prepared in example 9 was found to be 0.65% and the content of the total saponins was found to be 11.12%.
Example 10:
a preparation method of a compound spina date seed beverage capable of improving sleep comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning semen Ziziphi Spinosae, fructus Amomi, fructus Gardeniae, radix Ophiopogonis and Bulbus Lilii with good quality, drying until the water content is less than 10%, and micronizing;
(2) mixing 16.7 percent, 33.2 percent, 16.7 percent and 16.7 percent of the spina date seed, the fructus amomi, the gardenia, the radix ophiopogonis and the lily in sequence by mass percent to obtain mixed powder, adding distilled water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:30g/mL, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 250W;

The beverage prepared in example 10 is dark orange, has poor taste, heavy single-substance flavor, heavy bitter taste, no peculiar smell and inconsistent smell.
The content of the active ingredient total flavonoids in the beverage prepared in example 10 was found to be 0.69%, and the content of the total saponins was found to be 11.48%.
Animal experiments show that the compound beverage in the embodiments 1-6 of the invention has obviously better sleep improvement effect than the embodiments 7-10, and analysis may be the influence result of the content of total flavonoids and total saponins in the active ingredients.
Claims (10)
1. A compound spina date seed beverage capable of improving sleep is characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning semen Ziziphi Spinosae, fructus Amomi, fructus Gardeniae, radix Ophiopogonis, and Bulbus Lilii, drying until the water content is less than 10%, micronizing, and mixing at a certain ratio to obtain mixed powder;
s2, adding a certain amount of distilled water into the mixed powder, and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment;
s3, heating the liquid after ultrasonic treatment in a water bath;
s4, filtering and centrifuging the liquid after water bath heating;
and S5, performing colloid milling and homogenization treatment on the centrifuged liquid, and filling and sterilizing to obtain the compound spina date seed beverage.
