Description

Regenerated rice harvesting header with disc cutting knife and harvester provided with header
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a regenerated rice harvesting header with a disc cutter and a harvester with the header.
Background
The regenerated rice is a special rice planting mode, is suitable for planting double-cropping rice in regions with insufficient sunlight and heat, but has the advantages of saving labor, seeds, water, fertilizer, medicine, seedling fields and the like in planting surplus single-cropping rice, is an important measure for improving the land cropping index and ensuring the food safety in China, and has great popularization prospect in China. The harvest period of the ratoon rice is divided into two seasons, when the first season rice is harvested, one third part of rice stumps and root systems under plants need to be reserved, and one season rice is grown after fertilization and cultivation. The harvest of present regeneration first season mainly relies on the manual work or follows to reap with current harvester, and main existence problem has: the manual harvesting wastes time and labor, and the problems of power waste, large grinding ratio of 40-50%, large damage of rice piles and the like exist when the existing harvester is adopted for harvesting, so that the popularization and planting of the ratoon rice are seriously restricted.
For example, utility model CN201820287659.3 discloses a four-wheel drive low-rolling ratooning rice harvester, which comprises a high-ground-clearance four-wheel drive chassis, a header, a conveying part, a threshing part, a granary and other parts, the invention reduces the rolling rate and the damage of the chassis to rice stakes by adopting narrow wheels of paddy field and high-ground-clearance chassis, but the working efficiency is lower; the utility model patent CN201620804158.9 discloses a variable wheel base ratoon rice harvester of drive wheel, including the chassis, the chassis front end is provided with a pair of front wheel, and the chassis rear end is provided with a rear wheel, chassis front end bottom both sides are provided with the telescopic machanism that the control corresponds the side front wheel lateral shifting respectively, the chassis front end still is equipped with one and the thresher, though this invention realizes dodging the rice stake through adjusting the drive wheel, but because it adopts ordinary walking wheel so can't satisfy and adapt to various production conditions, and this machine does not establish the grain tank, and work efficiency is low.
