一种柔性显示服饰的视频播放方法、柔性显示服饰和存储介质，方法包括：与柔性显示服饰建立通信连接；终端获取并向柔性显示服饰发送视频解码信息；根据与视频解码信息对应的视频编码信息对视频数据编码处理，生成预设格式的视频内容；向柔性显示服饰发送视频内容；控制柔性显示服饰根据视频解码信息播放视频内容；视频解码信息为解码根据视频编码信息生成的视频内容时所需的参数。
