Abstract

The invention relates to an automobile domain controller, which comprises an automobile domain control circuit board and a metal shielding shell, wherein the automobile domain control circuit board is provided with a plurality of outward signal interfaces and is surrounded by the metal shielding shell; the invention can effectively surround the interference sources such as electronic components, circuits, assemblies and the like, effectively prevent the outward diffusion of interference electromagnetic fields and simultaneously prevent the interference electromagnetic fields from being influenced by external electromagnetic fields. Background
In recent years, with the development of automobile electronization, the information flow is greatly increased due to automobile intelligent networking, the information to be processed by a domain controller is more and the frequency is faster and more due to the upgrade of an electronic and electrical framework of an automobile, and therefore, the design circuit of the domain controller is more and more complex, and thus, more and more highly integrated circuits of the domain controller are caused. The increase in electronic components has also led to a concomitant increase in electromagnetic radiation.
The electromagnetic shielding technology can effectively reduce the phenomenon of electromagnetic interference generated by an electromagnetic field and surrounding electronic components. And simultaneously, the possibility of problems of electronic components caused by electromagnetic field interference is reduced. How to make the domain controller meet the requirements of electronic shielding and vibration and drop of the vehicle gauge becomes a troublesome problem of domain controller design.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:
1) the matching design of the cover plate and the shield in the groove and the convex rib of the interface-free area increases the overall electromagnetic shielding effect of the product.
2) Through the assembling process, the upper inner side raised enclosing wall and the lower inner side raised enclosing wall compress the conductive foam, and the conductive grounding of the automobile domain control circuit board and the shield or the cover plate is realized.
3) The cover plate and the shield tightly press the automobile domain control circuit board through blank pressing design, and vibration reliability is guaranteed.
4) Certain blank pressing grooves are reserved on blank pressing of the cover plate or the shield, stress of the automobile domain control circuit board in the falling process is reduced to a certain degree, and falling risks are reduced. Meanwhile, the edge pressing groove provides space for increasing foam in the later period to optimize electromagnetic shielding.

As shown in fig. 1, the car domain controller provided by the present invention comprises a car domain control circuit board 3 and a metal shielding shell.
The car domain control circuit board 3 has a plurality of external signal interfaces 3-1, and all the signal interfaces 3-1 are located on one side of the interference source circuit board 3 in this embodiment.
The metal shield case includes a cover plate 2 and a shield 4 fastened to each other by screws 1 located at four corners. After the cover plate 2 and the protective cover 4 are buckled with each other, the automobile domain control circuit board 3 is positioned in the formed accommodating space. The cover plate 2 is positioned on the upper side of the automobile domain control circuit board 3, and the shield 4 is positioned on the lower side of the automobile domain control circuit board 3.
In this embodiment, the peripheral edge regions of the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 are defined as an interface-free region and an interface region, respectively, and the signal interface 3-1 is located only in the interface region.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the non-interface region of the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 is provided with a structure that the rib 6 is matched with the groove 5. The rib 6 may be provided on the cover plate 2 or on the shield 4. Likewise, the recess 5 can be provided on the cover plate 2 as well as on the shield 4. In the present embodiment, the rib 6 is disposed on the cover plate 2, and the groove 5 is correspondingly disposed on the shield 4, and the path of the rib 6 and the groove 5 completely covers the non-interface area. The inner side of the groove 5 is provided with a pressing edge 9. After the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 are buckled with each other, the convex rib 6 is clamped into the groove 5, so that the part of the automobile domain control circuit board 3 except the signal interface 3-1 is completely wrapped in a metal shielding shell formed by buckling the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 with each other. Meanwhile, the automobile domain control circuit board 3 is tightly pressed through the blank pressing 9, so that the automobile domain control circuit board 3 is reliably fixed in the metal shielding shell, and meanwhile, the conductive foam 8 (described later) on the automobile domain control circuit board 3 is ensured to be in contact with the shield 4 or the cover plate 2, and the electromagnetic shielding function is realized. After the cover plate 2 and the protective cover 4 are fastened with each other, 6 upper half holes and 6 lower half holes are correspondingly clamped above and below the 6 signal interfaces 3-1 with different shapes respectively. It should be noted that the upper half hole is not essential, and depending on the shape of the signal port 3-1, the upper half hole may not be provided, and only the lower half hole catches the signal port 3-1 at the corresponding position.
The joint area of the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 is also provided with an upper inner raised fence 11-1 and a lower inner raised fence 11-2, respectively. The upper inner raised perimeter wall 11-1 and the lower inner raised perimeter wall 11-2 are located inside the upper outer raised perimeter wall 12-1 and the lower outer raised perimeter wall 12-2, respectively. The bottom surface of the upper inner side raised enclosing wall 11-1 and the top surface of the lower inner side raised enclosing wall 11-2 are respectively provided with a plurality of upper foam grooves 7-1 and lower foam grooves 7-2 which are arranged at equal intervals, the number of the upper foam grooves 7-1 and the number of the lower foam grooves 7-2 are the same, and the upper foam grooves and the lower foam grooves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The gap between the upper foam groove 7-1 and the lower foam groove 7-2 is set according to the electromagnetic shielding wave band.
And welding a grounding copper sheet 13 at the corresponding position of the automobile domain control circuit board 3 and the upper inner side raised enclosing wall 11-1 and the lower inner side raised enclosing wall 11-2, and welding conductive foam 8 on the grounding copper sheet 13. After the cover plate 2 and the shield 4 are buckled with each other, the conductive foam 8 is clamped in the upper foam groove 7-1 and the lower foam groove 7-2. It should be noted that: the upper foam groove 7-1 and the corresponding conductive foam 8 and grounding copper sheet 13 are not necessary, and the above components are arranged according to the required shielding effect.

the metal shielding shell comprises a cover plate and a shield which are mutually buckled, and an accommodating space for placing the automobile domain control circuit board is formed after the cover plate and the shield are buckled, wherein the cover plate is positioned on the upper side of the automobile domain control circuit board, and the shield is positioned on the lower side of the automobile domain control circuit board; the peripheral edge regions of the cover plate and the shield are respectively defined as an interface-free region and an interface region, and the signal interface unit is only located in the interface region, so that the method comprises the following steps:
