The hardware layer mainly comprises an HAL interface, hardware and a driver, wherein the HAL interface is a unified interface for butting all the television chips, and specific logic is realized by each chip. The driving mainly comprises: audio drive, display driver, bluetooth drive, camera drive, WIFI drive, USB drive, HDMI drive, sensor drive (like fingerprint sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor etc.) and power drive etc..
The current display device 200 not only needs to satisfy the user's requirement for broadcast content provided by the conventional DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) service, but also needs to satisfy the user's requirement for massive internet content provided by the streaming media service. Therefore, the display apparatus 200 may also support media resources and the like provided by various third party applications while the television signal may be provided.
Generally, a subtitle (subtitle) service including text information and image information is supported in the DVB protocol, and a UI (User Interface) of the display device 200 itself may provide a subtitle setting page dedicated to displaying DVB subtitle-related content for a User. A schematic diagram of one type of user interface on the present display device 100 is shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, a DVB video resource currently viewed by the user is displayed on the UI interface, and after the display device 200 acquires corresponding subtitle information, a subtitle setting page is actively displayed on the content of the DVB video, so that the user can set the subtitle according to his or her own requirements.
The streaming media resources are usually displayed by a browser in the display device 200, and both the displayed content and the subtitle information are displayed in the form of a web page, so that the related content for the streaming media subtitles in the display device 200 also needs to be set on the web page, or a special setting page is also provided in the display device 200 for setting the related content for the streaming media subtitles. Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of a web page on the current display device 200. As shown in fig. 6, the streaming video resource is displayed in the form of a web page, and a setting entry in which subtitles can be set is provided in the upper right corner of the web page, and the user controls the display device to continue displaying a setting page for setting subtitles by selecting the setting entry.
As can be seen from the above, in the current display device 200, different setting modes exist for the DVB subtitles and the streaming subtitles, and a user needs to enter different setting pages to set the subtitle content when watching resources from different sources, which increases the difficulty of setting the subtitle content for the user and affects the operation experience of the user.
In order to solve the problem that a user needs to enter different setting pages to set subtitle content when watching resources from different sources, in the embodiment of the present application, a display device 200 is provided. Fig. 7 shows a flow diagram for displaying subtitle information in the display device 200 according to some embodiments. As shown in fig. 7, the display device 200 in this embodiment of the application may obtain subtitle information corresponding to a current resource from different sources while playing the current resource. And displaying the subtitle information on a subtitle setting page of the user interface under the condition that the resource type of the current resource is matched with the source of the subtitle information.
Since the display device 200 can play the tv signal and also play the network signal, the type of the current resource may be a DVB resource provided by the tv signal or a streaming media resource provided by the internet. Furthermore, the television signal providing the DVB resource often carries the subtitle information of the DVB resource at the same time, and the display device 200 may directly analyze the subtitle information from the television signal. The streaming media resource is provided by the internet, and the corresponding subtitle information is also acquired from the internet. Therefore, the source of the subtitle information acquired by the display apparatus 200 may be either a television signal or the internet.
In the above-described subtitle information display process, the controller 250 of the display apparatus 200 may be configured to: first, subtitle information corresponding to a current resource displayed on the display apparatus 200 is acquired from a different source. Then, in case that the resource type of the current resource matches the source of the subtitle information, the subtitle information is displayed on the subtitle setting page of the user interface of the display apparatus 200.
The subtitle information may include not only the content of the subtitle itself, but also a version number, an identification number, a name, and the like for identifying the subtitle, and may also include a language type to which the subtitle belongs. The subtitle information is displayed on the subtitle setting page, so that the user can be helped to know the situation of the currently acquired subtitle and select the target subtitle for display.
In the case of the display apparatus 200 being networked, regardless of whether the current resource is from a television signal, the display apparatus 200 may retrieve the subtitle information on the network from the internet while parsing the subtitle information from the television signal. However, when the subtitle is played, it needs to be ensured that the subtitle information matches the current resource. That is, when the current resource is a DVB resource provided by a television signal, the subtitle information that can be displayed by the display device 200 should be acquired from the television signal; and when the current resource is a streaming media resource provided by the internet, the subtitle information that the display apparatus 200 can display should be acquired from the internet.
However, if the current resource displayed on the display device 200 is a streaming media resource acquired from the internet, the display device 200 does not currently have an input of a television signal, and thus the display device 200 only needs to acquire the corresponding subtitle information from the internet.
It should be noted that, in the case of networking, some network failures, caption information loss in the television signal, and the like may also occur in the display device 200, and then in the case of network failures, the display device 200 can only parse the caption information from the television signal; or in the case of subtitle information missing from the television signal, the display apparatus 200 can only obtain subtitle information from the internet. When the display device 200 cannot analyze the subtitle information from the television signal or acquire the subtitle information from the internet, the display device 200 needs to prompt the user that there is no matching subtitle information currently.
Based on the above, the controller 250 of the display apparatus 200 is further configured to: under the condition that the current resource is a DVB resource, analyzing caption information corresponding to the current resource from a code stream of the DVB resource provided by a television signal; and/or acquiring subtitle information corresponding to the current resource from the Internet. And acquiring subtitle information corresponding to the current resource from the Internet under the condition that the current resource is the streaming media resource.
FIG. 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of the display device 200 displaying a prompt message according to some embodiments. As shown in fig. 8, when the display device 200 does not acquire subtitle information matching the current resource, a bullet box may be displayed on the user interface of the display device 200, and prompt information of "No Subtitles" is displayed in the bullet box.
Or, if the display device 200 does not acquire the subtitle information of the current streaming media resource from the internet, the display device 200 may also display a prompt message to the user when playing the current resource, so as to inform the user that there is no matching subtitle information currently.
In the conventional display apparatus 200, since the subtitle information derived from the internet is separately acquired and parsed by the browser, the display and setting of the subtitle information derived from the internet cannot be separated from the web page of the browser. Therefore, the caption information from the internet and the caption information from the television signal are different in display and setting. In the above embodiments of the present application, the caption information derived from the television signal or the caption information derived from the internet can be uniformly displayed by the display device 200 after being analyzed in the display device 200, and can be displayed on the caption setting page of the user interface of the display device 200. The unified subtitle setting page provided in the embodiment of the present application may still be as shown in fig. 5.
Therefore, the display device 200 in the embodiment of the present application may provide a unified subtitle setting page for a user, and no matter what type of current resource the user controls the display device 200 to play, the corresponding subtitle information is displayed in the same form without distinction, and the user only needs to operate on one subtitle setting page, so that the display and setting processes of the subtitle information are simplified, and better operation experience is provided for the user.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure that subtitle information from different sources can be uniformly displayed by the display apparatus 200, various components for processing the subtitle information may be further provided in the display apparatus 200.
Fig. 9 illustrates a component architecture diagram for display device 200 to display subtitle information, according to some embodiments. As shown in fig. 9, a subtitle parsing module, a Source Manager module, a subtitle storage module, a display device UI, and the like may be specifically set in the display device 200.
The subtitle analysis module mainly comprises a browser component and a tvservice component, wherein the browser component is used for analyzing streaming media resources to obtain corresponding subtitle information; and the tvservice component is used for analyzing DVB resources in the television signal to acquire corresponding subtitle information. The Source Manager module mainly includes a Source-Manager component, configured to obtain a resource type of a current resource displayed by the display device 200, that is, to determine whether the current resource is a DVB resource or a streaming media resource. The Subtitle storage module mainly comprises a streaming media Subtitle buffer, a streaming media Subtitle memory, a DVB Subtitle memory and a Subtitle-Manager component, wherein the streaming media Subtitle buffer is mainly used for buffering Subtitle information of streaming media resources acquired by the browser component when the DVB resources are displayed by the display device 200; the stream media subtitle memory is used for storing subtitle information of stream media resources; the DVB caption memory is used for storing the subtitle information of the DVB resources; the Subtitle-Manager component is mainly used for providing Subtitle information to be displayed to the display device UI. The display device UI is mainly used to display subtitle information.
In the component architecture shown in fig. 9, after the browser component parses the streaming media subtitle information, if the Source-Manager component in the Source-Manager module determines that the current resource displayed by the display device 200 is a DVB resource, the Source-Manager component will temporarily store the streaming media subtitle information in the streaming media subtitle buffer because the streaming media subtitle information does not match the DVB resource. When the current resource of the display device 200 is switched to the source, the streaming media subtitle buffer in the subtitle storage module writes the streaming media subtitle information temporarily stored therein into the streaming media subtitle storage. And the Subtitle-Manager component of the Subtitle storage module sends the streaming media Subtitle information in the streaming media Subtitle storage to the display device UI for displaying.
The switching source of the current resource of the display device 200 refers to the situation where the resource content is the same but the source is different. For example, for the same DVB resource and streaming media resource of the tv series XX, switching the source means switching from the tv series XX of the DVB resource to the tv series XX of the streaming media resource. After switching, because the resource content is the same, the streaming media subtitle information of the drama XX written into the streaming media subtitle memory is matched with the current streaming media resource, and the display device UI can display the information.
If the Source-Manager component in the Source Manager module determines that the current resource displayed by the display device 200 is a streaming media resource, the Source-Manager component directly stores the streaming media subtitle information into the streaming media subtitle memory because the streaming media subtitle information matches the streaming media resource. And then, the Subtitle-Manager component of the Subtitle storage module sends the streaming media Subtitle information in the streaming media Subtitle storage to the display device UI for displaying.
In the component architecture shown in fig. 9, after parsing the dvbssubtitle information, the tvservice component directly stores the dvbssubtitle information into the DVB subtitle memory. Then, the Subtitle-Manager component of the Subtitle storage module sends the dvbssubtitle information in the DVB Subtitle storage to the display device UI for display.
In the above-described embodiment, even if various components are configured in the display apparatus 200 for performing display of subtitle information, each component essentially needs to be controlled by the controller 250 in the display apparatus 200.
