The safety supervision system of the bathing beach comprises a first control tower 1 and a second control tower 2 which are arranged at the coast, and at least one unmanned ship 3 which is anchored on the sea surface. The first control tower 1, the second control tower 2 and the unmanned ship 3 are respectively connected with a video monitoring device 7 through a retractable first rope 4, a retractable second rope 5 and a retractable third rope 6, and the video monitoring device 7 is suspended on the sea surface.
As shown in fig. 3, the first control tower 1 and the second control tower 2 are a firm building having a frame structure, the lower part of the building is provided with a stair for climbing, a worker can climb up the control tower through the stair to overhaul the control tower, the upper part of the building is provided with a rope winder 14, the rope winder 14 arranged on the first control tower 1 is used for controlling the winding and unwinding of the first rope 4, and the rope winder 14 arranged on the second control tower 2 is used for controlling the winding and unwinding of the second rope 5. The top of the first control tower 1 and the second control tower 2 are both provided with a searchlight 13 and a speaker. The searchlight 13 can be used as an alarm light, and when the video surveillance equipment detects that danger is likely to occur, the searchlight 13 can be used for supplementing illumination to the detection sea area, and when the video surveillance equipment confirms that danger is detected, the searchlight flashes in yellow, and when the video surveillance equipment confirms that danger is detected, the searchlight flashes in red. The speaker can be integrated on the searchlight, and the speaker is as broadcasting equipment for warn danger, remind the security personnel. First control tower 1 and second control tower 2 still are provided with locker room 16, because seaside environment corrosivity is very strong, in non-tourism season, can place serving machine, video monitoring equipment etc. in the locker room and preserve, prevent that equipment from rustting, ageing.
The bathing beach is divided into a shallow water area 10 and a deep water area 11, and a shark-proof net 12 is arranged between the shallow water area 10 and the deep water area 11. The shallow water area can be used for the tourists to swim, and the unmanned boat 3 is anchored on the sea surface of the deep water area 11 so as not to obstruct the tourists from swimming. The height H of the first control tower 1 and said second control tower 2 is set according to the vertical distance L from the coastline to the anti-shark net 12, and as shown in fig. 2, the height H increases correspondingly as L is longer.
The unmanned ship can assist in controlling the direction of the video monitoring equipment and rescue drowning, force-off and other situations. As shown in fig. 4, a rope winder 14 is arranged at the front end of the unmanned boat 3, the rope winder 14 is used for controlling the retraction of the third ropes 6, and the two sides of the unmanned boat 3 are provided with life-saving floating plates 15, so that when someone accidentally falls into water, the floating plates of the unmanned boat can provide floating objects nearby for people falling into water for emergency life saving. In addition, food and fresh water are always prepared in the unmanned boat, so that emergency situations are prevented. The size of the unmanned ship is selected according to the weight of the adopted video monitoring equipment, the characteristics of sea storms and the like.
Since the unmanned surface vehicle needs to assist in controlling the orientation of the video monitoring device, the rescue range of the unmanned surface vehicle is easily limited, and therefore, in this embodiment, the safety supervision system for a bathing beach further includes a lifeboat 8 berthed on the coast for standby, and specially used for carrying life-saving personnel to arrive at the accident position and rescue people falling into water, as shown in fig. 5. Furthermore, the lifeboat 8 can be connected with the video monitoring device 7 through a retractable fourth rope 9, and under the condition of poor light rays such as at night or in cloudy days, the fourth rope 9 is used for assisting in guiding the lifeboat 8 so as to find the position of a person falling into the water as soon as possible. A rope winder 14 is provided at a front position of the lifeboat 8, and the rope winder 14 controls the retraction and release of the fourth rope 9, and the lifeboat is generally larger than an unmanned boat.
As shown in fig. 6, the rope winder 14 used in the present invention includes a motor 1401 and a drum assembly 1402, and the motor 1401 is used to control the rotation of the drum assembly 1402, thereby controlling the elongation and contraction of the rope.
As shown in fig. 7, the video monitoring apparatus 7 adopted in the present invention includes a frame 701, and a camera 702 and a strong light source 703 that are disposed on the frame 701, where the camera 702 and the strong light source 703 both have two degrees of freedom of horizontal rotation and pitching, and the camera has a large fan-shaped monitoring range, and can perform all-weather monitoring. When danger occurs, the strong light source flashes to guide rescue workers.
In the safety supervision system for a bathing beach of the present embodiment, the number of the unmanned surface vehicle 3 is one, and in order to ensure the azimuth angle of the video monitoring device 7, the projection of the third rope 6 connecting the unmanned surface vehicle 3 and the video monitoring device 7 on the sea surface is kept perpendicular to the coastline.
The following briefly describes the control process of the video monitoring device:
when the video monitoring equipment 7 is required to move along the x-axis direction, the second rope 5 is shortened, the length of the third rope 6 is unchanged, the first rope 4 is extended, and the unmanned boat 3 synchronously moves towards the x-axis direction;
when the video monitoring equipment 7 is required to move along the opposite direction of the x axis, the second rope 5 is extended, the length of the third rope 6 is unchanged, the first rope 4 is shortened, and the unmanned boat 3 synchronously moves towards the opposite direction of the x axis;
when the video monitoring device 7 is required to move along the z-axis direction (longitudinally upwards), the second rope 5 is lengthened, the third rope 6 is shortened, the first rope 4 is lengthened, and the position of the unmanned boat 3 is unchanged;
when the video surveillance device 7 is required to move in the opposite direction of the z-axis (longitudinally down), the second rope 5 is shortened, the third rope 6 is lengthened, the first rope 4 is shortened, and the position of the unmanned boat 3 is unchanged.
The safety supervision system of the bathing beach is totally controlled by a control center, and video monitoring equipment, searchlights and other equipment are in communication connection with the control center.
In other embodiments, two unmanned boats can be arranged according to the scale and practical requirements of the sea-water bathing place, the two unmanned boats are connected with the video monitoring equipment through the retractable third ropes, and the positions of the two unmanned boats are bilaterally symmetrical relative to the video monitoring equipment.
In other embodiments, three or more unmanned boats can be set according to the scale and the actual requirements of the sea-water bathing place, and the setting positions of the unmanned boats can be adjusted according to the direction control requirements of the video monitoring equipment. In addition, the unmanned boat can also be anchored on the sea surface of a shallow water area as long as the swimming of the tourists is not influenced.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements of the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art should fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
