In each operation implementation process, an anesthesiologist may need to use anesthetic for a patient, so that pain of the patient is reduced, and smooth implementation of the operation is ensured. The narcotic belongs to the national regulatory medicine, and particularly has strict standard requirements on the management and use countries of the narcotic. In the operation process, an anesthesiologist often uses a plurality of anesthetic drugs, and different anesthetic drugs can be selected for different patients. In order to accurately record the use of the anesthetic, the anesthetic doctor needs to check the medication condition in each link, so as to ensure that which medicine is used for which patient is correctly recorded, but the manual checking mode is easy to make mistakes, and the phenomenon of improper administration and supervision of the anesthetic is easy to occur.
Based on the above problems, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for using drugs for treating anesthesia; the technology can be applied to the management scene of narcotics and psychopharmaceuticals. To facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description will be given of a usage method of narcotics disclosed in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring the patient information of the target patient in the current operation and the medicine information required by the target patient.
In a specific implementation, the patient information of the target patient in the current operation can be obtained from a preset operation scheduling system, or obtained by scanning a wrist band of the target patient in the current operation through a preset scanning device. The medicine information required by the target patient can be obtained according to the order information before the operation, or can be determined by the anaesthetist according to the medicine information selected by the current operation. The medicine information includes the name, specification and production time of the toxic and anesthetic medicine.
Step S104, based on the target narcotic drugs corresponding to the drug information, sending an opening instruction to preset drug containing equipment so that the drug containing equipment can pop open a drawer for placing the target narcotic drugs; wherein, this medicine holds equipment includes a plurality of drawers, and the poison numb medicine of different grade type is placed to every drawer, all is provided with the RFID label on every poison numb medicine.
The medicine containing equipment is provided with a plurality of drawers, each drawer is used for containing toxic and anesthetic medicines, the types of the toxic and anesthetic medicines placed in each drawer are different, the drawer in which each toxic and anesthetic medicine is placed is set in advance, and the corresponding relation between the drawer and the type of the toxic and anesthetic medicines is also stored in the system in advance; a unique Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is adhered to the bottle body or the bottle bottom of each narcotic drug, and the RFID tag is used for uniquely identifying the narcotic drug. The medicine containing equipment can be an intelligent medicine box or an intelligent medicine cabinet and the like, if the medicine box is the intelligent medicine box, each anesthesiologist needs to take one intelligent medicine box every day, and one intelligent medicine box corresponds to one anesthesist; if the intelligent medicine cabinet is adopted, the intelligent medicine cabinet is fixed in an operation room, and an anaesthetist and the intelligent medicine cabinet are bound when the intelligent medicine cabinet logs in an information system according to daily operation scheduling.
And S106, binding the patient information and the medicine information required by the target patient when the target narcotic drug is taken away by the anesthesiologist and the medicine containing equipment is closed, and generating the medication prescription of the target patient.
After the drawer for placing the target drugs and anesthetics in the drug containing device is automatically ejected, the anesthetist can take the target drugs and anesthetics out of the drawer and close the drawer (i.e. close the drug containing device), and when the system senses that the drawer is closed, the system can take out drug information of the target drugs and anesthetics as drug information needed by the target patient and bind the drug information with the patient information, and accordingly generate an actual medication prescription of the target patient. Wherein, the prescription of the medicine comprises: patient information, drug information corresponding to the target narcotic drug, information of an anesthesiologist, and time for taking the target narcotic drug away.
During specific implementation, the medicine containing equipment is provided with an RFID sensing module and a quantity counting module; the RFID sensing module is used for sensing the RFID label; the quantity counting module is used for counting the quantity of toxic and anesthetic medicines in the medicine containing equipment; when the RFID sensing module senses the RFID label of the target toxic anesthetic taken out by the anesthesiologist, the number counting module counts the number of the toxic anesthetic in the medicine containing equipment, and if the number is determined to be reduced by the number counting module, the target toxic anesthetic is determined to have been taken out by the anesthesiologist. In some embodiments, if the quantity counting module determines that the quantity is increasing when counting the quantity, the anesthesiologist places narcotic drugs into the drug containing devices, and if the quantity is unchanged, the anesthesiologist does not take out or place narcotic drugs.
The usage method of the narcotic drugs comprises the steps of firstly, obtaining the patient information of a target patient in the current operation and the drug information required by the target patient; then sending an opening instruction to preset medicine containing equipment based on the target narcotic drugs corresponding to the medicine information so that the medicine containing equipment can pop open the drawer for placing the target narcotic drugs; when the target narcotic drugs are taken away by the anesthesiologist and the drug containing equipment is closed, binding the patient information and the drug information required by the target patient and generating a medication prescription of the target patient; wherein, the prescription of the medicine comprises: patient information, drug information corresponding to the target narcotic drug, information of an anesthesiologist, and time for taking the target narcotic drug away. The invention can accurately record the medication condition of the patient, and avoids possible recording errors caused by manual recording; meanwhile, the invention can realize the informatization of the whole medicine taking process, is convenient for tracking the use process of the medicine and avoids the phenomenon of improper supervision of the use of the medicine.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another usage method of the toxic and anesthetic drugs, which is realized on the basis of the method of the embodiment; the method mainly describes a specific process of acquiring patient information of a target patient in a current operation and medicine information required by the target patient if the target patient corresponds to the medical order information (realized by the following steps S202-S204); as shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following specific steps:
step S202, scanning a wrist strap of a target patient through preset scanning equipment to acquire patient information of the target patient; the patient information includes name, age, and ID information of the target patient.
The patient's wristband usually contains two-dimensional code or RFID information, and the two-dimensional code or RFID information of the patient's wristband is read by a scanning device, so that patient information such as the patient's name, age, and ID (identification code) information can be obtained.
And step S204, displaying the order information of the target patient, and determining the medicine information required by the target patient according to the medicine information contained in the order information.
After the scanning device acquires the patient information, the patient information can be displayed in a system interface, and if the target patient has corresponding order information, the order information of the patient can be displayed on the system interface, so that the system acquires the medicine information in the order information and determines the medicine information as the medicine information required by the target patient.
Step S206, based on the target drugs and anesthetics corresponding to the drug information, sending an opening instruction to a preset drug containing device so that the drug containing device can pop up the drawer for placing the target drugs and anesthetics.
And step S208, when the target narcotic drug is taken away by the anesthesiologist and the drug containing equipment is closed, binding the patient information and the drug information required by the target patient, and generating a medication prescription of the target patient.
Step S210, if the target drugs and anesthetics are not used, responding to a drug name selection instruction of the target drugs and anesthetics triggered by an anesthesiologist, and sending an opening instruction to the drug containing device so that the drug containing device pops out a drawer for placing the target drugs and anesthetics.
Step S212, after the anesthetist puts the target narcotic back to the drawer, the RFID label of the target narcotic is sensed through the drug containing equipment so as to determine whether the target narcotic is the drug taken out before; if so, unbundling the patient information and the medicine information required by the target patient.
If the target narcotic drug taken out by the anesthesiologist is not used, the anesthesiologist can select a drug name on a system interface, namely the anesthesiologist triggers a drug name selection instruction of the target narcotic drug to enable the system to send an opening instruction to the drug containing device again, a drawer for placing the target narcotic drug is automatically popped out, the anesthesiologist puts the target narcotic drug back, at the moment, the drug containing device can determine whether the drug is the target narcotic drug taken out before through the sensed RFID label of the target narcotic drug, if the information corresponding to the RFID label is yes, the drug is determined to be the target narcotic drug taken out before, and binding between drug information corresponding to the target narcotic drug (namely, drug information required by the target patient) and patient information of the target patient is eliminated.
According to the method for using the narcotic drugs, when the narcotic drugs with the RFID labels are used, the information of the whole flow can be realized through the reasonable design of the using flow, and the tracking of the using process of the drugs is convenient. Meanwhile, the mode can assist an anaesthetist to accurately record the use condition of the toxic anesthetic in the operation room, and ensure the use compliance and safety of the toxic anesthetic.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another usage method of the toxic and anesthetic drugs, which is realized on the basis of the method of the embodiment; the method mainly describes a specific process of acquiring the patient information of a target patient in the current operation and the medicine information required by the target patient (realized by the following steps S302-S306); as shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following specific steps:
step S302, scanning the wrist strap of the target patient through a preset scanning device, and acquiring the patient information of the target patient.
And step S304, responding to the name of the target medicine selected by the anesthesiologist in the preset medicine information interface, and generating medicine information based on the name of the target medicine.
If no medical advice information exists before the operation, after the system acquires the patient information of the target patient of the current operation, the system pops up an interface for selecting a medicine, and an anesthesiologist can select a name of the target medicine to be used on the interface, namely select the target narcotic medicine to be used; the system will then generate drug information based on the selected target drug name.
In a specific implementation, the steps S302 and S304 may also interchange execution orders, that is, the medicine information may be obtained first and then the patient information may be obtained, or the patient information may be obtained first and then the medicine information may be obtained.
In some embodiments, if the target patient corresponds to the order information, after the medicine information is generated based on the name of the target medicine, the medicine information included in the order information of the target patient needs to be acquired; comparing the generated medicine information with the medicine information contained in the medical advice information, and if the medicine information is consistent with the medicine information contained in the medical advice information, determining that the generated medicine information is the medicine information required by the target patient; and if the medicine is inconsistent, generating reminding information to remind the anaesthetist of taking the wrong medicine. The mode can prevent the medicine taking error in the operation, and when the hidden danger of the medicine taking error exists, the mode can provide an automatic reminding function and can properly reduce the workload of checking the medicine.
Step S306, the generated drug information is determined as the drug information required by the target patient.
Step S308, based on the target drugs and anesthetics corresponding to the drug information, sending an opening instruction to preset drug containing equipment so that the drug containing equipment can pop up the drawer for placing the target drugs and anesthetics.
And S310, binding the patient information and the medicine information required by the target patient when the target narcotic drug is taken away by the anesthesiologist and the medicine containing equipment is closed, and generating a medicine prescription of the target patient.
In specific implementation, an emergency button is arranged on the medicine containing equipment; the emergency button is used for opening all drawers in the medicine containing device by one key. In case of emergency medication (for example, in case of emergency such as patient needing rescue), the anesthesiologist can open all drawers by one key through the emergency button to directly take out the required medicine. Specifically, when an anesthesiologist presses an emergency button to take out narcotics in the medicine containing equipment, the system receives drawer information of the taken-out medicines sent by the medicine containing equipment (the drawer information is obtained by reading RFID labels of the taken-out medicines); and then the system obtains the medicine information corresponding to the taken-out toxic and anesthetic drugs according to the corresponding relation between the drawer information and the medicine information (the relation is pre-stored in the system), binds the medicine information corresponding to the taken-out toxic and anesthetic drugs with the patient information of the surgical patient, generates a medication prescription of the surgical patient, and adds remark information in a remark column. In the concrete implementation, the remark information is automatically filled in the remark column, and the remark information can be 'emergency medicine taking' or 'emergency medicine taking' and the like.
Under the condition of planning external drugs in the operation, namely when a patient is not in rescue, under the condition of prior medical advice, if an anesthesiologist needs to use anesthetic drugs except the medical advice or the anesthetic drugs exceeding the medical advice number, clicking a drug adding application in the operation on a system interface, namely sending a drug adding instruction by the anesthesiologist, so that the system responds to the drug adding instruction sent by the anesthesiologist and displays a drug adding auditing message to ensure that at least two anesthesiologists submit information through fingerprints or card swiping; verify the information of submitting, verify that to hold the equipment after through and send the opening instruction to make the medicine hold equipment spring open and place the drawer of the appointed poison numb medicine of medicine instruction. Specifically, one of the at least two anesthesiologists must have an anesthetic with the right of prescription of anesthetic, the anesthesiologist and the anesthetic using the drug are confirmed on site, information of the two anesthetists can be submitted through a fingerprint or a card swiping, and the drawer corresponding to the drug can be opened after the system identifies the drug, and the drug can be taken out for use.
According to the method for using the narcotic drugs, the narcotic doctor can conveniently and accurately complete the medication record, the medication information is accurately managed for the use flow of the narcotic drugs adopting the RFID tags, and the use process of the drugs can be tracked conveniently. Meanwhile, the method can accurately record the medication condition of the patient, and avoids possible recording errors caused by manual recording.
