The pressing mechanism 6 comprises a rigid support 12, a pressing pneumatic actuator 14 is fixedly mounted on the rigid support 12, the lower end of the pressing pneumatic actuator 14 is connected with the action actuator unit 3 through a rotatable connecting plate 13, a connector rotating shaft 15 is fixed on an upper hole of the rotatable connecting plate 13, and a movable fixing pin 17 is fixed on a lower hole of the rotatable connecting plate 13 through a manual screw 16. The operator can easily unscrew the hand screw 16 connected to the movable fixing pin 17 on the rotatable connecting plate 13, and the rotatable connecting plate 13 can be rotated by the connector rotating shaft 15, so that the actuator unit 3 is turned up by 90 degrees. The alarm 2 to be tested is placed in the test connection mechanism 4, and after the detection starting button 1 is pressed, the pressing mechanism 6 enables the action actuator unit 3 to move downwards by pressing the pneumatic actuator 14 downwards.
The action executor unit 3 comprises a mounting fixing plate 29, the mounting fixing plate 29 is fixed on the rotatable connecting plate 13, and the four polyurethane blocks 22 are fixed on the mounting fixing plate 29 through four pressure rods 25 and firstly contact the surface of the alarm 2 to fix the alarm; the telephone plug 24 is fixed on a flange at the moving end of a pneumatic actuator 27, a linear bearing 26 is fixed at the intersection of the flange at the front end of the pneumatic actuator 27 and a pressure lever 25, the pressure lever 25 penetrates through the linear bearing 26, the telephone plug is connected with the actuator and vertically moves downwards by adopting the pneumatic actuator 27, and the telephone plug 24 is inserted into the telephone line jack 18; a reset key deflector rod 23 and a pressure sensor 30 are fixed on a flange at the moving end of the electric actuator 28; the reset key actuator adopts an electric actuator 28 to horizontally move, and the reset key 20 is shifted to reset the alarm button 19; a top connecting block 32 is fixed on the pressure sensor 30, a polyurethane block 22 is fixed on the top connecting block 32, the button actuator can vertically press the alarm button 19 of the alarm 2 downwards, and the pressure sensor 30 is arranged between the polyurethane block 22 and the electric actuator 28 and can test the pressure generated by the button actuator on the alarm button 19.
A sensor stabilizing frame 31 is fixed on a moving end flange of the electric actuator 28, and the sensor stabilizing frame 31 is positioned outside the pressure sensor 30 to ensure the stable movement of the pressure sensor 30.
The test connection mechanism 4 comprises a positioning carrier 34, a pneumatic actuator 27 and a probe protection plate 36 are fixed at the lower end of the positioning carrier 34, and eight probes 37 are fixed at the moving end above the pneumatic actuator 27 through a probe fixing seat 38 and penetrate through eight small holes below the probe protection plate 36; the probes 37 are lifted up by the pneumatic actuator 27, and the eight probes 37 are in contact with the eight signal terminals 21 at the lower end of the alarm 2; the data line of the telephone plug 24 and the data line of the probe 37 are connected to the data collector 7.
The pneumatic actuator 28 is fixed to the positioning carrier 34 by the actuator mounting bracket 35, and the 8 probe fixing seats 38 are fixed to the pneumatic actuator 39.
The pneumatic actuator 27 is secured to the lower end of the positioning carrier 34 by an actuator mounting bracket 35.
The alarm 2 is placed on the positioning carrier 34.
The working process is as follows: the alarm 2 is placed in the positioning carrier 34, the direction of the alarm is confirmed, and the alarm is placed flatly.
The detection start button 1, the pressing mechanism 6 moves downwards, the four pressing rods 25 of the action actuator unit 3 press and fix the alarm 2 to be detected, the test connection mechanism 4 lifts the probe 37, and the probe 37 is contacted with the signal terminal 21 at the lower end of the alarm 2. The function of these eight probes 37 is: 1) testing the on and off resistance of the switch; 2) testing the static power consumption and the alarm power consumption of the product; 3) testing the communication function of the product; 4) testing the terminal voltage of the wiring terminal; 5) and 24V power supply is provided for the product.
After the test connection 4 is raised, a first set of data is test-set by the probe 37. The button actuator vertically presses the alarm button 19, when the value of the pressure sensor 30 at the top is 20N, the button actuator stops moving downwards, the downward movement is kept for 3 seconds, if the trigger switch is bad and the trigger is normal, then the second group of data is tested and recorded through the probe 37, the button actuator presses the alarm button 19 to trigger, the feedback value of the pressure sensor 30 is recorded, and the third group of data is tested through the probe 37.
The reset key actuator moves horizontally to toggle the reset key 20 to reset the alarm button 19, at which time a fourth set of data is tested via the probe 37.
The phone plug is connected to the actuator and moved vertically downward to insert the phone plug 24 into the piece under test for communication testing and recording and testing the fifth set of data through the probe 37. After the test is completed, the telephone plug connection actuator is moved up, the telephone plug 24 is pulled out, and the sixth set of data is tested 37 by probing.
The data are tested and collected through the data collector 7, and the collected data are stored in the industrial touch screen computer 8.
