The water jet nozzle performs transverse joint cutting (namely joint cutting is performed along the direction vertical to the height of the roadway) on the gangue clamping layer, and the strength of a rock body is effectively weakened after joint cutting is completed; secondly, the cutting drum cuts from the top down, because the joint-cutting exists, presss from both sides the cash layer and is equivalent to the cantilever beam, when the cutting drum was used in the cantilever beam fulcrum distal end, presss from both sides cash layer depths and receives very big stress, and the cutting drum broken rock of being convenient for has improved tunnelling efficiency.
By utilizing the characteristic that the shear strength of the gangue in the gangue layer is far lower than the compressive strength, the tunneling efficiency can be greatly improved by adopting the water jet nozzle to perform joint cutting on the gangue layer; it should be noted that, in combination with the actual working condition of the gangue layer, the form of the spray head, the depth and direction of the cutting seam, the pressure, the flow and other parameters can be selected according to the requirements.
After the face is cut, the water jet drilling device performs drilling or drilling and joint cutting operation, requirements of anchoring support, grouting fire prevention and extinguishing, stress relief, gas extraction and the like can be met, and supporting effect is improved.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the water jet drilling device includes a water jet drill rod 16 and a drilling machine, the water jet drill rod 16 is detachably disposed on the drilling machine, a water jet drill rod bank is disposed on one side of the drilling machine, and water jet drill rods with different specifications are disposed in the water jet drill rod bank. The drilling machine is self-provided with the tunneling and anchoring machine, original drill rods can be replaced by water jet drill rods through replacement, drilling or cutting can be achieved, and the tail ends of the water jet drill rods are connected with the high-pressure hose through the rotary joints, so that normal work can be achieved. According to the existing structure of the digging and anchoring machine, the drilling machine is arranged on the cutting arm support 8 through the sliding platform and the rotating platform, and the improvement has the advantage of low cost and can utilize the original drilling machine of the digging and anchoring machine.

The tunneling and anchoring integrated machine integrated with the water jet system is characterized by comprising a tunneling and anchoring integrated machine (1) and the water jet system arranged on the tunneling and anchoring integrated machine (1), wherein the tunneling and anchoring integrated machine (1) comprises a cutting drum (9) used for constructing a tunnel face, the water jet system comprises a water jet drilling device and a tunnel face joint cutting device which are both arranged on the tunneling and anchoring integrated machine (1), the tunnel face joint cutting device is used for performing joint cutting operation on the tunnel face, and the water jet drilling device is used for drilling or drilling and joint cutting operation.

The tunneling and anchoring all-in-one machine of the integrated water jet system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tunnel face kerf device comprises a water jet nozzle (13) and a nozzle multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (14), the water jet nozzle (13) is arranged on the nozzle multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (14), and the nozzle multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (14) is arranged on the tunneling and anchoring all-in-one machine (1).
3. The machine of claim 2, wherein the cutting drum (9) is arranged on the machine body through a cutting arm support (8), and the nozzle multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (14) is arranged on the cutting arm support (8).
4. The machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tunnel face lancing device further comprises a housing, the water jet head (13) is disposed in the housing, and the central hole of the housing is disposed corresponding to the nozzle of the water jet head (13).

The machine of claim 1, wherein the water jet drilling device comprises a rotary platform (4), a drilling machine multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (5) and a water jet drilling machine (6), the water jet drilling machine (6) is arranged on the rotary platform (4) through the drilling machine multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (5), and the rotary platform (4) is arranged on the machine body; the drilling or the drilling and cutting operation is realized by replacing different drill bits for the water jet drilling machine (6).
6. The machine integrating tunneling and anchoring with integrated water jet system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the drilling machine multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (5) and the water jet drilling machine (6) are detachably connected.

The machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water jet drilling device comprises a water jet drill rod (16) and a drilling machine, the water jet drill rod (16) is detachably arranged on the drilling machine, one side of the drilling machine is provided with a water jet drill rod library, and water jet drill rods (16) with different specifications are arranged in the water jet drill rod library.

The machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water jet system further comprises a working medium supply device for supplying a working medium required for water jet; the working medium providing device comprises a high-pressure water pump (3), a shunt valve and a pressure regulating valve, the high-pressure water pump (3) is used for providing pressurized working media, the shunt valve distributes the working media from the high-pressure water pump (3) to the water jet drilling device and the tunnel face joint cutting device, and the pressure regulating valve is used for regulating the working pressure of the water jet system.
9. A construction method of a driving and anchoring all-in-one machine using an integrated water jet system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that:
when the cutting drum (9) does not meet the gangue clamping layer (12), the cutting drum is normally tunneled, and the tunnel face joint cutting device does not work;
when meeting a gangue clamping layer (12), firstly controlling a nozzle multi-degree-of-freedom arm support (14) to enable a water jet nozzle (13) to be close to the gangue clamping layer, carrying out transverse joint cutting on the gangue clamping layer, cutting a cutting roller (9) from the upper side of the gangue clamping layer after the joint cutting is finished, and cutting the cutting roller (9) downwards after tunneling to the joint cutting depth until the cutting of the gangue clamping layer is finished; then, the cutting drum (9) cuts the whole face from top to bottom, so that the cutting of the whole face is completed, and the tunneling depth of the cutting drum (9) is the cutting depth;
the number of the transverse slits is at least one.
10. The construction method of a machine for driving and anchoring with integrated water jet system according to claim 9, characterized in that:
the water jet drilling device is used for drilling or cutting a hole on the side wall or/and the face of the roadway (20), so that the requirements of gas drainage, anchoring support, grouting fire prevention and extinguishing or stress relief operation are met;
and (3) drilling and joint cutting operation is carried out on the side wall of the roadway (20) by adopting a water jet drilling device to obtain an anchor rod hole, and grouting is completed after the grouting anchor rod is installed to the anchor rod hole through an anchor rod drilling machine, so that the installation of the grouting anchor rod is realized.
